Performance testing
The essences prepared in examples and comparative examples were subjected to a moisturizing effect test. The test method is as follows:
skin moisturization performance evaluation:
the facial essences of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-6 were tested for moisturizing properties by a human body method. The experimental conditions are as follows: the ambient temperature is 22-25 ℃, the humidity is 45-55%, and the real-time dynamic monitoring is carried out.
No cosmetic or topical drug can be used 3 days before the test site. Area markers were measured on both sides of the cleaned cheeks of the subject. The area of the test area is at least 3cm multiplied by 3cm, and a plurality of areas can be marked on the same cheek at the same time.
Evaluation method referring to QB/T4256-2011 cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guide
(1) The product smearing area and the blank control area should be randomly distributed in the left cheek calibration area and the right cheek calibration area, so that all the positions of the product and the blank area are ensured to reach equilibrium statistically.
(2) The test sample is coated for one time according to a certain dosage, the latex finger sleeve is used for uniformly coating the sample in a test area, and the actual sample coating amount is recorded.
(3) After adjusting the instrument according to the instructions of the skin analysis tester, measurements of the product area and the control area were performed, each area being measured in parallel at least 3 times. The initial values of each test area (before sample application) were measured and then after a set time the skin moisture content of the test and control areas was tested.
(4) Skin moisture content was measured for 10min, 30min, 1h after application, and 10min after washing, respectively, for the test and blank areas.
Testing of the same subject must be performed by the same measurement person using the same instrument, and the measurement probe should be cleaned between measurements.
The coating method comprises the following steps: the cheeks on both sides are correspondingly marked with circular areas with the diameter of 20mm, each area is separated by at least 1cm, different samples are respectively smeared on each area by 20 mu L, the smears are smeared once every 5min, after repeating for 4 times, the smears are used for testing the skin at the smears after 0h, 1h, 2h, 4h and 8 h.
TABLE 1
Figure GDA0003956770490000101
Figure GDA0003956770490000111
As can be seen from Table 1, the facial essence containing the fermented filtrate of Ganoderma lucidum prepared in examples 1-4 of the present invention has better moisturizing performance for 0-8 hours, and comparative examples 1-4 change the fermentation strain to ferment Ganoderma lucidum, and the obtained fermented liquid of Ganoderma lucidum has relatively less skin care active ingredients, so that the moisturizing effect is correspondingly reduced; the moisturizing effect of the facial extracts of comparative examples 5 and 6 was reduced relative to examples, but the reduction was not significant, without carnosine, allantoin, and nicotinamide added in comparative example 5, and without the addition of palmarosa essential oil in comparative example 6.
The facial essences prepared in examples 1 and 4 and comparative examples 1, 5 and 6 were subjected to skin repair efficacy test. The test method is as follows:
test instrument: VISIA-CR, test method: the subjects with wrinkles on the facial skin, selected for the age range of 30-50 years, were equally divided into 8 groups of 5 persons each. Skin wrinkle changes, including skin elasticity value, skin brightness and skin wrinkle condition, of the eyes were measured before facial use, after 14 days and after 28 days of using the essences described in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure GDA0003956770490000112
Figure GDA0003956770490000121
As can be seen from table 2, the facial essence containing the fermented ganoderma filtrate prepared in examples 1 and 3 of the present invention has better skin restoration ability, and comparative example 1 changes the fermentation strain to ferment ganoderma, and the obtained fermented ganoderma liquid has relatively less skin care active ingredients, so that the skin restoration ability is correspondingly reduced; the skin repair ability of the facial lotions of comparative examples 5 and 6 was significantly reduced relative to examples 1 and 3 without carnosine, allantoin and nicotinamide added in comparative example 5 and without the rosa rugosa essential oil added in comparative example 6.
