Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of swine fever prevention and treatment, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating swine plague and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Swine fever is a highly acute, febrile, contagious disease caused by the swine fever virus (CSFV) that occurs in pigs. The hog cholera is widely prevalent, and the crazy rate and the death rate are high; the main transmission paths are the digestive tract and the respiratory tract; after infection of the sow, the fetus is infected vertically through the placenta. The disease is popular all the year round, can cause destructive attack to the pig industry, and is one of the most serious infectious diseases endangering the pig industry.
In the pig raising process, the antibiotic additive is added for health care and growth promotion, so that antibiotic residues are caused, and after the antibiotic residues are utilized by human bodies, the antibiotic residues have drug resistance to the antibiotic, so that adverse effects on disease control of the human bodies are generated. To protect human health and prevent the production of super resistant bacteria, the use of antibiotic additives for daily health care has been banned by the country. But are still in substantial use in actual production due to the lack of effective replacement products. There is an urgent need for an antibiotic-free, green and safe drug for preventing and treating swine fever.

Examples
A traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating swine plague is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of ephedra herb, 3 parts of mulberry bark, 3 parts of perilla leaf, 3 parts of siberian cocklour fruit, 6 parts of white paeony root, 6 parts of cyrtomium rhizome, 6 parts of realgar, 6 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 6.5 parts of heartleaf houttuynia herb, 6 parts of Indian buead, 6 parts of fineleaf schizonepeta herb, 6 parts of tangerine peel, 6 parts of officinal magnolia bark, 6 parts of golden thread, 6 parts of honeysuckle, 6 parts of hawthorn fruit, 3 parts of Chinese angelica, 6 parts of Chinese pulsatilla root, 6 parts of betel nut, 0.5 part of rhubarb and 100 parts in total.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is processed into traditional Chinese medicine powder, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing herba Ephedrae, cortex Mori, folium Perillae, herba Xanthii, radix Paeoniae alba, rhizoma Osmundae, realgar, rhizoma Atractylodis, herba Houttuyniae, poria, herba Schizonepetae, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, cortex Magnolia officinalis, coptidis rhizoma, flos Lonicerae, fructus crataegi, radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Pulsatillae, arecae semen, and radix et rhizoma Rhei, pulverizing respectively, and sieving with 24 mesh sieve to obtain medicinal powder of each raw material;
(2) The 20 medicinal powders are fully and uniformly mixed according to a proportion and then are sieved by a 24-mesh sieve, so that the traditional Chinese medicine powder for preventing and treating the swine plague is obtained.
The use method of the traditional Chinese medicine powder comprises the following steps: 1. the prevention and use at ordinary times: 500 g of the traditional Chinese medicine powder is mixed with 500 kg of pig feed, and the traditional Chinese medicine powder is used for 5 days per month; epidemic areas and epidemic spots are prevented: it is administered for 5-7 days every half month. 2. The treatment dosage is as follows: the product is taken 1 g per kg body weight for 2 times daily for 5-7 days.
1. The traditional Chinese medicine powder provided by the embodiment of the application is subjected to an antibacterial and antiviral test
Experiment one, an influence test on the immunoregulatory effect of classical swine fever vaccine (provided by the university of inner Mongolia animal science and medical college)
The influence of the traditional Chinese medicine powder on the immunoregulation effect of the swine fever vaccine is studied by taking the traditional Chinese medicine powder for 20 weaned pigs. The test group was dosed at 0.1% of the dose, and the control group was not dosed, and IHA antibody titer levels at 1 day, 15 days, 45 days, 75 days, and 105 days of dosing were measured, respectively. The results of the immunomodulation test in swine fever vaccine immunization are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 Swine fever antibody level assay results
The research result shows that the IHA antibody titer level of the swine fever vaccine can be obviously improved by mixed feeding with the product at the dosage of 0.1% in the current month of swine fever vaccine inoculation, the difference is obvious compared with a control group (P < 0.05), and the antibody of an experimental group is produced quickly and has long duration. The Chinese medicinal powder has obvious promotion effect on the production of swine fever antibodies.
Meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine powder can obviously improve the percentage of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood (P is less than 0.05) compared with a control group 15 days after vaccination of piglets, as shown in Table 2. The traditional Chinese medicine powder has the effects of promoting T lymphocyte proliferation and enhancing T lymphocyte immune function, thereby improving the cellular immune level of organisms and enhancing the immunity of organisms.
TABLE 2T lymphocyte count results
Experiment two, antibacterial action test (provided by the university of inner Mongolia animal science and medical college)
After bacteria are cultured in vitro for 18 to 24 hours by adopting a double dilution method, 1 volume of the product with the concentration of 0.2 percent is diluted into 0.1 percent (1:2), 0.05 percent (1:4), 0.025 percent (1:8) and 0.0125 percent (1:16) by distilled water in sequence, and the minimum antibacterial concentration of the product is measured. The antibacterial results of the traditional Chinese medicine powder are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 results of minimum inhibitory concentration test of Chinese medicinal powders
The results show that the traditional Chinese medicine powder has antibacterial effects on escherichia coli, staphylococcus, streptococcus, salmonella and pasteurella, wherein the antibacterial effects on staphylococcus and streptococcus are strongest.
