Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating swine plague and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of prevention and treatment of swine fever, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating swine plague and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hog cholera is a highly acute, febrile, contagious disease caused by hog cholera virus (CSFV) and occurring in pigs. The swine fever is wide in prevalence, and the crazy rate and the death rate are high; the main transmission pathways are the digestive and respiratory tracts; after the sow is infected, the fetus is vertically infected through the placenta. The disease is popular all the year round, can cause destructive attack to the pig industry, and is one of the most serious infectious diseases harming the pig industry.
The additive is added to promote health and growth in the pig raising process, so that the antibiotic residue is caused, and the drug resistance to the antibiotic is generated after the antibiotic is utilized by a human body, thereby having adverse effects on the prevention and treatment of diseases of the human body. In order to protect human health and prevent the generation of super drug-resistant bacteria, the use of antibiotic additives for daily health care has been banned in the country. But is still used in large quantities in actual production due to the lack of effective substitute products. An antibiotic-free, green and safe medicament for preventing and treating swine fever is urgently needed.

Experiment I, effect test on the immunoregulation of hog cholera vaccine (provided by institute of animal science and medicine of inner Mongolia university of agriculture)
The influence of the traditional Chinese medicine powder on the immunoregulation effect of the swine fever vaccine is researched by administering the traditional Chinese medicine powder to 20 weaned piglets. The test group was administered with 0.1% of the product in a mixed manner, the control group was not administered with the product, and the titer levels of the IHA antibody were measured at 1 day, 15 days, 45 days, 75 days, and 105 days, respectively. The results of the immunomodulatory test in swine fever vaccine immunization are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 detection results of swine fever antibody level
Figure BDA0003880760980000051
Figure BDA0003880760980000061
The research result shows that the IHA antibody titer level of the swine fever vaccine can be obviously improved by mixed feeding and administration of the product with 0.1 percent of dose in the month of inoculation of the swine fever vaccine, the difference is obvious compared with a control group (P is less than 0.05), and the antibody of an experimental group is generated quickly and lasts for a long time. The Chinese medicinal powder has obvious promotion effect on the generation of swine fever antibodies.
Meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine powder can obviously improve the percentage of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood 15 days after the piglets are inoculated with the vaccine (P is less than 0.05), as shown in table 2. The traditional Chinese medicine powder has the functions of promoting T lymphocyte proliferation and strengthening T lymphocyte immunity, thereby improving the cellular immunity level of organisms and enhancing the immunity of the organisms.

Experiment two, antibacterial action test (provided by college of animal science and medicine of inner Mongolia university)
After culturing the bacteria in vitro for 18 to 24 hours, the product with the concentration of 0.2% in 1 volume is diluted with distilled water to 0.1% (1. The antibacterial results of the traditional Chinese medicine powder are shown in table 3:
table 3 test results of minimum inhibitory concentration of Chinese medicinal powder
Figure BDA0003880760980000063
Figure BDA0003880760980000071
The result shows that the traditional Chinese medicine powder has antibacterial effects on escherichia coli, staphylococcus, streptococcus, salmonella and pasteurella, wherein the antibacterial effects on staphylococcus and streptococcus are strongest.
2. Practical application test effect in different pig farms
The traditional Chinese medicine powder prepared in the examples is used in 5 different pig farms, and the specific use process and effect are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4 pig farm test data statistics
Figure BDA0003880760980000072
The test site No. 1 in the table is the inner Mongolia five-original pig farm, no. 2 is the inner Mongolia Fuchuan pig farm, no. 3 is the Nanjing Danyang pig farm, no. 4 is the Hubei Jingmen pig farm, and No. 5 is the Jiangsu Dafeng pig farm; the ratio of the preventive medicine is the ratio of the feed to the traditional Chinese medicine powder.
The results show that:
(1) Normally, prevention: for the normal immunization pig herd (pigs in No. 1-5 pig farm in the table are all normally immunized), 500 g of the product is regularly used according to 500 kg (0.1%) of the mixed feed every month, and the mixed feed can be used for 5-7 days continuously, so that the pig herd can smoothly live through the epidemic season. Even if a few infections exist, the symptoms are slight, and the patients can be cured by singly feeding the traditional Chinese medicine composition for 3-5 days according to the treatment amount.
(2) The affected area is threatened or the swine herd in the subclinical state (the pig farms No. 1-5 in the table are threatened by epidemic diseases of the peripheral pig farms): 500 kg (0.1%) of 500 g of the product should be mixed with feed for 5-7 days every half month, so that epidemic diseases can be resisted or the health of swinery can be completely recovered.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
