Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating African swine fever and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of veterinary medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating African swine fever and a preparation method thereof.
Background
African Swine Fever (ASF) is an acute, hemorrhagic, virulent infectious disease caused by African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) infecting domestic and wild pigs (such as African wild pigs, European wild pigs, etc.). The world animal health organization lists it as a legal report of animal epidemic disease. In 2018, 3, 8 months and China confirms the first African swine fever epidemic situation. Molecular epidemiological studies have shown that: the African swine fever virus introduced into China belongs to the genotype II, and the homology of the African swine fever virus with the whole genome sequence of strains published by Grugia, Russia and Poland is about 99.95 percent. It is characterized by short disease course, the death rate of the most acute and acute infections reaches 100%, and the clinical manifestations are as follows: fever (40-42 ℃), fast heartbeat, dyspnea, partial cough, serous or mucoid purulent secretion in eyes and nose, cyanosis of skin, obvious bleeding of lymph nodes, kidneys and gastrointestinal mucosa, similar clinical symptoms of African swine fever to those of swine fever, and accurate diagnosis only by means of laboratory detection. African swine fever has been a difficult problem which endangers the production of the global animal husbandry for more than a hundred years (first reported in 1909 and Kenya), and a large amount of research and exploration are carried out in various countries in the world for many years, so that satisfactory curative effect cannot be obtained.
Traditional Chinese medicine has existed in China for thousands of years, and great achievements are achieved in the treatment and prevention of many diseases, and the unique traditional Chinese medicine idea and the dialectical treatment concept in the treatment of diseases are accepted by more and more people. According to traditional Chinese medicine, African swine fever is warm virus pathogen which enters through mouth and nose, firstly invades through nose, throat and lung and finally invades through nose, and the warm virus is retained in monocytes and macrophages of tonsil and lymph node, so that the immune system of a pig is seriously damaged, resistance to evil weakness is caused, tissue injury is caused, organs such as larynx, spleen, lymph kidney and the like bleed, and further viscera dysfunction is caused to die. Therefore, it is urgent to relieve the immune mechanism and restore the function of the immune system.
In the cloud of Huangdi's internal classic, healthy qi is the ability of the body to resist external pathogens, and the deficiency of healthy qi, which is the resistance of the body to pathogenic factors, can lead to the onset of disease. Infectious disease control has three important links, and besides controlling the infectious sources and cutting off the transmission paths, the swine herd autoimmune anti-infection capacity must be enhanced to protect susceptible pigs. The African swine fever has a plurality of serotypes, has quick mutation and no vaccine for prevention, plays a role in the prevention and control of the traditional Chinese medicine, is afraid of only being an effective way to apply the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and control, firmly establishes the prevention and control thought of 'strengthening the body resistance, namely eliminating the pathogenic factor, and eliminating the pathogenic factor and being capable of stabilizing the body resistance', and is the only way for driving plague and killing plague at present. The Chinese medicine for enhancing immunity and strengthening body resistance is used for strengthening body resistance, and the pestilence-clearing toxin-vanquishing powder for clearing away heat and toxic materials, activating blood and cooling blood is used for eliminating evil, so that the effect is reliable when the Chinese medicine and the pestilence-vanquishing toxin are used together for treatment, and the effects of strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil are achieved simultaneously.
