Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock breeding, in particular to a fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation for resisting porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV) belongs to the genus coronavirus, causing watery diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration in live pigs. The symptoms of piglets are heavier than those of adult pigs, and the mortality rate is usually 50%. The adult pigs have no symptoms, are even or show depression, anorexia and vomiting, and can be ill by the infection of the digestive tract such as the feces of infected pigs, the ill of the piglets of all ages is the heaviest, the ill rate can reach 100 percent, and the ill rate of the sows is 15 to 90 percent. At present, no effective prevention and control medicine exists, and the antibiotic treatment can only slow down secondary infection. The existing researches show that compared with vaccine strains, the current PEDV new epidemic strains have larger variation, so that the immune protection effect of the existing commercial vaccines is not ideal, and the new epidemic strains are difficult to separate, domesticate and apply. The Chinese herbal medicine has the advantages of no residue, small side effect, difficult repetition and the like, so that the Chinese herbal medicine becomes one of important means for preventing and treating the virus. The Chinese herbal medicine affects the feeding of the live pigs due to the bitter taste. Therefore, the development of the fermented traditional Chinese medicine with good palatability and antagonism to porcine epidemic diarrhea virus has wide market prospect.

Preferably, in the step (2), the temperature of raw material fermentation is 35-37 ℃, and the time of raw material fermentation is 36 hours, so as to obtain raw material fermentation liquid.
Preferably, the preparation method of the probiotics comprises the following steps:
inoculating the enterococcus faecalis into a lactobacillus culture medium according to the inoculation amount of 0.5%, and performing heat preservation and activation for 2 hours at 30+/-5 ℃ to obtain an activation solution of the enterococcus faecalis;
inoculating the bacillus subtilis into a bacillus subtilis culture medium according to an inoculum size of 1%, and performing heat preservation and activation for 2 hours at 35+/-2 ℃ to obtain an activating solution of the bacillus subtilis;
inoculating the saccharomyces cerevisiae into a fungus culture medium according to an inoculum size of 0.2%, and performing heat preservation and activation for 2 hours at 28+/-2 ℃ to obtain an activating solution of the saccharomyces cerevisiae;
the probiotics are prepared by mixing 0.1-0.2 part of the prepared enterococcus faecalis activating solution, 0.1-0.2 part of bacillus subtilis activating solution and 0.1-0.2 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae activating solution in parts by weight.
Preferably, in step (3), drying the raw material fermentation broth includes: drying the raw material fermentation broth at 240-260 ℃ for 10s.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the probiotics in the raw materials take Chinese herbal medicines as fermentation substrates, aromatic substances such as acetic acid, ethanol and the like are generated in the fermentation process, and the aromatic substances such as ethanol and the like can reduce and eliminate bitter and astringent smell of the Chinese herbal medicines, so that the feed is convenient for the pigs to eat. Under the fermentation action of probiotics, the cell wall of the traditional Chinese medicine plant can be promoted to be broken. The composition of radix astragali, radix Codonopsis, radix Paeoniae Rubra, radix Paeoniae alba and Atractylodis rhizoma can antagonize porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and treat porcine epidemic diarrhea.

the piglet in a certain scale farm has severe diarrhea, and the pathogen is confirmed to be porcine epidemic diarrhea virus according to clinical symptoms, pathological changes and laboratory diagnosis of the sick piglet. The 40 piglets with confirmed diagnosis are selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. Each group had 10 heads, which were blank, test 1 (example 1), test 2 (example 2), and test 3 (example 3). Each group was treated as follows:
blank group: feeding artificial milk;
test 1 group: feeding artificial milk +4kg/T the fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation for resisting porcine epidemic diarrhea virus prepared in the example 1;
test 2 group: feeding artificial milk +4kg/T the fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation for resisting porcine epidemic diarrhea virus prepared in the example 2;
test 3 group: feeding artificial milk +4kg/T the fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation for resisting porcine epidemic diarrhea virus prepared in the example 3;
test results show that compared with the blank group, the cure rate of the test 1 group, the test 2 group and the test 3 group is improved, the death rate is reduced, the cure rate is between 60% and 80%, and the death rate is between 20% and 40%. Weight loss before and after the blank group piglet test was 0.41kg, and the test group piglet weight was increased by 0.07kg, 0.31kg and 0.07kg, respectively.

The embodiment of the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for resisting porcine epidemic diarrhea virus fermentation, probiotics in raw materials take Chinese herbal medicines as fermentation substrates, aromatic substances such as acetic acid, ethanol and the like are generated in the fermentation process, and the aromatic substances such as the ethanol and the like can reduce and eliminate bitter and astringent smell of the traditional Chinese medicine, so that the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is convenient for a live pig to eat.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed, and any such modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
