Abstract
The invention discloses rosemary amino acid shampoo and a preparation method thereof, wherein the rosemary amino acid shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 72 to 78 percent of water, 5 to 7 percent of sodium laureth sulfate, 5 to 7 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1.5 to 2.0 percent of disodium cocoyl glutamate, 1.5 to 1.8 percent of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.5 to 1.8 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.2 to 1.6 percent of dimethiconol, 1.2 to 1.6 percent of cocamide DEA, 1.2 to 1.6 percent of cyclomethicone, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of hydrolysis keratin, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of sodium chloride, 0.15 to 0.25 percent of lauroyl amino acid TEA, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of glycine, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of glutamic acid, 0.3 to 0.6 percent of polyquaternium-6 percent of polyquaternium, 0.3 to 0.6 percent of rosemary extract, 0.05 to 0.05 percent of zinc oxide chloride, 0.05 to 0.05 percent of guar gum, 0.05 to 0.05 percent of 15 percent of geranyl ammonium chloride, 0.05 to 0.05 percent of geranyl phosphate, 0.15 percent of geranyl amino acid TEA, 0.05 to 0.05 percent of geranyl phosphate, 0.05 percent of geranyl alcohol and 15 percent of geranyl alcohol.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of shampoo products, and particularly relates to rosemary amino acid shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shampoo is the most widely used shampoo at present, and along with the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements of people on the shampoo are not only used for washing off grease, dirt and dust attached to scalp and hair, but also the shampoo is not needed to stimulate the scalp, does not increase burden on the scalp, has great cleaning force, and can improve the problems of the scalp and the hair quality.
However, the shampoo in the current market is generally added with essence and preservative, which easily stimulates scalp and cannot effectively improve scalp problems, the function of the product is single, some products have strong cleaning force but are not mild enough, and do not have the effects of preventing alopecia, preserving moisture and the like, and some products have good dandruff removing effect but do not have the effects of preventing alopecia, enabling hair to be smooth and the like; therefore, the development of the shampoo which has good cleaning effect, is mild and non-irritant and can solve the problems of dandruff, alopecia, damaged hair and the like is the research and development direction of products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the rosemary amino acid shampoo and the preparation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

Further, the rosemary amino acid shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by mass: water 75%, sodium laureth sulfate 6%, cocamidopropyl betaine 6%, disodium cocoyl glutamate 1.8%, sodium laureth sulfate 1.6%, dimethicone 1.6%, dimethiconol 1.5%, cocamide DEA 1.5%, cyclomethicone 1.4%, hydrolyzed keratin 0.6%, sodium chloride 0.4%, lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA salt 0.2%, glycine 0.15%, glutamic acid 0.1%, polyquaternium-60.5%, rosemary extract 0.5%, rosemary leaf extract 0.5%, lauryl pyridinium chloride 0.2%, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride 0.1%, rosemary leaf oil 0.1%, hydroxyethyl diphosphate 0.1%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.05%, caprylyl hydroxamic acid 0.1%.
Further, the mass concentration of the sodium laureth sulfate is 70%.
Further, the mass concentration of the cocamidopropyl betaine is 65%.
Further, the pH value of the rosemary amino acid shampoo is 5.5-6.5.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the rosemary amino acid shampoo, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the components according to the formula ratio, cleaning and disinfecting production equipment;
(2) Sequentially putting water, sodium laureth sulfate, lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA salt, cocamidopropyl betaine and disodium cocoyl glutamate into a stirring pot, heating to 85 ℃, stirring for 2-3 min to completely dissolve the sodium laureth sulfate, the lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA salt and the disodium cocoyl glutamate, and continuously stirring to cool the sodium laureth sulfate, the sodium cocoyl collagen amino acid TEA salt and the disodium cocoyl glutamate;
(3) When the temperature is reduced to 55-65 ℃, sodium lauryl sulfate, polydimethylsiloxane, cocamide DEA, cyclopolydimethylsiloxane and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride are sequentially added, and the mixture is stirred for 25-35 min until the mixture is emulsified uniformly;
(4) When the temperature is reduced to below 45 ℃, sequentially adding dimethiconol, hydrolyzed keratin, sodium chloride, polyquaternium-6, rosemary extract, rosemary leaf extract, lauryl pyridinium chloride, rosemary leaf oil, glycine, glutamic acid, hydroxyethylidene phosphate, 1, 2-hexanediol and caprylyl hydroximic acid, uniformly stirring, and continuously stirring for 25-35 min to reduce the temperature;
(5) When the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃, sampling and inspecting;
(6) Taking out the shampoo from the pot and standing after the shampoo is qualified, thus obtaining the rosemary amino acid shampoo.
Wherein in the step (2), the stirring speed is 750-850 r/min, and the stirring time is 30-50 min; in the step (3) and the step (4), the stirring speed is 400-600 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the rosemary amino acid shampoo, rosemary plant extract essence and amino acid are added, so that the shampoo can nourish and beautify hair and provide nutrition power for hair health; the formula is mild in faintly acid, can reduce stimulation close to the acid scalp, care hair and keep scalp healthy, and is suitable for pregnant women and infants; alcohol, hormone, animal raw materials, petroleum surfactant, essence and preservative are not added, so that the shampoo is safe and non-irritant.
2. According to the rosemary amino acid shampoo, the coconut oil acyl disodium glutamate serving as the component has good decontamination and foam increasing capabilities, and also has certain antistatic and sterilization capabilities under an acidic condition, and the component is mild and low in irritation and has no harm to skin; the rosemary essence has good effects of regulating water and oil balance and inhibiting spider mites, and also can promote scalp blood circulation, improve alopecia, reduce dandruff and improve scalp problems; the component caprylyl hydroximic acid has stronger antibacterial capability, is a novel preservative substitute, and the component 1, 2-hexanediol also has antibacterial effect, is safer and can be used with confidence; the ingredient hydrolyzed keratin can quickly permeate into the hair core, and can supplement nutrition lost in the hair, so that the hair is more full and healthy; the ingredient glycine, known as "amino acid moisturizer", helps hair absorb and retain moisture, and nourish dry damaged hair; the glutamic acid can help hair and skin to resist free radicals, improve oxidation resistance, delay hair aging, effectively prolong hair vitality, increase hair elasticity, and prevent hair loss.
3. According to the rosemary amino acid shampoo, the rosemary plant extract essence and a plurality of amino acids are added, so that the shampoo can clean and beautify hair, refresh scalp and enable hair to be fluffy and natural; meanwhile, the hair conditioner can smooth and care the hair, improve the quality of frizzy hair and enable the beautiful hair to be smooth, bright, elegant and natural.

Rosemary amino acid shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 78% of water, 5% of sodium laureth sulfate, 6% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1.5% of disodium cocoyl glutamate, 1.5% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.6% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.2% of dimethiconol, 1.2% of cocamide DEA, 1.2% of cyclopolydimethylsiloxane, 0.4% of hydrolyzed keratin, 0.5% of sodium chloride, 0.15% of lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA, 0.15% of glycine, 0.05% of glutamic acid, 60.4% of polyquaternium, 0.3% of rosemary extract, 0.4% of rosemary leaf extract, 0.1% of laurylpyridinium chloride, 0.05% of guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, 0.05% of rosemary leaf oil, 0.1% of hydroxyethyldiphosphonate, 0.05% of 1, 2-hexanediol, and 0.1% of caprylhydroxamic acid.
The preparation method of the rosemary amino acid shampoo in the embodiments 1 to 4 comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the components according to the formula ratio, cleaning and disinfecting production equipment;
(2) Sequentially adding water, sodium laureth sulfate, lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA salt, cocamidopropyl betaine, and disodium cocoyl glutamate into a stirring pot, heating to 85 deg.C, stirring for 3min for dissolving completely, and stirring at 800r/min for 40min to cool;
(3) Cooling to 60 deg.C, sequentially adding sodium lauryl sulfate, polydimethylsiloxane, cocamide DEA, cyclopolydimethylsiloxane, and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stirring at 500r/min for 30min to emulsify;
(4) Cooling to below 45 deg.C, sequentially adding dimethiconol, hydrolyzed keratin, sodium chloride, polyquaternium-6, herba Rosmarini officinalis extract, herba Rosmarini officinalis leaf extract, laurylpyridinium chloride, herba Rosmarini officinalis leaf oil, glycine, glutamic acid, hydroxyethyl diphosphate, 1, 2-hexanediol, and caprylyl hydroximic acid, stirring, and stirring at 500r/min for 30min to cool;
(5) When the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃, sampling and inspecting;
(6) Taking out the shampoo from the pot and standing after the shampoo is qualified, thus obtaining the rosemary amino acid shampoo.
Comparative example 1
The shampoo of comparative example 1 contains components and a preparation method thereof referring to example 1, except that rosemary extract, rosemary leaf extract and rosemary leaf oil are not added, and the water content is 73.2% by mass.
Comparative example 2
The shampoo of comparative example 2 contains components and a preparation method thereof referring to example 2, except that glycine and glutamic acid are not added, and the water content by mass is 74.15%.
Comparative example 3
The shampoo of comparative example 3 contains the components and the preparation method thereof refer to example 3, except that disodium cocoyl glutamate is not added, and the water content is 76.8% by mass.
Determination of Using effects
In order to further test the actual effect of the rosemary amino acid shampoo provided by the invention, the inventor carries out further comparative tests.
Test samples: rosemary amino acid shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention and shampoos prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3 of the present invention.
Test evaluation indexes are as follows: the shampoo has cleaning, dandruff removing, antipruritic, alopecia preventing, moisture keeping, and softening effects.
The test population is as follows: selecting 140 volunteers, wherein 126 female volunteers and 14 male volunteers; 14 pregnant women, 7 lactating women, 7 elderly people, and the rest are pregnant women, middle aged people or young people; divided into 7 groups of 20 persons each.
The test method comprises the following steps: the first group of test population used the rosemary amino acid shampoo prepared in example 1; the second group of test population used the rosemary amino acid shampoo prepared in example 2; the third group of test population used the rosemary amino acid shampoo prepared in example 3; the fourth group of test persons used the rosemary amino acid shampoo prepared in example 4; the shampoo prepared in comparative example 1 was used by a fifth group of test persons; the shampoo prepared in comparative example 1 was used by a sixth group of test persons; the shampoo prepared in comparative example 3 was used by a seventh group of test persons; and no other hair care products are used in the test period, and after the shampoo is continuously used for two times, the using effect of the shampoo is evaluated according to test evaluation indexes.
Counting the number of the tested volunteers in each group of the evaluation indexes, wherein the test evaluation results are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the data in the above table, the use of the rosemary amino acid shampoos of examples 1 to 4 containing rosemary extract, rosemary leaf oil, glycine, glutamic acid, and disodium cocoyl glutamate all showed excellent cleansing effect, anti-dandruff antipruritic effect, anti-alopecia effect, and moisture retention and softness of hair.
After the shampoo of comparative example 1 which does not contain rosemary extract, rosemary leaf extract and rosemary leaf oil is used, the cleaning effect, the dandruff removing and itching relieving effect and the alopecia preventing effect are poor, and the moisture retention and the softness of hair are general; after the shampoo of the comparative example 2 which does not contain glycine and glutamic acid is used, the anti-hair loss effect, the moisture retention and the softness of hair are poor, and the cleaning effect and the anti-dandruff and itching-relieving effect are general; after the shampoo of comparative example 3, which does not contain the cocoyl disodium glutamate, is used, the cleaning effect is poor, the dandruff removing and itching relieving effects, the alopecia preventing effect and the moisture retention and the smoothness of hair are general.

The rosemary amino acid shampoo is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 72 to 78 percent of water, 5 to 7 percent of sodium laureth sulfate, 5 to 7 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1.5 to 2.0 percent of disodium cocoyl glutamate, 1.5 to 1.8 percent of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.5 to 1.8 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.2 to 1.6 percent of dimethiconol, 1.2 to 1.6 percent of cocamide DEA, 1.2 to 1.6 percent of cyclopolydimethylsiloxane, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of hydrolyzed keratin, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of sodium chloride, 0.15 to 0.25 percent of lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of glycine, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of glutamic acid, 60.3 to 0.6 percent of polyquaternium, 0.3 to 0.6 percent of rosemary extract, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of lauryl pyridinium chloride, 0.05 to 0.20 percent of hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.05 to 0.05 percent of rosemary oil, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of ethylene glycol, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of dioctyl ammonium chloride, 0.15 percent of dioctyl glycol and 0.15 percent of ethylene glycol.

The rosemary amino acid shampoo according to claim 1, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: water 75%, sodium laureth sulfate 6%, cocamidopropyl betaine 6%, disodium cocoyl glutamate 1.8%, sodium laureth sulfate 1.6%, dimethicone 1.6%, dimethiconol 1.5%, cocamide DEA 1.5%, cyclomethicone 1.4%, hydrolyzed keratin 0.6%, sodium chloride 0.4%, lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA salt 0.2%, glycine 0.15%, glutamic acid 0.1%, polyquaternium-60.5%, rosemary extract 0.5%, rosemary leaf extract 0.5%, lauryl pyridinium chloride 0.2%, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride 0.1%, rosemary leaf oil 0.1%, hydroxyethyl diphosphate 0.1%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.05%, caprylyl hydroxamic acid 0.1%.
3. Rosemary amino acid shampoo according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the sodium laureth sulfate is present at a concentration of 70% by weight.
4. Rosemary amino acid shampoo according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the mass concentration of cocamidopropyl betaine is 65%.
5. The rosemary amino acid shampoo of claim 1 or 2, wherein the rosemary amino acid shampoo has a pH of from 5.5 to 6.5.
6. A method for preparing rosemary amino acid shampoo as claimed in claim 1 or 2 comprising the steps of:
(1) Weighing the components according to the formula ratio, cleaning and disinfecting production equipment;
(2) Sequentially putting water, sodium laureth sulfate, lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA salt, cocamidopropyl betaine and disodium cocoyl glutamate into a stirring pot, heating to 85 ℃, stirring for 2-3 min to completely dissolve the sodium laureth sulfate, the lauroyl collagen amino acid TEA salt and the disodium cocoyl glutamate, and continuously stirring to cool the sodium laureth sulfate, the sodium cocoyl collagen amino acid TEA salt and the disodium cocoyl glutamate;
(3) Cooling to 55-65 ℃, sequentially adding sodium lauryl sulfate, polydimethylsiloxane, cocamide DEA, cyclopolydimethylsiloxane and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, and stirring for 25-35 min until emulsification is uniform;
(4) Cooling to below 45 ℃, then sequentially adding dimethiconol, hydrolyzed keratin, sodium chloride, polyquaternium-6, rosemary extract, rosemary leaf extract, lauryl pyridinium chloride, rosemary leaf oil, glycine, glutamic acid, hydroxyethyl diphosphate, 1, 2-hexanediol and caprylyl hydroximic acid, uniformly stirring, and continuously stirring for 25-35 min to cool;
(5) When the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃, sampling and inspecting;
(6) Taking the liquid out of the pot and standing after the liquid is qualified, thus obtaining the rosemary amino acid shampoo.
7. The method for preparing rosemary amino acid shampoo as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the stirring speed is 750 to 850r/min, and the stirring time is 30 to 50min.
8. The method for preparing rosemary amino acid shampoo according to claim 6, wherein in the step (3) and the step (4), the stirring speed is 400-600 r/min.
