Optionally, the transmission mechanism 14 is disposed between adjacent rolling brushes 11, so as to optimize the transmission, so that the rolling brush 11 mechanism can be designed to be longer. Preferably, a single roller brush mechanism is provided with one of the transmission mechanisms 14, and the transmission mechanism 14 is not arranged in the middle of the cleaning assembly. Therefore, although the rolling brush 11 cannot be installed at the same time at the position where the transmission mechanism 14 is installed, the present application is provided with two cleaning assemblies, and the installation directions of the two cleaning assemblies are opposite, even if the roller brush mechanism on the front end cleaning assembly cannot be cleaned due to a gap left at a part of the roller brush mechanism, the roller brush mechanism on the rear end cleaning assembly has no gap at the corresponding cleaning position due to the opposite direction, so that the solar panel which is not completely cleaned by the front end cleaning assembly can be further cleaned. Optionally, a gap left between the rolling brushes 11 at the left end and the right end of the roller brush mechanism is asymmetric.
The support mechanism is further provided with a flushing mechanism, the flushing mechanism comprises nozzles 12 and pipelines, the nozzles 12 are connected with the pipelines, and a plurality of nozzles 12 are arranged on one pipeline and connected with water pipes.
When the device is operated, the nozzle 12 on the front end cleaning component wets dust or dirt and the like on the solar panel, the brush on the rear end cleaning component is generally used for secondary cleaning so as to clean the dirt and dust which are not cleaned at the front end under the severe environment, and the nozzle 12 on the rear end cleaning component is generally used for washing mud and dust out of the solar panel. Two clean subassemblies in front and back are favorable to promoting clean efficiency to promote clear clean degree.
The support mechanism comprises a support main body and a connecting cross rod 13, the connecting cross rod 13 is connected with the support main body, and the connecting cross rod 13 is connected with the main body assembly. Optionally, both ends of the connecting cross rod 13 are connected with the rolling brush 11 through a connecting piece, optionally, the motor unit 45 is arranged at the position of one end of the connecting cross rod 13, optionally, the motor unit 45 is arranged on the connecting piece.
The fixing plate is provided with a connecting block, optionally, the connecting block is provided with a pin hole, a circle of hole sites matched with the pin hole are arranged at a preset connecting position on the connecting cross rod 13, and the difference of the hole sites lies in the difference of the radial direction of the connecting cross rod 13. The connecting block is provided with a groove for accommodating the connecting cross rod 13.
The cleaning component can be fixed on the fixing plate through a pin, and the height between the cleaning component and the plane to be cleaned can be adjusted by changing the hole position connected with the pin. So as to adapt to dry cleaning or water washing and adjustment of different pollution degrees.
Optionally, a fixing block is further arranged on the connecting cross rod 13, a through hole is formed in the connecting block, and a structure matched with the through hole is arranged on the fixing block, so that the fixing block and the connecting block can be detachably connected. Optionally, a pin hole is formed in the fixing block, a circle of hole sites matched with the pin hole is formed in a preset connecting position on the connecting cross rod 13, and the difference of the hole sites lies in the difference of the radial direction of the connecting cross rod 13.
When the device is used for cleaning in a severe environment, the manual cleaning efficiency is less than 100 square meters per hour, but the device can achieve 6500 square meters per hour by cleaning through the method, and even compared with a common cleaning machine, the efficiency is greatly improved.
The water and electricity mechanism includes water and electricity coupling 21, fixing support 25, water and electricity sliding ring, water and electricity coupling 21 passes through the water and electricity sliding ring with fixing support 25 connects, the water and electricity mechanism passes through fixing support 25 is connected with electrical control mechanism. The fixing support 25 is connected with a tension bolt, and the tension bolt can improve the stability of the fixing support 25 so as to adapt to the severe environment during cleaning.
The water and electricity sliding ring includes sliding ring one 22, sliding ring two 23 and sliding ring three 24, sliding ring two 23 with water and electricity coupling 21 is connected, sliding ring three 24 with fixing support 25 is connected, sliding ring one 22 sets up sliding ring two 23 with between the sliding ring three 24, swing joint sliding ring two 23 with sliding ring three 24, be equipped with spacing hole on the sliding ring three 24 for the removal of restriction water pipe and cable. Optionally, the second slip ring 23 and the third slip ring 24 are provided with limiting grooves, and the first slip ring 22 is arranged between the second slip ring 23 and the third slip ring 24 through a snap spring.

A method of cleaning comprising the steps of:
step S1: judging whether the cleaning environment is suitable for cleaning;
step S2: placing the cleaning device on a plane to be cleaned;
and step S3: cleaning the plane to be cleaned by cleaning equipment;
and step S4: repeating the step S2 and the step S3;
step S5: and recovering the cleaning component.
The step S1 includes: judging whether the cleaning work is carried out in the cleaning environment, so that the cleaning efficiency can be improved or the consumption in cleaning can be reduced; whether cleaning work is carried out in the cleaning environment or not is judged, whether the cleaning equipment is damaged or not is judged, and the next step can be carried out after the work is facilitated.
The clean environment convenient for cleaning comprises rainy days with low pollutant-free content, after single rainfall or in good weather conditions and the like.
Optionally, the cleaning device includes an anti-slip mechanism, and the step 2 includes: adjusting the telescopic sleeve and the connecting rod to enable the distance between the anti-skid roller 53 and the adjusting sleeve 52 to be adaptive to the thickness of the top surface of the solar panel to be cleaned; adjusting the telescopic rod 51 to enable the position of the cleaning equipment limited by the anti-skid mechanism to be adaptive to the position of the solar panel to be cleaned; the cleaning equipment is placed on the solar panel, the anti-skid rollers 53 on the anti-skid mechanism on one side of the cleaning equipment are placed on the top surface of the solar panel, and the anti-skid rollers 53 on the anti-skid mechanism on the other side of the cleaning equipment are connected with or not connected with the bottom surface of the solar panel.
In the normal cleaning, the step S3 includes: the cleaning device moves forward; the nozzles on the front hairbrush wet dust or dirt on the solar panel, and the front hairbrush cleans the solar panel; the solar panel is cleaned for the second time by the rear brush, the front brush does not have clean mud and dust in the severe environment, and the nozzle on the rear brush washes mud and dust out of the solar panel. When the cleaning equipment is cleaned in the rainfall or after the rainfall, the rainwater can infiltrate the dust and the mud on the solar panel, so that the water consumption and the wetting time of the equipment for wetting the solar panel are reduced, the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning equipment is enhanced, and the environment is protected.
The movement of the cleaning device in step S3 may be controlled wirelessly by a remote control mechanism. 2. Solar panel cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the roller brush mechanism has a length of more than 2 meters.
3. The solar panel cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the roller brush mechanism comprises a roller brush and a roller brush shaft, the roller brush is connected with the roller brush shaft, and at least one roller brush is disposed on a single roller brush shaft.

The solar panel cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the cleaning assembly further comprises a motor unit, the motor unit is connected with a transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is connected with the roller brush shaft, the motor unit drives the roller brush mechanism to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is disposed between adjacent roller brushes, and the transmission mechanism is not disposed in the middle of the cleaning assembly.

The solar panel cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the electrical control mechanism comprises an electrical control box main body and an electrical control box cover plate, and the electrical control box main body is hermetically connected with the electrical control box cover plate.

The solar panel cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein a sinking platform structure is arranged on the electric control box main body, a matching structure matched with the sinking platform structure is arranged on the electric control box cover plate, and the electric control box main body is hermetically connected with the electric control box cover plate through the matching structure and the sinking platform structure.

The solar panel cleaning apparatus of claim 5, wherein the electronic control mechanism comprises a master control device and a remote control mechanism, the master control device being wirelessly connected to the remote control mechanism, the master control device being disposed within the electronic control box body.
8. The solar panel cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein the moving mechanism comprises tracks made of neoprene impregnated with nitrile reclaimed rubber and viton.
9. The solar panel cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein the main body assembly further comprises anti-slip mechanisms disposed at opposite ends of the main body assembly.

Cleaning method for a solar panel cleaning device according to any of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of: step S1: determining whether the cleaning environment is suitable for cleaning; step S2: placing the cleaning device on a plane to be cleaned; and step S3: cleaning the plane to be cleaned by cleaning equipment; and step S4: repeating the step S2 and the step S3; step S5: and recovering the cleaning component.
