The photovoltaic panel cleaning device is characterized by comprising a main body module and a cleaning module, wherein the main body module is connected with the cleaning module; the anti-skid module is arranged on the main body module and is arranged at two ends of the main body module; the anti-skid module comprises an anti-skid roller, an adjusting sleeve and a telescopic rod, the anti-skid roller is connected with the adjusting sleeve, and the adjusting sleeve is connected with the telescopic rod;
the main body module comprises a power module, the power module comprises a motor unit and a moving unit, the motor unit is connected with the moving unit, the moving unit further comprises a driving wheel shaft, a driven wheel shaft and a crawler, and the motor unit drives a driving shaft to rotate.

The photovoltaic panel cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the main body module further comprises a hydro-electric module and an electronic control module, the hydro-electric module is connected with the electronic control module, and the power module is connected with the electronic control module.
3. The photovoltaic panel cleaning apparatus of claim 2, wherein the anti-slip roller is movably connected to the adjustment sleeve by a connecting rod.
4. The photovoltaic panel cleaning device of claim 2, wherein the adjusting sleeve is provided with a telescopic sleeve, and the connecting rod is movably connected with the telescopic sleeve.

The photovoltaic panel cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein the telescopic sleeve is provided with a pin hole, the connecting rod is provided with a hole site matched with the pin hole on the telescopic sleeve, and the telescopic sleeve is connected with the connecting rod through a pin shaft.
6. The photovoltaic panel cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein the telescopic sleeve is provided with more than one group of pin holes and/or the connecting rod is provided with more than one group of hole sites matched with the pin holes.
7. The photovoltaic panel cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a telescopic rod is connected to the other end of the telescopic rod, at least one telescopic rod is provided, and at least one bolt hole is provided on the telescopic rod.
8. The photovoltaic panel cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the adjusting sleeve is provided with at least one through hole matching with the pin hole, and the adjusting sleeve is connected with the telescopic rod through a pin.

The photovoltaic panel cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein the retractable rod is connected to the power module through a connecting base, the connecting base is provided with at least one through hole matched with the pin hole, and the connecting base is connected to the retractable rod through a pin.
10. A cleaning method for use in a cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
step S1: adjusting the telescopic sleeve and the connecting rod to enable the distance between the anti-skid roller and the adjusting sleeve to be adapted to the thickness of the top end of the solar panel to be cleaned;
step S2: adjusting the telescopic rod to enable the position of the cleaning device fixed by the anti-falling module to be matched with the position of the solar panel to be cleaned;
and step S3: placing the cleaning device on the solar panel, wherein the antiskid rollers on the antiskid modules on one side of the cleaning device are positioned on the top surface of the solar panel, and the antiskid rollers on the antiskid modules on the other side of the cleaning device are connected or disconnected with the bottom surface of the solar panel;
and step S4: the cleaning device cleans the plane to be cleaned;
step S5: and repeating the step S1, the step S2, the step S3 and/or the step S4.
