Abstract

背景技术
由DE 102015101410A1已知一种内燃机,其具有气缸曲轴箱、在运行中填充有油直至油位的油底壳、具有至少一个通孔的油底壳上部以及具有至少一个油通道的回油装置,所述回油装置用于将油特别是从油分离装置回引到油底壳中。
DE 100 26 113 B4示出一种内燃机,其具有设置在曲轴腔与油底壳之间的油底壳上部,所述油底壳上部保持在气缸曲轴箱与油底壳的连接在气缸曲轴箱上的部分之间。油通道这样延伸,使得从气缸盖回引的油被引导至在油底壳中的油位之下。

在WO 2012175275 A1中,油槽设置在盖-缸体单元的气缸盖的区域中,供应孔从该油槽引导向废气涡轮增压器的轴的轴套的润滑剂供给通道。在废气涡轮增压器的法兰中设置有用于回油和密封空气排出的转移开口,该转移开口通入到润滑剂回流通道中。在必要时被钻出的并且能通过封闭螺栓或芯孔封闭件封闭的所述润滑剂回流通道经由回流管路的竖直部分引导回到油底壳中。
在开发发动机的过程中非常强调紧凑性。重要的是在小的结构空间上给出尽可能多的功能。当今的构造给出对于每个气缸具有各自的油下行结构的气缸曲轴箱,所述构造使得无压力的油在发动机缸体中回流并且之后回流到油底壳中。
一种备选方案可以是更少的油下行结构并且将无压力的油储量聚集在气缸盖中。这种变型方案的缺点是,在两个或多个气缸的油汇集的区域中,气缸盖在其结构上被削弱。
由此不利的是,各个油下行结构在气缸曲轴箱中需要占据非常多的结构空间或使得结构被削弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,避免上述缺点并且给出紧凑的并且稳定的发动机。
上述目的通过按照权利要求1所述的发动机来实现。

具体实施方式
本构造在小的结构空间上给出多个功能,同时不削弱气缸盖的结构。在图1中示出的解决方案中,对于每个气缸(5),无压力的油(4)从气缸盖这样移送给气缸曲轴箱(1),使得无压力的油被移送到回油收集槽(2)中,所述回油收集槽水平地设置在盖与缸体之间的分界平面的区域中。由此能够在气缸盖中构造工整的结构而没有限制。回油收集槽(2)浇铸或机械加工到气缸曲轴箱(1)中。所述回油收集槽(2)将来自气缸盖的各个气缸区域的无压力的油聚集起来,收集所述油并将所述油朝油底壳的方向进一步引导向浇铸或机械加工的油下行结构(3),所述油下行结构在第一个气缸和最后一个气缸的区域中竖直地设置。由此,在回油收集槽(2)之下提供用于水通道和其他要设置的模块、例如冷却盒或类似物的空间。

Claims (5)
1.一种内燃机、特别是柴油内燃机,所述内燃机具有气缸曲轴箱(1)、至少一个回油收集槽(2)、至少一个油下行结构(3)以及至少一个气缸(5),在所述油下行结构中,无压力的油(4)依照重力朝油底壳的方向流走。
2.按照权利要求1所述的内燃机,其特征在于,所述回油收集槽(2)基本上水平地设置。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的内燃机,其特征在于,所述回油收集槽(2)基本上设置在气缸曲轴箱(1)与气缸盖的分界平面的区域中。
4.按照权利要求1、2或3所述的内燃机,其特征在于,所述回油收集槽(2)基本上设置在气缸曲轴箱(1)与气缸盖的分界平面的区域中,并且所述回油收集槽从第一个气缸(5)延伸直至最后一个气缸。
5.按照前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的内燃机,其特征在于,在所述第一个气缸(5)和所述最后一个气缸的区域中分别存在一个竖直地设置的油下行结构(3)。
