Abstract
The application discloses a baby skin care oil containing nut oil, which comprises 100 parts of compound nut oil, 1-3 parts of momordica grosvenori volatile oil and 3-8 parts of vitamin E; wherein, the mass ratio of the compound nut oil is 1:0.1 to 0.2 percent of sweet almond oil and walnut oil are uniformly mixed. The infant skin care oil prepared by the application has higher stability, can relieve eczema symptoms and has anti-inflammatory effect.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of skin care product preparation. More particularly, the present application relates to a nut oil-containing infant skin care oil.
Background
Nuts are a plant material with high oil content, common nuts comprise almonds, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans and the like, and the oil extracted from the nuts can be applied to the fields of foods, cosmetics, skin care products and the like, such as sweet almond oil, walnut oil, hazelnuts and the like. In the prior art, sweet almond oil is often used as basic grease of skin care oil, has the magic effects of easy absorption, nourishing and moisturizing, and is convenient to use. At present, most of the existing skin care oil for infants only has the effects of moisturizing or nourishing skin, has single functions, and needs to develop more skin care oil products with safety and other effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve at least the problems and provide the infant skin care oil containing the nut oil, which has better treatment effect on eczema by adding the momordica grosvenori volatile oil and the bletilla striata treated substance, has a certain anti-inflammatory effect and improves the efficacy of the infant skin care oil.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the application, there is provided a nut oil-containing infant skin care oil comprising the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of compound nut oil, 1-3 parts of momordica grosvenori volatile oil and 3-8 parts of vitamin E;
wherein, the mass ratio of the compound nut oil is 1: and mixing 0.1-0.2 of sweet almond oil and walnut oil uniformly.
Preferably, the preparation of the momordica grosvenori volatile oil comprises the following steps: and (3) placing the crushed fructus momordicae in deionized water, uniformly stirring, placing at 100 ℃ and refluxing for 5-6 hours to obtain an oil-water mixed solution, and extracting and steaming the oil-water mixed solution to obtain the fructus momordicae volatile oil.
Preferably, before the crushed fructus momordicae is placed in deionized water, placing the crushed fructus momordicae in 0.2M phosphoric acid buffer solution, then placing the fructus momordicae in 45-50 ℃ for heating for 15-20 min, then placing the fructus momordicae in an ultrasonic environment for ultrasonic treatment for 15-20 min to obtain treatment solution, and then adding deionized water into the treatment solution for reflux; the mass ratio of the crushed fructus momordicae to the phosphate buffer solution is 1:2.5.

< acute skin irritation test >
An acute skin irritation test was performed with reference to cosmetic safety Specification (2021), specifically as follows:
5 SD rats were selected from the male and female rats, and the hairs on both sides of the back spine were cut off 24. 24h before the test, and the skin was not damaged, and the left and right rats were approximately 2cm. Times.2 cm. 0.5ml of the test object is directly smeared on one side of skin, then covered by two layers of gauze, and then fixed by using non-irritating adhesive tape. The other side of the skin is a blank. The application time was 4 hours, after which the residual test object was removed with warm water. At 2 hours after removal of the test subjects, the skin of the back-smeared part of SD rats was observed for erythema and edema, and the degree of erythema and edema was scored according to tables 1 and 2, and the average value of the scores of the 10 groups of tests (i.e., the reaction average score) was taken as the final score. The skin irritation was graded by the test object in table 3. Wherein, the mean response score = (total erythema plus total edema) per total animals.

< Effect of paraxylene-induced mouse auricle swelling >
30 mice (18-22 g) were selected and each half was randomly divided into a blank group, a group of example 2 and a group of comparative example 1 according to gender and weight, and 10 mice each. The right ears of the mice in the blank group are uniformly coated with 0.5ml of physiological saline, the right ears of the mice in the embodiment 2 group are uniformly coated with 0.5ml of skin care oil in the embodiment 2, the right ears of the mice in the comparison 1 group are uniformly coated with 0.5ml of skin care oil in the comparison 1 group, and after 10 minutes of coating, each right ear of each group of mice is uniformly coated with 0.05ml of dimethylbenzene inflammation, and the left ear of each right ear of each group is not coated with the skin care oil in the comparison. After 30 minutes of xylene application, mice were sacrificed, left and right ears of the mice were cleaned with distilled water and the water was wiped dry, the same area of the left and right ears was cut off with a punch with a diameter of 8mm, and the mice were weighed with an electronic balance. The swelling degree of each experimental group was calculated using the difference between the left and right ear weights as a swelling degree index, and the specific results are shown in table 9.
