Abstract
The invention discloses a baby skin care oil containing nut oil, which comprises 100 parts of composite nut oil, 1-3 parts of momordica grosvenori volatile oil and 3-8 parts of vitamin E; wherein the composite nut oil is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1: 0.1-0.2 of sweet almond oil and walnut oil are evenly mixed to prepare the oil. The baby skin care oil prepared by the invention has higher stability, can relieve eczema symptoms and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care product preparation. More particularly, the present invention relates to a skin care oil for infants comprising nut oil.
Background
The nuts are plant raw materials with high oil content, common nuts comprise almonds, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans and the like, and the oil extracted from the nuts can be applied to the fields of food, cosmetics and skin care products and the like, such as sweet almond oil, walnut oil, hazelnut oil and the like. In the prior art, sweet almond oil is often used as base oil of skin care oil, has the magical effects of easy absorption, nourishing and moisturizing and is convenient to use. At present, most of the existing baby skin care oils only have the efficacy of moisturizing or nourishing skin, have single function, and urgently need to develop more skin care oil products with safety and other efficacies.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide a baby skin care oil containing nut oil, which has a good treatment effect on eczema and a certain anti-inflammatory effect by adding momordica grosvenori volatile oil and bletilla striata treatment substances, and improves the efficacy of the baby skin care oil.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a nut oil-containing skin care oil for infants comprising the following components in parts by weight:

< acute skin irritation test >
The acute skin irritation test is carried out according to technical Specification for safety of cosmetics (2021), and the test is as follows:
SD rats of 5 male and female animals each were selected, and both sides of the dorsal spine were cut off 24 hours before the test without damaging the skin, about 2cm × 2cm each. 0.5ml of the test substance is directly smeared on one side of the skin, and then covered by two layers of gauze and fixed by a non-irritant adhesive plaster. The skin on the other side was a blank control. The application time is 4h, and then warm water is used for removing residual test substances. At 2h after the removal of the test substance, the skin of the dorsal application part of the SD rat was observed for erythema and edema, and the skin was scored according to the degree of erythema and edema in tables 1 and 2, and the average value of the scores of the 10 test groups (i.e., the reaction average score) was taken as the final score. The skin irritation of the test article was graded by table 3. Wherein the mean score of the response = (total score of erythema formation + total score of edema formation)/total number of animals.

2, 4-Dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) (analytically pure), acetone solution (analytically pure), depilatory cream (from vettin), baby emollient oil (from Qiangsheng)
2. Experimental animals and groups
90 healthy SD male rats weighing 200 + -20 g; after one week of adaptive feeding of SD rats with basal feed and purified water, the SD rats were randomly divided into a blank group, a chronic eczema group, an example 1 group, an example 2 group, an example 3 group, an example 4 group, a comparative example 1 group, a comparative example 2 group and a model group, and 10 rats were housed in cages.

Depilating the skin of the back of the rat with depilatory cream, depilating the area 4cm × 4cm, applying 5% DNCB acetone solution 100 μ l to the skin of the depilated area, exciting once every 5d, and exciting 4 times continuously. The blank group did not have any excitation, and the other experimental groups were excited. Erythema, pimples, scratches, scales and scabs gradually appear on the skin at the depilated part after the first excitation, the skin damage condition is recorded after each excitation and scored according to a table 6, the average score of 10 groups of experiments is taken, the average score of the average scores of four excitations is taken as the final skin damage score, and the specific result is shown in a table 7.
4. Result of molding
2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene is applied to repeatedly stimulate the back skin of a rat, so that the back skin of the rat has skin lesion expressions such as erythema, pimple, scale, lichenification and the like which accord with the clinical expression of chronic eczema, and a chronic eczema rat model is further established. The results show that: the skin on the back of the rats in the blank group has no symptoms, is light red, and has clear skin texture and soft texture; more specifically, as shown in table 7, the rats in the example 1 group to the example 4 group and the comparative example 1 group to the comparative example 2 all had significant skin lesions on the backs, had visible skin symptoms such as erythema, scales, scabbing, rough thickening, pigmentation and the like, and met the diagnosis standard of chronic eczema, and the rats were successfully modeled.

< Effect of swelling of mouse auricle due to Paraxylene >
30 mice (18-22 g) were divided into a blank group, an example 2 group and a comparative example 1 group, each group containing 10 mice, each of which was divided into male and female halves at random according to sex and body weight. The control is prepared by uniformly coating the right ears of mice in a blank group with 0.5ml of physiological saline, the right ears of mice in an example 2 group with 0.5ml of the skin care oil in an example 2, the right ears of mice in a comparative example 1 group with 0.5ml of the skin care oil in a comparative example 1, uniformly coating the two sides of each right ear of each group of mice with 0.05ml of dimethylbenzene to cause inflammation after coating for 10 minutes, and not coating the left ears of the mice. After 30 minutes of xylene application, the mice were sacrificed, the left and right ears of the mice were cleaned with distilled water and dried, the same portions of the left and right ears were cut off in equal areas with a punch having a diameter of 8mm, and weighed with an electronic balance. The difference between the weights of the left and right ear pieces was used as the swelling index to calculate the swelling index for each experimental group, and the specific results are shown in Table 9.
