Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a composition for removing acnes and acne marks, and skin care products prepared by taking the composition as an active ingredient act on acne-growing parts to effectively diminish inflammation and sterilize, so as to achieve the purposes of removing acnes, eliminating acne marks and inhibiting acne regeneration.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the composition for removing acnes and acne marks.
The invention further aims to provide application of the acne-removing and acne mark-removing composition in skin care products.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the composition for removing acnes and acne marks comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-14 parts of salacia reticulata extract, 10-16 parts of Eurycoma longifolia extract, 6-12 parts of flower anchor extract, 5-10 parts of golden mallow extract, 5-7 parts of dandelion extract and 2-6 parts of lithospermum extract.
Further, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of salacia reticulata extract, 12 parts of Eurycoma longifolia extract, 8 parts of flower anchor extract, 7 parts of golden mallow extract, 6 parts of dandelion extract and 4 parts of lithospermum extract.

the Salacia reticulata extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing five layers Long Genjing, decocting with 5-8 times of water, filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure, adding 55% -65% ethanol, standing overnight, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, concentrating, and drying to obtain Salacia reticulata extract;
the Eurycoma longifolia extract is obtained by the following steps: slicing the Eurycoma longifolia root, adding 15-20 times deionized water for reflux extraction, filtering the extracting solution, eluting the extracting solution by macroporous adsorption resin, deionized water and 30% -40% ethanol, concentrating and drying to obtain an Eurycoma longifolia extract;
the flower anchor extract is obtained by the following method: reflux extracting dried flower anchor with 8-10 times of 60% -75% ethanol, filtering, concentrating, drying, and pulverizing to obtain flower anchor extract;
the golden brocade extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing the dried golden mosaic, adding 10-15 times of 30-40% ethanol, extracting at normal temperature by ultrasonic treatment, filtering, concentrating, and freeze-drying to obtain golden mosaic extract;
the dandelion extract is obtained by the following steps: pulverizing dandelion, adding 6-10 times of 40-60% ethanol, reflux-extracting, purifying with macroporous resin, washing with water, eluting with ethanol, concentrating, and freeze-drying to obtain dandelion extract;
the lithospermum extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing the dried lithospermum, adding 30% -40% ethanol with the amount of 10-20 times, mixing, performing ultrasonic extraction, and centrifuging the extract to obtain a supernatant; purifying the supernatant with macroporous resin until the liquid is colorless, eluting with ethanol, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain radix Arnebiae extract;
mixing the above six extracts to obtain the composition for eliminating acne and eliminating acne marks.
The third purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

Further, the composition is used as an active ingredient, and conventional auxiliary materials and methods for producing skin care products are adopted to prepare the face cream.
Further, the addition amount of the composition in the skin care product is 6-12 wt%.
Further, the face cream also comprises 2 to 5 parts of thickening agent, 22 to 42 parts of emulsifying agent, 16 to 48 parts of humectant, 27 to 60 parts of softening agent, 0.2 to 0.6 part of preservative and 300 to 450 parts of deionized water.
Further, the thickening agent is one or more selected from pectin, xanthan gum and acrylic ester, the emulsifying agent is one or more selected from cetylstearyl olive oil, sorbitol olive oil, hydrogenated lecithin and glycerol stearate, the humectant is one or more selected from glycerol, butanediol and dipropylene glycol, the softening agent is one or more selected from squalane, tocopheryl acetate, jojoba seed oil, butter tree fruit and isododecane, and the preservative is one or more selected from phenoxyethanol, hydroxypropyl and methylparaben.
Further, the preparation process of the face cream comprises the following steps:
(1) Stirring and mixing the emulsifying agent and the softening agent at 65-75 ℃ until the emulsifying agent and the softening agent are completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase mixture;
(2) Mixing a humectant, a thickener and deionized water, and stirring at 65-75 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a water phase mixture;
(3) Adding the oil phase mixture obtained in the step (1) into the water phase mixture obtained in the step (2) under stirring, continuously stirring, and then carrying out a homogenization process at 60-70 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
(4) Cooling to below 50 ℃, adding the composition and the preservative into the mixture in the step (3), supplementing deionized water, continuing the homogenizing process, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the face cream with the effects of removing acnes and acne marks.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The composition for removing acnes and acne marks provided by the invention can play a role in diminishing inflammation and sterilizing when acting on a acne-growing part, and can effectively remove acnes, remove acne marks and inhibit acne regeneration. The salacia reticulata extract is compatible with the flower anchor extract and the lithospermum extract, so that the salacia reticulata extract has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, preventing further worsening of acnes and effectively removing acnes. The Salacia reticulata extract has antioxidant effect, and can remove redundant free radicals on skin surface, help skin resist oxidation, resist inflammation, and promote inflammation resolution. The flower anchor extract has remarkable antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and can inhibit the deterioration of vaccinia and stabilize the skin. The radix Arnebiae extract contains naphthoquinone active components such as shikonin, and can promote skin injury repair.
The golden brocade extract is compatible with the Eurycoma longifolia extract and the dandelion extract, so that metabolism of skin cutin is accelerated, pigments are reduced, acne marks are eliminated, and uneven skin color caused by the acne marks is improved; and promote skin water-oil balance, prevent excessive oil secretion from clogging hair follicle again, establish skin barrier, and inhibit acne regeneration. The Eurycoma longifolia extract can promote skin microcirculation, repair skin cells, improve skin metabolism, lighten pigments, eliminate acne marks and establish skin barriers. The golden-silk extract contains more hydrophilic groups, can effectively lock skin moisture, further inhibit sebum secretion, and enable skin to reach a water-oil balance state. The dandelion extract contains a plurality of components such as dandelion sterol and the like, can well play a role in cleaning skin and avoid bacteria from infecting the skin. The three components are compounded and then play a synergistic effect with other components of the invention, so as to achieve the purposes of removing acnes and eliminating acne marks.
(2) The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition, corresponding extracts are respectively extracted from six plants, the operation is simple and convenient, and the obtained extracts are safe and mild to human skin and have no irritation.
(3) The invention also provides application of the composition in skin care products, and the skin care products taking the composition as an active ingredient have good acne removing and acne mark eliminating effects.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific embodiments, and it should be noted that, on the premise of no conflict, new embodiments may be formed by any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below.
Example 1
A composition for eliminating acne and acne mark comprises Salacia reticulata extract 10 parts, eurycoma longifolia extract 12 parts, halocynthia Roretana extract 8 parts, kosteletzkya virginica extract 7 parts, herba Taraxaci extract 6 parts, and radix Arnebiae extract 4 parts.
The Salacia reticulata extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing five layers Long Genjing, decocting with 6 times of water for 2 times each for 1 hr; filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure, adding 60% ethanol, standing overnight, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure at 50deg.C, and drying to obtain Salacia reticulata extract;
the Eurycoma longifolia extract is obtained by the following steps: slicing Eurycoma longifolia, adding 16 times deionized water, reflux-extracting for 2 times, each for 2h, mixing the extractive solutions, filtering the extractive solution, eluting the extractive solution with macroporous adsorption resin, deionized water and 35% ethanol, concentrating, and drying to obtain Eurycoma longifolia extract;
the flower anchor extract is obtained by the following method: reflux extracting dried fructus Phyllanthi with 9 times of 70% ethanol for 2 times each for 2 hr, mixing the reflux solutions, filtering, concentrating, drying, and pulverizing to obtain fructus Phyllanthi extract;
the golden brocade extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing dried golden mosaic, adding 12 times of 35% ethanol, extracting at normal temperature under ultrasound, filtering, concentrating, and lyophilizing to obtain golden mosaic extract;
the dandelion extract is obtained by the following steps: pulverizing herba Taraxaci, adding 8 times of 50% ethanol, reflux extracting for 2 times each for 1 hr, mixing extractive solutions, purifying with macroporous resin, washing with water, eluting with ethanol, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain herba Taraxaci extract;
the lithospermum extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing dried radix Arnebiae, adding 15 times of 35% ethanol, mixing, ultrasonic extracting at 75deg.C for 0.5 hr, and centrifuging to obtain supernatant; purifying the supernatant with macroporous resin until the liquid is colorless, eluting with 50% ethanol, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain radix Arnebiae extract; mixing the above six extracts to obtain the composition for eliminating acne and eliminating acne marks.
Preparation of acne and acne mark removing face cream:
(1) Mixing 30 parts of emulsifier (hydrogenated lecithin, sorbitol olive oil and cetylstearyl olive oil with the addition mass ratio of 5:2:2) and 40 parts of softener (avocado fruit oil, squalane and jojoba seed oil with the addition mass ratio of 2:1:1) at 75 ℃ under stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase mixture;
(2) Mixing 25 parts of humectant (glycerol and butanediol are added in a mass ratio of 1:1), 3 parts of thickener (pectin and xanthan gum are added in a mass ratio of 3:4) and a proper amount of deionized water, and stirring at 75 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a water phase mixture;
(3) Adding the oil phase mixture obtained in the step (1) into the water phase mixture obtained in the step (2) under stirring, continuously stirring, and then homogenizing at 70 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
(4) Cooling to below 50 ℃, adding the obtained composition for removing acnes and acne marks and 0.4 part of preservative into the mixture in the step (3), and supplementing deionized water to 100%, wherein the proportion of the composition for removing acnes and acne marks is 10%; and (3) continuing the homogenizing process, homogenizing for 10min at the average speed of 2500r/min, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the face cream with the effects of removing acnes and acne marks.
Example 2
A composition for eliminating acne and acne mark comprises Salacia reticulata extract 8 parts, eurycoma longifolia extract 10 parts, halocynthia Roretana extract 6 parts, kosteletzkya virginica extract 5 parts, herba Taraxaci extract 5 parts, and radix Arnebiae extract 2 parts.

the golden brocade extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing dried golden mosaic, adding 10 times of 30% ethanol, extracting at normal temperature under ultrasound, filtering, concentrating, and lyophilizing to obtain golden mosaic extract;
the dandelion extract is obtained by the following steps: pulverizing herba Taraxaci, adding 6 times of 40% ethanol, reflux extracting for 2 times, 1 hr each time, mixing extractive solutions, purifying with macroporous resin, washing with water, eluting with ethanol, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain herba Taraxaci extract;
the lithospermum extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing dried radix Arnebiae, adding 10 times of 30% ethanol, mixing, ultrasonic extracting at 75deg.C for 0.5 hr, and centrifuging to obtain supernatant; purifying the supernatant with macroporous resin until the liquid is colorless, eluting with 50% ethanol, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain radix Arnebiae extract; mixing the above six extracts to obtain the composition for eliminating acne and eliminating acne marks.
Preparation of acne and acne mark removing face cream:
(1) Mixing 22 parts of emulsifier (hydrogenated lecithin, sorbitol olive oil and cetylstearyl olive oil with the addition mass ratio of 5:2:2) and 27 parts of softener (avocado fruit oil, squalane and jojoba seed oil with the addition mass ratio of 2:1:1) at 75 ℃ under stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase mixture;
(2) Mixing 16 parts of humectant (glycerol and butanediol are added in a mass ratio of 1:1), 2 parts of thickener (pectin and xanthan gum are added in a mass ratio of 3:4) and a proper amount of deionized water, and stirring at 75 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a water phase mixture;
(3) Adding the oil phase mixture obtained in the step (1) into the water phase mixture obtained in the step (2) under stirring, continuously stirring, and then homogenizing at 70 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
(4) Cooling to below 50 ℃, adding the obtained composition for removing acnes and acne marks and 0.2 part of preservative into the mixture in the step (3), and supplementing deionized water to 100%, wherein the composition for removing acnes and acne marks accounts for 6wt%; and (3) continuing the homogenizing process, homogenizing for 10min at the average speed of 2500r/min, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the face cream with the effects of removing acnes and acne marks.
Example 3
A composition for eliminating acne and acne mark comprises Salacia reticulata extract 14 parts, eurycoma longifolia extract 16 parts, halocynthia Roretana extract 12 parts, kosteletzkya virginica extract 10 parts, herba Taraxaci extract 7 parts, and radix Arnebiae extract 6 parts.
The Salacia reticulata extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing five layers Long Genjing, decocting with 8 times of water for 2 times each for 1 hr; filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure, adding 65% ethanol, standing overnight, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure at 50deg.C, and drying to obtain Salacia reticulata extract;
the Eurycoma longifolia extract is obtained by the following steps: slicing Eurycoma longifolia, adding 20 times deionized water, reflux-extracting for 2 times, each for 2h, mixing the extractive solutions, filtering the extractive solution, eluting the extractive solution with macroporous adsorption resin, deionized water and 40% ethanol, concentrating, and drying to obtain Eurycoma longifolia extract;
the flower anchor extract is obtained by the following method: reflux extracting dried fructus Phyllanthi with 10 times of 75% ethanol for 2 times each for 2 hr, mixing the reflux solutions, filtering, concentrating, drying, and pulverizing to obtain fructus Phyllanthi extract;
the golden brocade extract is obtained by the following method: pulverizing dried golden mosaic, adding 15 times of 60% ethanol, extracting at normal temperature under ultrasound, filtering, concentrating, and lyophilizing to obtain golden mosaic extract;
the dandelion extract is obtained by the following steps: pulverizing herba Taraxaci, adding 10 times of 60% ethanol, reflux extracting for 2 times each for 1 hr, mixing extractive solutions, purifying with macroporous resin, washing with water, eluting with ethanol, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain herba Taraxaci extract;

Preparation of acne and acne mark removing face cream:
(1) 42 parts of emulsifying agent (hydrogenated lecithin, sorbitol olive oil and cetylstearyl olive oil are added in a mass ratio of 5:2:2) and 60 parts of softening agent (shea butter, squalane and jojoba seed oil are added in a mass ratio of 2:1:1) are stirred and mixed at 75 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved, so that an oil phase mixture is obtained;
(2) Mixing 48 parts of humectant (glycerol and butanediol are added in a mass ratio of 1:1), 5 parts of thickener (pectin and xanthan gum are added in a mass ratio of 3:4) and a proper amount of deionized water, and stirring at 75 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a water phase mixture;
(3) Adding the oil phase mixture obtained in the step (1) into the water phase mixture obtained in the step (2) under stirring, continuously stirring, and then homogenizing at 70 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
(4) Cooling to below 50 ℃, adding the obtained composition for removing acnes and acne marks and 0.6 part of preservative into the mixture in the step (3), and supplementing deionized water to 100%, wherein the composition for removing acnes and acne marks accounts for 12% by weight; and (3) continuing the homogenizing process, homogenizing for 10min at the average speed of 2500r/min, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the face cream with the effects of removing acnes and acne marks.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that: the composition for removing acne and eliminating acne marks was prepared by omitting Salacia reticulata extract, and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 differs from example 1 in that: the composition for removing acne and acne marks was prepared by omitting the flower anchor extract and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that: the salacia reticulata extract and the halenia extract were omitted from the composition for removing acne and acne marks, the addition amount of the lithospermum extract was increased to be the same as the total amount of salacia reticulata extract, halenia extract and lithospermum extract in example 1, and the rest is the same as example 1.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 differs from example 1 in that: the composition for removing acne and acne marks was prepared by omitting Eurycoma longifolia extract, and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 5
Comparative example 5 differs from example 1 in that: the golden-silk extract and dandelion extract were omitted from the composition for removing acne and acne marks, and the addition amount of the Eurycoma longifolia extract was increased to be the same as the total amount of the Eurycoma longifolia extract, the golden-silk extract and the dandelion extract in example 1, and the rest was the same as example 1.
Experimental example 1
Detection of physical and chemical indexes of face cream
The creams with acne and anti-acne marks obtained in examples 1 to 3 were subjected to physical and chemical index detection, and the results were as follows:
1.1 trait testing
The acne-removing and acne mark-removing face cream obtained in the embodiments 1 to 3 is milky, has proper viscosity, fine cream body, no granular feel, easy pushing and trowelling and good stability.
1.2 centrifugation experiments
The acne and acne mark removing creams obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were placed into a centrifuge tube and centrifuged at 3000r/min for 25min without delamination.
1.3 stability test
The acne-removing and acne mark-removing creams obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were put into a skin care product container, and left to stand at room temperature for 6 months without delamination. The use of the face cream which is left standing for 6 months has no change in comparison with the freshly made face cream and no change in smell.
1.4 irritation experiments
According to the skin irritation experiment of cosmetic safety technical Specification 2015 edition, the invention provides that the two sides Mao Jianchu of the back spine of 15 white rabbits can not damage the epidermis, and the dehairing range is about 3cm multiplied by 3cm on the left and right. The creams prepared by adding the acne-removing and acne mark-removing compositions obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were applied to the skin on one side of the hair-cut portion of white rabbits, respectively, and then covered with two layers of gauze and one layer of cellophane, and fixed with non-irritating adhesive tape and bandages, with the other side of the skin serving as a control, 5 pieces each. The application was once daily for 14 days. From the next day, the residual test substance was removed with water by shearing before each application. One hour later, the results were observed and scored as in table 1, with the control zone treated in the same manner as the test zone. The results are shown in Table 2.

The results show that the cream prepared by adding the acne-removing and acne mark-removing composition disclosed by the invention has no irritation reaction such as erythema, edema and the like on white rabbits.
Experimental example 2
2.1 clinical observations of the treatment effects of acne removal and acne mark removal
The acne-removing and acne mark-removing creams of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 according to the present invention were used as test products. 80 people with ages 18-35 and obvious acnes on the face are selected as the tested groups, wherein the ratio of men to women is 1:1, and the average age is 25 years. The animals were divided into 8 groups, each group being randomly assigned 10 persons. The subject smears the prepared face cream at the acne spots once in the morning and evening every day, and the face cream is continuously used for 4 weeks. The subjects were subjected to Image analysis before and after use using a VISIA skin detector (Canfield, usa) and facial Image analysis software Image-Proplus, and the average number of facial acnes reduction and average facial acne mark reduction (the acne mark reduction detection basis is the number of acne marks eliminated or the degree of desalination) were calculated, and the results are shown in table 3.

As shown in Table 3, the creams obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention had a certain acne and acne mark eliminating effect on subjects for 4 weeks, the average decrease in acne was 94.3% to 95.1%, and the average decrease in acne was 93.2% to 93.8%. The creams of comparative examples 1 to 3, compared with example 1, respectively omit Salacia reticulata extract, flower anchor extract, and both, and have reduced acne-removing effect by only 44.5% -60.2%. The creams of comparative examples 4 and 5, compared with example 1, respectively omit Eurycoma longifolia extract, jinjinxiang extract and dandelion extract, and have obviously reduced acne mark eliminating effect, and the acne mark reducing amount is only 45.3% and 47.9%.
2.2 facial skin fat detection
The amount of oil on the skin surface of the face of the subject was measured 3 times by using an oil tester before use and after use for 4 weeks, and the reduction amount of oil on the skin surface was calculated by taking an average value, and the evaluation results are shown in table 4.

Therefore, after the composition for removing acnes and acne marks is used for 4 weeks, the content of facial skin grease is obviously controlled, so that the water-oil balance of skin can be effectively promoted, excessive skin grease secretion is prevented, hair follicles are blocked again, a skin barrier is established, and the regeneration of acnes is inhibited. The compositions obtained in comparative examples 1 to 5 were low in the reduction in oil secretion and poor in the oil control effect as compared with example 1.
2.3 investigation of the action of scavenging hydroxyl radicals
The procedure for determining the free radical scavenging rate of hydroxyl groups was as follows: taking 6 test tubes, adding 5mmol/L ethanol-salicylic acid 2mL and 1.5mmol/L FeSO respectively 4 1mL, 7.5mmol/L H of solution 2 O 2 1mL, shaking up, heating in 37 ℃ water bath for 15min, taking out, adding 2.0mg/mL of the acne and acne mark removing composition obtained in example 1 into 3 test tubes respectively to obtain an experimental group 1, and adding 2.0mg/mL of the acne and acne mark removing composition obtained in comparative example 1 into the other 3 test tubes to obtain an experimental group 2. Placing the test tube in a constant temperature environment of 37deg.C for 60min, and detecting absorbance A at 536nm with spectrophotometer 1 Measuring absorbance A by taking deionized water as a blank control 2 . As shown in Table 5, the composition for removing acnes and acne marks prepared in example 1 of the present invention has a good effect of scavenging hydroxyl radicals, and the difference between comparative example 1 and example 1 is that the Salacia reticulata extract is omitted, and the scavenging rate of the hydroxyl radicals is obviously reduced.
In conclusion, the composition for removing acnes and acne marks provided by the invention can be applied to acne-growing parts to effectively remove acnes and acne marks, control facial grease secretion, promote skin water-oil balance and inhibit acne regeneration.
