技术领域
本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
运用中医药的健康养生理念和实践经验,立足广西区域特色药材原料深加工,研发特殊膳食食品,是广西自治区中医药承接创新发展方向。中国饮食文化、中医药文化历史悠久,“药食同源”物质在预包装食品应用研究,是大健康产业战略实施体现。
中医理论认为体力原动力源于肾藏精,主骨生髓,是产生体力的源泉。现代研究表明,长期亚健康状态或过度劳作疲劳,产生低血睾酮,造成机体能力下降和体能恢复过程延长。
牛大力药食同源,既可以入药,也可以食用。牛大力的药用价值有:养肾补虚,强筋活络,有平肝、润肺之功效,主治肾虚,对气虚、腰酸腿痛、风湿病、慢性肝炎、支气管炎、咳嗽、肺结核等有很好的疗效。牛大力是制药企业加工中成药、保健品的常用原料。
目前,由于各种原因导致的慢性疲劳综合征发病人数众多,而且在全世界范围内正逐年增加,由此引起的生活和工作方面的问题也日益加剧,已经成为了一个社会问题。缓解慢性疲劳一般的做法就是直接按摩、休息或直接服用药品的方式,但这些方式往往效果不佳,而且采用药物治疗时,往往还有毒副作用,久而久之,还容易导致其它病症一起发作。根据国内外文献,能够迅速缓解疲劳的复合食物仍然很少,因此,能够提供一种迅速、有效缓解或解除身心疲劳的功能食品迫在眉睫。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种回味甘甜、具有提振精神、快速恢复体能、缓解疲劳功效的牛大力饮品及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品,其原料组分的重量份为:干制牛大力20~60 份、黄精5~30份、覆盆子5~30份、桑椹5~20份、广山药10~20份、芡实0~20份或昆布0~20份、枸杞5~30份、木瓜5~30份、人参1~5份、当归0~3份或甘草0~3 份、牡蛎肽0.1~1份,余量为纯净水。
上述缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品的原料组分重量份为:干制牛大力35~50份、黄精15~ 25份、覆盆子10~26份、桑椹8~18份、广山药15~18份、芡实0~15份、枸杞12~ 25份、木瓜15~25份、人参2~5份、甘草0~2份、牡蛎肽0.5~0.8份,余量为纯净水。
上述缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品的原料组分重量份为:干制牛大力45份、黄精21份、覆盆子22份、桑椹12份、广山药15份、芡实10份、枸杞18份、木瓜22份、人参3份、甘草2份、牡蛎肽0.5份,余量为纯净水。
一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)干制牛大力提取液制备,具体包括以下步骤:
a)粉碎:取重量计20~60份干制牛大力粉碎,过20-40目筛;得牛大力粉;
b)超声波萃取:按1份牛大力粉配8~10份纯净水,超声波功率设置500-800W,超声时间30-45秒,得牛大力萃取液;
c)复合酶水解提取:在牛大力萃取液中,添加占干制牛大力重量0.3~0.6%的水解复合酶;酶解液PH值5.0-7.0、酶解温度30~60℃、酶解时间1~2h,得牛大力酶水解液;
d)浓缩:将牛大力酶水解液升温80~85℃,保持3~5min灭酶,120~180目过滤,滤液进行真空双效浓缩,浓缩液密度:1.1-1.3g/ml,即得干制牛大力提取液备用;
(2)配料提取液的制备:按重量份数准备以下原料:黄精5~30份、覆盆子5~30份、桑椹5~20份、广山药10~20份、芡实0~20份或昆布0~20份、枸杞5~30份、木瓜5~30份、人参1~5份、当归0~3份或甘草0~3份,各原料均采用干物料;然后按照以下步骤制备:
①将原料洗净、切碎;
②放入夹层锅熬煮,添加水量为干物料重8-10倍;浸泡30~60min后,进行熬煮,温度80~100℃、时间30~60min,经过120目过滤,得滤液;
③将滤液进行真空双效浓缩,控制浓缩液密度:1.1-1.3g/ml,即得配料提取液;
(3)调配、灌装、灭菌、包装:
牛大力提取液与配料提取液按1:1重量加入配料罐;再按计量配比加入牡蛎肽、纯净水进行调配、搅拌均匀;调配液经过180~300目滤网的精滤罐过滤、进行定量注瓶灌装、在115~121℃下灭菌5~12min、包装即得缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品。
上述步骤(1)复合酶包括木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶、果胶酶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用药食同源物质制备,制备过程不添加有机溶剂;酶解工艺对环境友好,符合国家食品安全法规和工业绿色制造要求;
2、牛大力提取液中含有牛大力多糖,其药理作用研究证实:具备抗疲劳、缓解疲劳和提高耐氧性的生物功效;
3、本发明采用的成分,以中医药抗疲劳、消除疲劳的补益与调理来实现;配方独特与中医药理研究相结合创新;符合国家食品分类中“特殊膳食运动营养食品中-运动后恢复类”产品,适用于规模化工业生产,填补市场空白。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明根据传统中医食疗调养的理论和临床经验选方,一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品及其制备方法
一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品,其原料组分的重量份为:干制牛大力20~60份、黄精5~ 30份、覆盆子5~30份、桑椹5~20份、广山药10~20份、芡实0~20份或昆布0~20 份、枸杞5~30份、木瓜5~30份、人参1~5份、当归0~3份或甘草0~3份、牡蛎肽 0.1~1份,余量为纯净水;选用人工种植5年以下的人参。
配料中各药食同源物质的水浸提取物中医药理研究的功效如下:
广山药:降血糖,降血脂,抗氧化,抗衰老,强壮的功效。
黄精:降血糖,降血脂,增强免疫,抗衰老,扩张冠脉,抗菌的功效。
覆盆子:雌激素样作用,增强免疫,抗菌的功效。
桑椹:清除羟自由基、清除DPPH和抑制酪氨酸酶,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、乌发明目的功效。
昆布:软坚散结,消痰,利水的功效。
枸杞:滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目;有氧运动增强肌肉功能(中国科学院生物物理研究所陈畅课题组成果)的功效;
木瓜:平肝舒筋,祛湿和胃的功效;
人参:清除体内自由基,抗氧化、抗疲劳的功效;
当归:补血活血,具有清除自由基、提高免疫力和抗肿瘤功能的功效;
甘草:有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药的功效。
本发明以药食物质制备抗疲劳和恢复体能功能饮品,应用广西区域具有保健效果显著且容易获得的“干制牛大力”为主要原料,牛大力采用广西百色、都安所产;所述的广山药采用广西桂平金田所产。按“君臣佐使”中医药学理论,搭配“广广山药、黄精、覆盆子、桑椹、昆布、枸杞、木瓜、当归、芡实、人参(人工种植)、甘草”为药膳食基本材料,采用现代先进食品加工生物酶解技术、超声波提取技术、蒸发浓缩提炼技术,再添加精准的功能营养素:牡蛎肽;制备成抗疲劳、缓解疲劳、体能快速恢复等功能性特殊膳食用预包装食品,是大健康产业创新特膳饮品。
本发明人经过长期实践,得到以下配比实施例(按重量份为单位),根据该重量份都可实现本发明所提及的有益效果。
一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)干制牛大力提取液制备,具体包括以下步骤:
a)粉碎:取重量计20~60份干制牛大力粉碎,过20-40目筛;得牛大力粉;
b)超声波萃取:按1份牛大力粉配8~10份纯净水,超声波功率设置500-800W,超声时间30-45秒,得牛大力萃取液;
c)复合酶水解提取:在牛大力萃取液中,添加占干制牛大力重量0.3~0.6%的水解复合酶;酶解液PH值5.0-7.0、酶解温度30~60℃、酶解时间1~2h,得牛大力酶水解液;其中,复合酶包括木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶、果胶酶
d)浓缩:将牛大力酶水解液升温80~85℃,保持3~5min灭酶,120~180目过滤,滤液进行真空双效浓缩,浓缩液密度:1.1-1.3g/ml,即得干制牛大力提取液备用;
(2)配料提取液的制备:按重量份数准备以下原料:黄精5~30份、覆盆子5~30份、桑椹5~20份、广山药10~20份、芡实0~20份或昆布0~20份、枸杞5~30份、木瓜5~ 30份、人参1~5份、当归0~3份或甘草0~3份,各原料均采用干物料;然后按照以下步骤制备:

②放入夹层锅熬煮,添加水量为干物料重8-10倍;浸泡30~60min后,进行熬煮,温度80~100℃、时间30~60min,经过120目过滤,得滤液;

本发明的一些试验结果:
根据以上配比,选取多组药材配比方式,通过安全性毒理,动物喂养、功效等试验,其结果如下:
1、安全性毒理试验资料
(1)小鼠急性经口毒性试验:通过试验发现以最大给药量(剂量为30000mg/kg BW)本发明样品给予小鼠灌胃后,动物生长良好,未见体重受到影响,受试小鼠均未见有中毒症状,观察14天无动物死亡。试验结束解剖动物、大体观察,肝、肾、脾、心、肺、胃、肠等主要脏器均未见明显异常改变,按急性毒性分级标准,该样品的急性经口毒性属无毒级。
(2)遗传毒性试验:
三项遗传毒性试验(Ames、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验)结果均为阴性。
(3)小鼠骨髓微核试验:
采用本发明的样品与阴性对照组比较,差异均无显著性,而环磷酰胺阳性对照组与阴性对照组比较差异有极显著性,因此未见该样品对小鼠的骨髓细胞有损伤作用。
(4)小鼠精子畸形试验:
取本发明样品,经试验发现样品对小鼠精子畸形发生率未产生明显改变,样品各剂量组的精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较,差异均无显著性,而环磷酰胺阳性对照组与阴性对照组比较差异有极显著性。因此该样品对小鼠精子未产生畸变作用。
2、大鼠30天喂养试验:
动物一般表现:实验期间,各组动物生长发育良好,未见动物有异常行为和中毒表现,各组动物均无死亡。取本发明样品对大鼠体重及食物利用率的影响:以4000、3000、2000mg/kg BW剂量的塑珊牌乐力胶囊作为对照组给大鼠灌胃30天,实验期间,样品各剂量组雌雄鼠每周的体重、增重量、每周进食量及总进食量、每周食物利用率及总食物利用率与对照组比较,差异均无显著性,表明该样品对大鼠的体重增长和食物利用率无明显影响;样品各剂量组雌、雄性大鼠的血红蛋白、红细胞总数、白细胞总数及其分类、血小板数的数值均处于正常值范围内,且与对照组比较,差异均无显著性,表明该样品对大鼠的血常规指标无明显影响;样品各剂量组雌、雄性大鼠的血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮、肌酐、胆固醇、甘油三脂、总蛋白、白蛋白、血糖的数值均处于正常值范围内,且与对照组比较,差异均无显著性,表明该样品对大鼠的血液生化指标无明显影响。
3、功效试验资料
分别经口给予小鼠215、420、840mg/kg BW(分别相当于人体推荐量5、10、20倍) 剂量的参元胶囊作为阴性对照组给小鼠连续灌胃30天,能延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,增加小鼠的肝糖原的储备量,降低小鼠运动后的血清尿素氮含量,对小鼠体重增长和疲劳小鼠的血乳酸含量无明显影响,取本发明样品各剂量组小鼠的负重(5%)游泳时间均比阴性对照组的延长,各剂量组与阴性对照组的差异均具有显著性,表明该样品具有延长小鼠的负重游泳时间的作用提示该样品具有缓解体力疲劳的功能。
临床试验:
按照最佳配比将本发明制成的缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品进行以下临床试验:观察病人均为门诊病人。服食时间分为:2021年3月与2021年10月,服食者服用前主要症状为:精神紧张,烦躁失眠,气短神疲,腰酸腿软,食欲不振,记忆力减退,性功能减退等。凡具备其中四项主要症状者,均纳入试验病例。
试食者共计100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组和对照组人数各50例。病程均在4-15周之间,年龄在38~65岁之间。两组人员性别、年龄等分布大致均衡,具有可比性。治疗组食用本发明产品,对照组食用安慰剂,观察时间4周。观察项目:1) 血、尿、便常规化验;2)肝、肾功能检查;3)胸部X线检查;4)B超、心电图检查。除胸透、B超、心电图用药前检查一次外,其余指标用药前后各检查一次,结果证实治疗组治疗前后各项指标统计结果无显著性差异,说明该缓解疲劳产品安全无毒副作用。经过疗效性观察,治疗组精力充沛,思维敏捷,神安眠佳,食欲旺盛,腰酸腿软症状消失。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。
Claims (5)
1.一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品,其特征在于,其原料组分的重量份为:干制牛大力20~60份、黄精5~30份、覆盆子5~30份、桑椹5~20份、广山药10~20份、芡实0~20份或昆布0~20份、枸杞5~30份、木瓜5~30份、人参1~5份、当归0~3份或甘草0~3份、牡蛎肽0.1~1份,余量为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品,其特征在于,其原料组分的重量份为:干制牛大力35~50份、黄精15~25份、覆盆子10~26份、桑椹8~18份、广山药15~18份、芡实0~15份、枸杞12~25份、木瓜15~25份、人参2~5份、甘草0~2份、牡蛎肽0.5~0.8份,余量为纯净水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品,其特征在于,其原料组分的重量份为:干制牛大力45份、黄精21份、覆盆子22份、桑椹12份、广山药15份、芡实10份、枸杞18份、木瓜22份、人参3份、甘草2份、牡蛎肽0.5份,余量为纯净水。
4.一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)干制牛大力提取液制备,具体包括以下步骤:
a)粉碎:取重量计20~60份干制牛大力粉碎,过20-40目筛;得牛大力粉;
b)超声波萃取:按1份牛大力粉配8~10份纯净水,超声波功率设置500-800W,超声时间30-45秒,得牛大力萃取液;
c)复合酶水解提取:在牛大力萃取液中,添加占干制牛大力重量0.3~0.6%的水解复合酶;酶解液PH值5.0-7.0、酶解温度30~60℃、酶解时间1~2h,得牛大力酶水解液;
d)浓缩:将牛大力酶水解液升温80~85℃,保持3~5min灭酶,120~180目过滤,滤液进行真空双效浓缩,浓缩液密度:1.1-1.3g/ml,即得干制牛大力提取液备用;
(2)配料提取液的制备:按重量份数准备以下原料:黄精5~30份、覆盆子5~30份、桑椹5~20份、广山药10~20份、芡实0~20份或昆布0~20份、枸杞5~30份、木瓜5~30份、人参1~5份、当归0~3份或甘草0~3份,各原料均采用干物料;然后按照以下步骤制备:
①将原料洗净、切碎;
②放入夹层锅熬煮,添加水量为干物料重8-10倍;浸泡30~60min后,进行熬煮,温度80~100℃、时间30~60min,经过120目过滤,得滤液;
③将滤液进行真空双效浓缩,控制浓缩液密度:1.1-1.3g/ml,即得配料提取液;
(3)调配、灌装、灭菌、包装:
牛大力提取液与配料提取液按1:1重量加入配料罐;再按计量配比加入牡蛎肽、纯净水进行调配、搅拌均匀;调配液经过180~300目滤网的精滤罐过滤、进行定量注瓶灌装、在115~121℃下灭菌5~12min、包装即得缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种缓解疲劳的牛大力饮品制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合酶包括木聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶、果胶酶。
