Abstract

一种寿命长、可靠性高的高温发生器。此发生器由以双层壳型的炉体所组成,该炉体勾划出一个燃烧室的液腔。在燃烧室的前端布置有一燃烧器以便在燃烧室中产生高温气体。一组烟管所组成的烟管束组件沿炉体纵向布置在液腔内。烟管的后端向着燃烧室敞开。一个具双层壁外形的后墙带有面朝烟管束组后端而设的孔口,该孔口用一可拆式盖板装在后墙上。

Description

高温发生器
本发明一般地涉及例如用于吸收式制冷机上的高温发生器。在有关技术方面的概述:
图3表示用于一种吸收式制冷机具有焰道及烟管的常规高温发生器,该处1表示勾划出圆柱形燃烧室的焰道;而3表示包容焰道1及烟管8的管壳。焰道1及管壳3构成夹层式的炉体6,其中含有一液腔5。在炉体6的前部为前墙4所罩盖并也形成与液腔5相连通的套层。炉体6的后部分立设置有后墙盖7,它由耐火材料做成锅形。
如图2所示,焰道1大体做成圆柱形截面,管壳3则做成椭圆形,长轴在垂直方向,而焰道1的位置相对于管壳3的中心来说是向下偏置的。在液腔5中燃烧室2顶部的上方装有一束烟管8,它与焰道1的纵轴相平等。烟管8的一端开向位于燃烧室2后部的后烟箱9;而另一端开向位于前墙4外侧的前烟箱10。在前墙4装有为使燃烧室2内形成燃烧火焰的燃烧器11。12代表装在前烟箱10上的烟囱。
在管壳3的侧壁及底部或前墙4处形成的液腔5中充满着液体L,而其液面以上区域则充满着与燃气进行热交换而蒸发出来的蒸汽V。举例来说,液腔5是通过蒸汽排出管13a及液体引入管与吸收式制冷机相连通。使吸收剂得以在其中循环。为便于检查及清扫烟管8,后墙盖7必需用耐火材料与炉体6相分开单独做成可拆卸的。
然而,在常规的上述高温发生器中,由于后墙盖7的尺寸相对来说较大及形状复杂由成型性较差和/或强度较低的耐火材料所做成,它存在着低寿命,低可靠性和/或高制造或维修成本的问题。
本发明的目标为提出一种藉缩小后烟箱处耐火材料组件部分尺寸而具有长寿命、高可靠性的高温发生器。
上述目标是在包含下述部件的高温发生器中达到的:双壳型的炉体勾划出一个燃烧室及包绕此燃烧室的液腔,燃烧室前部布置一个燃烧器使在燃烧室中产生高温燃气以便在液腔内使高温燃气与液体间进行热交换;包含一批烟管的烟管束组件沿炉体纵向布置在液腔内,烟管的后端向着燃烧室敞开,其后墙具有双重壁外形并在朝向烟管组件的后端开有一个孔口,此孔口被一装在后墙上可拆卸的盖板所盖住。
孔口可以根据高温发生器做成适当的形状以便进行烟管之清扫。因此,盖板可以做成小尺寸,简单结构,从而使该部分的寿命延长制造成本降低。
从下列说明,伴之以附图所举例说明的本发明推荐的实施例中对本发明的上述及其它目标特征及优越性将变得很清楚。
图1是根据本发明的高温发生器的实施例的截面图。
图2是图1中沿I-I线的截面图。
图3是常规高温发生器的截面图。
图1及沿图1中I-I的截面图2代表本发明的实施例。在下列说明中,与常规装置图3相当的元件使用同一标号。
在本实施例中,炉体6在其前端具有相同形状,只是围绕后烟箱的后端部分已经改变。也即,后墙14与炉体6形成组合式的。后墙14象炉体6的其他部分那样也具有双层壁结构,其中后液腔5A与液腔5是相沟通的。后墙14上相当于烟管8的位置做成孔口15,也即处在面向烟管8的开口端的通路上。由适当材料做成的盖板16用适当的紧固装置可拆装地装好以遮盖孔口15。
在本实例中,孔口15做成五边形,其较宽边置水平位以便与烟管8的布置相对应。孔口15的一个端角处于向下的位置,也即孔口15成下凸形。向下的端角所张成的θ角决定于使紧接于孔口下面的液腔5A内当液体L向上对流时液流不致阻滞。盖板16由耐火材料做成,尺寸较孔口15稍大。
在上述高温发生器中,燃烧器11中产生的燃气主要通过辐射首先加热液腔5及5A中的液体L,然后通过后烟箱9加热上液腔5中的液体L。在液腔5及5A中,热传导是通过对流进行的,加热了的液体渐渐向上流而蒸发,并通过排出管13a被送入吸收式制冷机等。
燃气温度在燃烧室2内高约1500℃,在后烟箱9内约为900℃,而在前烟箱10内的烟管8出口处约为250℃。燃气通过烟囱12的前烟箱10排出到装置之外。
为了进行烟管8的检查的清扫,松开紧固装置便可从后墙14卸下盖板16。在前述高温发生器中,由于孔口15做成便于清扫烟管8的适当尺寸,盖板16和图3中常规装置的后墙盖7相比尺寸得以做小,而且结构简单。因此,此部分的寿命较长,制造成本也低。此外,由于孔口15的形状是向下凸出端部成夹角θ,使液腔5A内孔口正下方所保持的液流得以平滑向上。因此,由于局部过热及热交换的不稳定致使后墙板14所构成的原件变形,还有产生腐蚀等故障得以防止,从而能使运行平稳。
虽然本发明某种推荐的实施例已具体加以说明,但仍可以认为各种修改及变型可在其中进行而不偏离所附权利要求的范围。

Claims (4)

1、一种高温发生器,它包括:
一双层壳型炉体,该炉体勾划出一燃烧室及围绕该燃烧室之液腔;
一个布置在燃烧室前端的燃烧器以便在上述燃烧室中产生高温燃气并藉以使上述高温燃气及上述液腔内液体间沿燃烧室进行热交换;
包含一批烟管的烟管束组件沿上述炉体的纵向布置在上述液腔内,上述烟管的后端向上述燃烧室敞开;
其中,一后墙具有双层壁外形,上面有一孔口朝向上述烟管束组件的上述后端,而且该孔口用一装在上述后墙上可折卸的盖板来遮盖。
2、根据权利要求1的一种高温发生器,其中上述孔口的形状为向下凸出。
3、根据权利要求1的一种高温发生器,其中上述盖板由耐火材料形成。
4、根据权利要求2的一种高温发生器;其中上述液体是为吸收式制冷机用的一种吸收剂。
