2 stages: the improvement degree of the test result is 20-50% compared with the improvement degree before the test;
3 stages: the improvement degree of the test result is 10-20% compared with the test result before the test;
4 stages: the improvement degree of the test result is 0-10% compared with the test result before the test;
5 stages: the test results were not improved at all compared to before the test;
the rating results are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
As can be seen from comparison of the experimental groups 1-3 and the control group 2, the moisturizing cream is beneficial to improving the problems of fine lines and large pores, improving the skin fineness, having the effect of beautifying, and being suitable for various skin types;
as can be seen from comparison of the experimental group 3 and the control group 1, the auxiliary agent added by the invention is beneficial to the skin to absorb the effective components of the moisturizing cream, and the use effect is improved.
2. And (3) measuring oxidation resistance:
a solution of DPPH at a concentration of 0.04mg/ml was prepared with 95% ethanol, and 1ml of the moisturizing cream A of examples 1 to 3 was taken as samples 1 to 3, respectively.
1ml of the sample and 3ml of DPPH solution were removed and placed in a test tube, and after thoroughly mixing, the mixture was allowed to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes in a dark place, and then the absorbance A1 was measured at 517 nm. The absorbance A0 was measured by using 1ml of ethanol instead of the sample solution as a blank, and the absorbance A2 was measured by using 3ml of ethanol instead of the DPPH solution. The calculation formula of the clearance rate of DPPH free radical is as follows:
DPPH radical clearance = (1- (A1-A2)/A0) ×100%;
the experimental results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
DPPH radical scavenging Rate (%) | |
Example 1 | 66.76 |
Example 2 | 67.56 |
Example 3 | 88.32 |
The data in the table show that the moisturizing cream has a certain scavenging ability to hydroxyl free radicals, and the effect is correspondingly enhanced along with the increase of the usage amount, so that the moisturizing cream has a stronger antioxidation ability.
3. And (3) antibacterial effect measurement:
the respective cases 1 to 3 were taken100 g of each of the cream A and the cream B, and then adding a bacterial liquid containing mould, wherein the mould content in each g of sample is 1 multiplied by 10 6 CFU/g, then placed at 25℃and sampled and analyzed after 30 days, the mold content in the samples was 0. The moisturizing cream disclosed by the invention is free from other preservatives, purely natural in components, safe and nontoxic.
While certain exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been described above by way of illustration only, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that modifications may be made to the described embodiments in various different ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the foregoing description is illustrative in nature and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention as claimed.
