Compared with the experimental group 1-3 and the control group 2, the moisturizing cream disclosed by the invention is beneficial to improving the problems of fine lines and large pores, improving the skin fineness, and has the effect of beautifying, and is suitable for various skin types;
compared with the experimental group 3 and the control group 1, the auxiliary agent added in the invention is beneficial to the skin to absorb the effective components of the moistening cream, and the using effect is improved.
2. And (3) measuring the oxidation resistance:
95% ethanol is used for preparing a solution with the concentration of 0.04mg/ml DPPH, and 1ml of the moisturizing cream A of the embodiment 1-3 is taken as a sample 1-3 respectively.
1ml of sample and 3ml of DPPH solution are transferred into a test tube, mixed evenly, kept stand for 30min in the dark at room temperature, and then the absorbance value A1 is measured at 517 nm. The absorbance A0 was measured using 1ml of ethanol instead of the sample solution as a blank, and the absorbance A2 was measured using 3ml of ethanol instead of the DPPH solution. The clearance rate of DPPH free radicals is calculated by the formula:

The data in the table show that the moisturizing cream has certain scavenging capacity for hydroxyl free radicals, the effect is correspondingly enhanced along with the increase of the using amount, and the moisturizing cream has stronger antioxidant capacity.
3. And (3) determining the bacteriostatic effect:
100 g of moisturizing cream A and moisturizing cream B in examples 1-3 are respectively taken, and then bacteria liquid containing mould is added, wherein the content of the mould in each gram of sample is 1 multiplied by 10 6 CFU/g, then placing at 25 ℃, sampling and analyzing after 30 days, wherein the mould content in the sample is 0. The moisturizing cream disclosed by the invention is free of other preservatives, is purely natural in components, and is safe and non-toxic.
