Examples 5 to 8 four samples were prepared by selecting 200 parts by weight, 250 parts by weight, 300 parts by weight and 350 parts by weight of pearl powder, and the other components were prepared under the same conditions, and the samples were applied to the face of a subject, subjected to sensory evaluation, and the optimum pearl powder addition was determined, with the results shown in table 3.

The pearl powder is used for enhancing the whitening effect of the face cream, and the effect is best when the weight portion is 250 as can be seen from table 3.
4. Influence of different emulsifier addition amounts on quality
Examples 9 to 12 four samples were prepared by selecting 200 parts by weight, 250 parts by weight, 300 parts by weight and 350 parts by weight of olive oil emulsified wax, and the other components were prepared under the same conditions, and the samples were applied to the face of the subject, subjected to sensory evaluation, and the optimum amount of olive oil emulsified wax to be added was determined, and the results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the effect is better when the weight part of the emulsifier is 250.
5. Effect of different emulsification temperatures on quality
Examples 13 to 16 were each prepared by setting the emulsification temperature to 70 ℃, 75 ℃, 80 ℃ and 85 ℃ and the same weight parts of the other components and preparation conditions, and five samples were prepared, and the samples were applied to the face of the subject, subjected to sensory evaluation, and the optimum emulsification temperature was determined, and the results are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from Table 5, when the emulsification temperature is 70 ℃, the skin cream has bright color, no bubbles, lubrication and better effect.
6. Effect of different emulsification times on quality
Examples 13 and 17 to 20 were each prepared by setting the emulsification time to 15min, 20min, 25min, 30min, and 35min, and the weight parts of the other components and the preparation conditions were the same, and five samples were prepared, and the samples were applied to the face of the subject, subjected to sensory evaluation, and the optimum emulsification temperature was determined, and the results are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from Table 6, when the emulsification time was 15min, the emulsification was insufficient, the particles were coarse and agglomerated, and no creaminess was observed; the emulsion is too much to be emulsified into paste when the emulsion time is 35min, and the tissue form of the cream does not meet the requirements of the cream although other effects reach the standard. The rest of the emulsification time can obtain satisfactory effect, but the effect of the whole comprehensive emulsification time of 25min is better.
In conclusion, the optimal weight parts of the skin cream are obtained through a plurality of groups of single-factor test results: 1250 parts of peony seed oil, 250 parts of pearl powder, 200 parts of emulsifier, 125 parts of titanium dioxide, 38 parts of thickener, 75 parts of aloe extract, 200 parts of purslane extract, 631 parts of glycerol, 22.7 parts of rosemary essential oil, 21.5 parts of rose essential oil and 7000 parts of water; the optimal emulsification time is 25min, and the optimal emulsification temperature is 70 ℃. The peony essence face cream prepared under the condition has bright color, proper viscosity, uniformity and fineness, easy smearing and absorption, bright and smooth skin color and fresh and pleasant fragrance, has the effects of moisturizing, sun-screening and other skin care effects, and also has the effects of concealing and whitening, wherein the traditional Chinese medicinal materials have certain application and development prospects in cosmetics and skin care products

Claims (7)
1. The peony essence face cream is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800-1250 parts of peony seed oil, 200-350 parts of pearl powder, 200-300 parts of emulsifier, 120-130 parts of titanium dioxide, 36-40 parts of thickener, 70-80 parts of aloe extract, 200-300 parts of purslane extract, 620-640 parts of glycerol, 22.5-22.9 parts of rosemary essential oil, 22.2-22.5 parts of rose essential oil and 6500-7500 parts of water.
2. The peony essence face cream according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1250 parts of peony seed oil, 250 parts of pearl powder, 200 parts of emulsifier, 125 parts of titanium dioxide, 38 parts of thickener, 75 parts of aloe extract, 200 parts of purslane extract, 631 parts of glycerol, 22.7 parts of rosemary essential oil, 22.4 parts of rose essential oil and 7000 parts of water.
3. The peony essence facial cream according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is olive oil emulsified wax.
4. The peony pigment cream according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is hydroxyethyl cellulose.
5. The preparation process of the peony essence facial cream according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800-1250 parts of peony seed oil, 200-350 parts of pearl powder, 200-300 parts of emulsifier, 120-130 parts of titanium dioxide, 36-40 parts of thickener, 70-80 parts of aloe extract, 200-300 parts of purslane extract, 620-640 parts of glycerol, 22.5-22.9 parts of rosemary essential oil, 22.2-22.5 parts of rose essential oil and 6500-7500 parts of water;
step two: uniformly stirring and mixing the weighed rosemary essential oil, the peony seed oil, the pearl powder, the emulsifier and the titanium dioxide, emulsifying for 15-35 min at the temperature of 70-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring towards one direction in the emulsifying process to prepare an oil phase;
step three: dispersing the weighed glycerol and the thickening agent in water, adding an aloe extracting solution and a purslane extracting solution, heating to 70-85 ℃, simultaneously stirring at a uniform speed in one direction, and heating for 15-35 min to obtain a water phase;
step four: slowly pouring the water phase into the oil phase, stirring in one direction at a constant speed while pouring, adding the rose essential oil after forming, adjusting the pH to 6-8, and canning to obtain the peony essence face cream.
6. The preparation process of the peony essence facial cream according to claim 5, wherein the emulsification temperature in the second step is 70 ℃.
7. The preparation process of the peony essence facial cream according to claim 5, wherein the emulsification time in the second step is 25 min.
