Abstract
本发明提供具有优异的减振性和防振性的密封垫。密封垫具有弹性部,该弹性部包含JIS K6394:2007所记载的在23±2℃、100Hz、应变振幅0.1%的条件下测定的动态弹簧常数为1.5g/μm以下的橡胶。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封垫。
背景技术
现在,在机动车等各种各样的领域中,使用将橡胶和金属层叠而成的密封垫。对密封垫要求高密封性,因此进行了提高耐压缩永久变形性(CS)、应力松弛特性、橡胶硬度的研究。专利文献1(国际公开第2011/024812号)公开了将金属片和由弹性体构成的密封件多片层叠而成的金属密封垫(权利要求1、第[0044]段)。
近年来,推进机动车的混合动力化·电动化,进行燃料电池车等环保机动车的开发。在这些机动车中使用电动机用密封垫、二次电池、燃料电池等电池用的密封垫、动力控制单元用密封垫。由于在混合动力机动车、电动机动车、燃料电池车等环保机动车中使用电动机,因此在电动机驱动时产生振动。因此,期望抑制在这些环保机动车中产生的振动。另外,期望在除环保机动车以外的设备中也抑制来源于电动机等振动源的振动。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
专利文献1的密封垫虽然具有高密封性,但是期望进一步提高减振-防振作用。本发明就是鉴于上述情况而完成的,提供具有优异的减振性和防振性的密封垫。
用于解决技术问题的技术手段
本发明的各实施方式如下所示。
[1]一种密封垫,其中,所述密封垫具有弹性部,所述弹性部包含JIS K6394:2007所记载的在23±2℃、100Hz、应变振幅0.1%的条件下测定的动态弹簧常数为1.5g/μm以下的橡胶。
[2]根据上述[1]所述的密封垫,其中,所述橡胶的硬度为90以下。
[3]根据上述[1]或[2]所述的密封垫,其中,所述密封垫具有:
金属板;和
在所述金属板的一个表面上或两个表面上的所述弹性部。
[4]根据上述[1]~[3]中任一项所述的密封垫,其中,所述橡胶为丁腈橡胶。
[5]根据上述[1]~[4]中任一项所述的密封垫,其中,所述密封垫为电动机用的密封垫。
[6]根据[1]~[4]中任一项所述的密封垫,其中,所述密封垫为逆变器(inverter)壳体用的密封垫。
发明效果
本发明能够提供具有优异的减振性和防振性的密封垫。

具体实施方式
本发明的密封垫具有弹性部,该弹性部包含JIS K6394:2007所记载的在23±2℃、100Hz、应变振幅0.1%的条件下测定的动态弹簧常数为1.5g/μm以下的橡胶。通过使橡胶的动态弹簧常数为1.5g/μm以下,来自振动源的振动不易传递至密封垫。另外,即使在振动从振动源传递至弹性内部的情况下,该振动也容易在弹性部内转换为热能。其结果,密封垫能够具有优异的减振·防振特性,该密封垫能够有效地防止振动从振动源向其他部材传递。另外,密封垫抑制来自振动源的振动,因此能够减少来源于该振动的噪音,能够提高具有密封垫的设备的静音性。典型地,弹性部由动态弹簧常数为1.5g/μm以下的橡胶构成。例如,密封垫能够用于电动机用、逆变器壳体用,并能够减少从这些设备产生的振动和噪音。另外,密封垫能够在配备电动机、逆变器壳体的机动车、机器人、家电制品等机械·设备的内部使用。本发明的密封垫在机动车中使用的情况下,可减少振动、噪音,因此能够以舒适的状态驾驶。
构成弹性部的橡胶的动态弹簧常数如下测定。预先基于JIS K6300-2来测定弹性部用的橡胶组合物的硫化速度,测定Tc(90)(90%硫化时间)。接下来,通过在超越Tc(90)的条件下进行弹性部用的橡胶组合物的加压·硫化来准备橡胶片。之后,根据JIS K6394:2007所记载的强制振动非共振方法,在23±2℃、100Hz、应变振幅0.1%的条件下通过拉伸方法来测定动态弹簧常数。作为动态弹簧常数的测定装置,例如可以使用UBM公司制的Rheogel-E4000。动态弹簧常数为1.5g/μm以下,优选为1.2g/μm以下,更优选为0.8g/μm以下。通过使动态弹簧常数的值在上述范围内,密封垫能够具有更高的减振性·防振性。
弹性部所含的橡胶的硬度(硬度计A硬度)优选为90以下,更优选为85以下,进一步优选为80以下。通过使橡胶的硬度在上述范围内,密封垫能够具有更高的密封性能和减振·防振性。需要说明的是,橡胶的硬度可以通过基于JIS K6253的方法来测定。
一个实施方式的密封垫优选为如下构成,即,具有金属板和在金属板的一个表面上或两个表面上的弹性部,该弹性部包含动态弹簧常数为1.5g/μm以下的橡胶。作为金属板的材料,没有特别限定,可以使用铁、铝、铜等或它们的合金等,例如,SPCC(冷轧钢板)、SPFC(冷轧高张力钢板)、软钢、不锈钢板、铝、铝压铸件。作为不锈钢板,可以使用SUS301、SUS301H、SUS304、SUS430等。金属板的厚度没有特别限定,优选为100~2000μm,更优选为200~1000μm。金属板可以在脱脂的状态下使用,根据需要,可以通过喷丸、刻痕喷丸(scotch blast)、细线(hairline)、消光加工(dull finish)等对金属表面进行粗糙化。弹性部可以通过含有粘接剂成分或通过在弹性部与金属板之间设置粘接剂层而使弹性部与金属板粘接。作为粘接剂成分和粘接剂层的成分,只要能够提高金属板与弹性部的粘接性,就没有特别限定,例如可以使用酚醛树脂、环氧树脂等树脂系硫化粘接剂。作为酚醛树脂,可以举出甲酚酚醛清漆型酚醛树脂(cresol novolac type phenolic resin)、甲酚甲阶型酚醛树脂(cresol resol type phenolic resin)、烷基改性型酚醛树脂等任意的热固性酚醛树脂。另外,作为环氧树脂,可以举出甲酚酚醛清漆型环氧树脂,在该情况下,以双酚酚醛清漆型酚醛树脂作为固化剂,并且使用咪唑化合物作为固化催化剂。
构成弹性部的橡胶优选为丁腈橡胶(NBR)。丁腈橡胶是丁二烯和丙烯腈的共聚物。丁腈橡胶(NBR)既可以被氢化,也可以不被氢化。作为丁腈橡胶,可以使用极高腈含量(腈含量为43%以上)、高腈含量(腈含量为36~42%)、中高腈含量(腈含量为31~35%)、中腈含量(腈含量为25~30%)和低腈含量(腈含量为24%以下)的各种NBR。
橡胶进一步可以包含炭黑、二氧化硅、填充剂、增塑剂、添加剂、防老剂、硫化剂、硫化促进剂、硫化助剂等。炭黑的种类可以根据密封垫的用途适当选择,例如,可以使用SAF炭黑、ISAF炭黑、HAF炭黑、EPC炭黑、XCF炭黑、FEF炭黑、GPF炭黑、HMF炭黑、SR炭黑、FT炭黑、MT炭黑等。作为添加剂,可以举出偏硅酸钙、碳酸钙、氧化锌、硬脂酸、石蜡。另外,作为硫化剂,只要是作为橡胶的硫化剂使用的硫化剂,就没有特别限定,例如,可以举出硫系硫化剂、有机过氧化物系硫化剂等。
作为硫系硫化剂,例如可以举出粉末硫、硫华、沉淀性硫、胶体硫、高分散性硫和不溶性硫等硫;氯化硫、二氯化硫、吗啉二硫醚、烷基苯酚二硫醚、二苯并噻唑二硫醚、N,N’-二硫代-双(六氢-2H-氮杂卓-2-酮)、含磷多硫醚和高分子多硫化物等含硫化合物等。作为有机过氧化物系硫化剂,可以举出酮过氧化物类、过氧化酯类、二酰基过氧化物类、二烷基过氧化物类等。另外,也可以根据需要使用硫化促进剂、硫化助剂。
图1表示应用一个实施方式的密封垫的一例的箱体的分解立体图。图1所示的箱体100由壳体构件200和盖构件300这两个构件构成。壳体构件200和盖构件300在各自的开口部的周围一体地具有凸缘部201、301。在这些凸缘部201、301的相对的对接面202、302间配置有一片密封垫1。凸缘部201、301的对接面202、302形成为以一定宽度的带状包围壳体构件200和盖构件300的开口部的外周。形成螺栓孔203、303的部位局部地向侧方伸出。
密封垫1具有环状部1a和伸出部1b。环状部1a以与壳体构件200和盖构件300的各凸缘部201、301的对接面202、302相同的一定宽度形成。伸出部1b在与凸缘部201、301的各螺栓孔203、303对应的位置以从环状部1a利用平滑的曲线连接的方式局部地向侧方伸出。在各伸出部1b形成有与凸缘部201、301的各螺栓孔203、303对应的螺栓孔11。
而且,箱体100通过将螺栓400插入并贯穿于各螺栓孔203、303、11从而使壳体构件200、盖构件300和密封垫1三者紧固为一体。通过夹在凸缘部201、301间的密封垫1,将凸缘部201、301的对接面202、302之间密封。
密封垫1只要具有上述的结构,就没有特别限定。另外,在以上的说明中,示出了如下例子,即,将一个实施方式的密封垫1用作箱体100的壳体构件200与盖构件300的凸缘部201、301之间的密封构件。但是,一个实施方式的密封垫1不限于应用于这样的箱体100,能够广泛应用于密封两个构件之间的对接面的情况。
密封垫优选为电动机用的密封垫。另外,密封垫优选为逆变器壳体用的密封垫。
在一个实施方式的密封垫的制造方法中,例如,在金属板等基材上滴下含有弹性部用的橡胶组合物的溶液进行涂布之后,加热该溶液,使其干燥,并且将橡胶组合物硫化,由此制作弹性部。作为含弹性部用的橡胶组合物的溶液,没有特别限定,可以使用甲乙酮、甲苯、乙酸乙酯等。
实施例
以下,基于实施例和比较例来具体说明本发明的优选实施方式,但是本发明不被这些实施例限定。
(实施例1~14和比较例1~5)
使用加压型捏合机(日本SPINDLE公司制)和开放辊(关西ROLL公司制)且按照下述表1所示的配合将各材料混合,由此制备橡胶组合物。
(评价)
使用如上述那样得到的橡胶组合物进行以下的测定。
(a)弹性部的硬度、拉伸强度、伸长率的测定
预先基于JIS K6300-2测定橡胶组合物的硫化速度,并测定Tc(90)(90%硫化时间)。接下来,通过在超过Tc(90)的条件下进行橡胶组合物的加压·硫化来准备试验片。针对该试验片,进行基于JIS K6253的硬度(硬度计A硬度)的测定、基于JIS K6251的拉伸强度和伸长率的测定。
(b)动态弹簧常数的测定
通过在与上述(a)相同的条件下进行橡胶组合物的加压·硫化来准备厚度2mm、宽度4mm、长度20mm的试验片。接下来,基于JIS K6394:2007所记载的强制振动非共振方法,使用UBM公司制的Rheogel-E4000,在23±2℃、100Hz、应变振幅0.1%的条件下通过拉伸方法来测定试验片的动态弹簧常数。
(c)密封垫的损耗系数的测定
通过磷酸锌对厚度400μm的SPCC钢板的表面进行了处理。之后,在该SPCC钢板上涂布溶解有酚醛树脂(Thixon715(商品名))的甲乙酮(MEK)后,使其干燥。接下来,使上述橡胶组合物溶解于甲乙酮(MEK)中。之后,在涂布含酚醛树脂的MEK溶液后的SPCC钢板上,涂布溶解有橡胶组合物的MEK,之后,在200℃的烘箱中将橡胶组合物硫化3分钟,由此在SPCC钢板(金属板)上形成厚度120μm的弹性部。其结果,得到在SPCC钢板(金属板)上具有弹性部的、宽度17mm且长度250mm的密封垫。将如此得到的密封垫经由氰基丙烯酸酯系的粘接剂贴附于厚度250μm、宽度17mm、长度250mm的SUS301板,由此得到损耗系数测定用的样品。需要说明的是,通过事先的预备实验确认到:只要是能够将密封垫贴附于SUS301板的粘接剂即可,粘接剂的种类不影响损耗系数的值。
接下来,使用Rion公司制AS14PA5(悬臂梁型),基于JIS K7391:2008,利用半值宽度法、测定温度23±2℃、测定范围0~1kHz中的2次的共振频率来测定损耗系数。而且,在损耗系数为0.03以上时判断为减振·防振特性为良好,并评价为“○”,在损耗系数小于0.03时判断为减振·防振特性不良,并评价为“×”。橡胶组合物的组成和减振·防振特性的评价结果如下述表1所示。

1.一种密封垫,其中,所述密封垫具有弹性部,所述弹性部包含JIS K6394:2007所记载的在23±2℃、100Hz、应变振幅0.1%的条件下测定的动态弹簧常数为1.5g/μm以下的橡胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封垫,其中,所述橡胶的硬度为90以下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封垫,其中,所述密封垫具有:
金属板;和
在所述金属板的一个表面上或两个表面上的所述弹性部。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的密封垫,其中,所述橡胶为丁腈橡胶。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的密封垫,其中,所述密封垫为电动机用的密封垫。
6.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的密封垫,其中,所述密封垫为逆变器壳体用的密封垫。
