技术领域:本发明涉及一种茶,尤其是莲花茶以及其制备方法。
背景技术:李时珍的本草纲目中曾讲到莲花、莲须、莲根的药理效果,古时贡品中亦有莲根茶、莲花茶、莲须茶等,该贡品的工艺是将鲜茶叶与鲜莲花搅拌一小时,至一周后焙干封装而成成品,分为香型茶和药茶两个品种,其中香型茶具其味,药性欠缺;而药茶具其药性,却欠缺其香;二者不能两全。
发明内容:本发明为了解决香型茶具其味,药性欠缺;而药茶具其药性,却欠缺其香的不足,提出一种莲花茶及其制备方法,所述莲花茶是以茶叶与莲花花蕊为原料,采用将半干茶叶直接放置在盛开的鲜莲花中24小时后取出焙干,将茶叶与莲花花蕊的配比按5∶1的配置方法配制而成。该莲花茶同时具有茶叶和莲花的香味,同时还具有莲花的药理效果。
具体实施方式:现将半干的茶叶于莲花盛开时直接放入鲜莲花中,经过24小时后取出,使得茶叶与莲花花蕊的配比为5∶1,经过焙干即成。该莲花茶的茶味约有60%,莲花的自然味约有40%,且其中含有莲花花蕊,故而其药理效果也很好。
