Description

Polypeptide repairing composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to a polypeptide repairing composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The broad sense of skin barrier includes physical barrier, pigment barrier, nerve barrier and immune barrier, so far we are always referring to skin barrier, mainly physical barrier.
The physical barrier is composed of sebum membrane, keratin of horny layer, lipid, sandwich structure, brick wall structure, dermis mucopolysaccharide, etc., and has effects of resisting external harmful substances, irritants, sunlight, keeping moisture, and regulating antiinflammatory. Skin physical barrier damage causes skin dryness, skin aging, skin sensitivity such as pigmentation atopic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, ichthyosis, solar dermatitis, skin greasiness such as irritant dermatitis, and seborrheic diseases such as irritation dependent dermatitis, and therefore, protection and repair of skin barrier have an extremely important role in skin health.
Among them, in the repair of skin barriers, the maintenance of a "brick wall structure" appears to be of paramount importance. The "brick wall" represents keratinocytes, the "mortar" refers to lipids (containing ceramide, fatty acid, cholesterol) in the horny space, the "brick wall" and the "mortar" form a firm structure on the epidermis, limit the water flow inside and outside the cells and between the cells, ensure that the water is not lost, and enable the skin to maintain an important barrier function.
Most of the skin barrier repair products at present generally aim at the problem of the thinning of the horny layer caused by the loss of intercellular lipid in a brick wall structure, and mainly realize the skin barrier repair by supplementing intercellular lipid to thicken the horny layer. This is significant for the congenital population of sensitive muscles with thin horny layer, but for the population of oily skin with partially acquired thin horny layer, the thin horny layer is mainly caused by excessive secretion of skin grease and excessive cleaning for reducing skin grease. When the skin barrier repair product is used, although the problem of repairing the skin barrier is solved temporarily, the problem of unbalance of skin water and oil caused by excessive secretion of skin oil is caused, and therefore, there is still room for improvement.

After each group of volunteers adhere to the essence for 28 days and the allergic conditions of skin itch and red swelling completely subside, after the 29 th day of facial cleansing of the volunteers, detecting the oil content of the skin surface of each group of volunteers by using a skin oil tester of the model SM815-MPA of German CK, and calculating the average value of the detection values of the volunteers in the same group to obtain the skin oil content before the essence is used; meanwhile, the skin moisture content of each volunteer is detected by using a skin moisture tester of the model CM825-MDD of German CK, and the average value of the detection values of the volunteers in the same group is calculated to obtain the skin moisture content before the essence is used.
After the volunteers of each group are cleaned, respectively and correspondingly taking the essence prepared by the application examples and the comparative application examples, taking the amount of 5g, after the volunteers use the essence for 8 hours (no other cosmetics or skin care products are used in the period, and the volunteers 8 hours are all still sitting in a room with the constant temperature of 27 ℃), detecting the oil content of the skin of each group of volunteers by using a skin oil tester with the model of SM815-MPA of German CK, and calculating the average value of the detection values of the volunteers of the same group to obtain the skin oil content after the essence is used; meanwhile, after the volunteers use the essence for 3h, 8h and 12h (without using any other cosmetics or skin care products during the period, and the volunteers were all sitting still in a room with room temperature constant temperature of 27 ℃), the skin moisture content of each volunteer was detected by using a skin moisture tester of the model CM825-MDD of germany CK again, and the average value of the detection values of the volunteers of the same group was calculated to obtain the skin moisture content after the use of the essence for 3h, after the use of the essence for 8h and after the use of the skin moisture content for 12h, respectively.
Finally, the rate of change (%) of the oil content of the skin surface of the volunteer before and after the use of the serum was calculated and recorded.
The change rate of the oil content on the skin surface is calculated as follows:
the test data of experiment 1 above are detailed in table 1.
TABLE 1
The test data of experiment 2 above are detailed in table 2.
TABLE 2
According to the data comparison of the embodiment 3 and the comparative examples 1-4 in the table 1 and the table 2, only by adopting the synergistic compounding of the kudzu root extract, the dioscorea nipponica Makino extract, the dogwood extract and the euglena polysaccharide in specific proportions, the skin water-oil balance can be better regulated while the skin barrier is repaired, the deep water supplementing and water locking of the skin can be more effective, the skin is less prone to continuously excrete grease due to insufficient water, the polypeptide repairing composition is more suitable for people with oily skin, the oil control effect and the water-oil balance effect of the polypeptide repairing composition are easily influenced greatly when any substance is replaced, and the problems of excessive skin secretion grease and acne and the like are easily caused when the product is used by people with oily skin are easily caused when the skin barrier is repaired.
According to the data comparison of examples 3-6 in Table 1 and Table 2, only by adopting glycerin, butanediol, glycine, urea, 1, 2-hexanediol and ethylhexyl glycerin which are compounded in a specific proportion as a humectant, the skin can be better subjected to deep water supplementing, and the water supplementing effect is longer lasting and long-acting, so that the skin is less prone to continuously secreting grease due to water deficiency, the skin barrier is restored, the skin is kept fresh, any substance is replaced, and the oil control effect of the polypeptide repairing composition is easily influenced greatly.
According to the comparison of the data of examples 3 and 7-8 in tables 1 and 2, by adding oat bran extract and polysorbate-20, it is advantageous to improve the hyaluronidase inhibition rate of the polypeptide repairing composition to a certain extent, and to supplement skin moisture deeply to a certain extent, so that the balance of skin water and oil is easier to regulate.
The above embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present application, so: all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of the application should be covered in the scope of protection of the application.
