Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to an anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition and application thereof in skin care products.
Background
The city life with fast pace and high intensity brings intangible pressure and challenge while creating comfort and convenience for people. Factors such as air pollution, working pressure, seasonal changes, etc. constantly challenge the fragile skin of urban people. Common symptoms include dryness, desquamation, pox, collagen loss and rupture, wrinkles, sagging, sensitive skin, red blood streaks, post-sun repair and post-cosmetic skin damage, with the ultimate manifestation of fine lines and the onset of aging.
In order to enable 'problem skin' to have the functions of repairing cell activity, increasing skin compactness and enabling the skin to present a full outline, polypeptide is added into a plurality of skin care products at present. The polypeptide is much milder than the factors of vitamin A and vitrescence, basically has no side effect, does not need to establish tolerance, and can be used for sensitive muscle. Intact, non-fragmented proteins (e.g. collagen) are not absorbed through the epidermal layer of the skin, and polypeptides are essentially small fragments or basic components of proteins, and compared with intact proteins, part of polypeptides can break through the skin barrier and be absorbed by the skin, so that the polypeptide has a certain effect of relieving skin aging injury.
There are many types of polypeptides, each with its own specific repair mechanism. For example, pentapeptide can stimulate collagen, spandex and hyaluronic acid proliferation, increase skin thickness and reduce fine lines. The hexapeptide is involved in competing SNAP-25 sites in the vacuolar complex, influences the formation of the vacuolar complex, and if the vacuolar complex is slightly unstable, the vacuolar complex can not effectively release neurotransmitters, so that the muscle contraction is weakened, and the formation of wrinkles is prevented. If different polypeptides can be compounded, the skin can be repaired in multiple directions, and the synergistic effect is achieved.
However, in practice, it is found that polypeptides cannot be simply mixed and compounded, and the skin repairing effect is reduced after the polypeptides are compounded. Because the variety and the addition amount of the polypeptide and the compounded components in the skin care product relate to thousands of combined experiments, enterprises cannot verify the effect brought by the composite polypeptide through limited tests. Because of this, the number of polypeptide-complexed products currently on the market is small, and further research and improvement is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to provide a synergistic composite polypeptide, the application provides an anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition and application thereof in skin care products.
In a first aspect, the application provides an anti-aging and repairing lithospermum composition, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
0.02-0.7 part of composite polypeptide;
0.003-5.0 parts of lithospermum cell mixture;
0.002-2.0 parts of black bean extract;
0-2.6 parts of other conditioning agents;
the composite polypeptide is two or more of tripeptide-1, hexapeptide-9, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4.
Tripeptide-1 is carrier peptide and has biological activities of antioxidation, integration detoxification and the like; hexapeptide-9 is a very stable collagen peptide, and has an excellent effect on potent repair, particularly for the repair of acne marks; the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 can improve the moisture content of skin, improve the skin color and enhance the luster and the transparency; palmitoyl tripeptide-1 stimulates the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycan, reduces fine lines of skin and improves skin quality. The palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 can greatly promote the generation of skin collagen, make the facial skin plump and elastic, improve the water content and moisture retention of the skin, make the skin feel soft and smooth, and brighten the skin color from inside to outside without tarnish; palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 can stimulate proliferation of elastic fibers and hyaluronic acid, improve moisture content and moisture locking degree of the skin, increase thickness of the skin and reduce fine lines, can enhance absorption effect, can increase hyaluronic acid content in the skin by acting as a cell messenger to stimulate regeneration of collagen fibers in the dermis, and can help tighten the skin by drawing moisture to the epidermis.
The polypeptide can act on the skin from different aspects so as to achieve the aim of repairing dry skin, acne marks, dark yellow skin, fine lines, wrinkles and other skin problems. If the polypeptide can be fully fused, the application field of the polypeptide is changed technically. Through continuous research of the inventor, the inventor finds that different kinds of polypeptides can be well fused together under the synergistic addition effect of the lithospermum cell mixture and the black bean extract by mixing the lithospermum cell mixture, the black bean extract and the composite polypeptide according to the proportion. In addition, the lithospermum cell mixture and the black bean extract can effectively eliminate and eliminate free radicals, reduce aging, accelerate blood circulation, expand capillary vessels and promote absorption and transformation of polypeptides. Meanwhile, the collagen can be combined with protein, so that healthy collagen is protected from being damaged, new collagen regeneration is promoted, acne marks and wrinkles are effectively reduced, and the collagen has an excellent effect of repairing skin.
More preferably, the complex polypeptide consists of tripeptide-1, hexapeptide-9, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 in a ratio of 1: (1.3-2): (0.3-1): (0.7-1): (1-1.3): (3-4.3) in a certain mass ratio.
The proportion of the polypeptides is a subject to be researched all the time, and a scheme for compounding more than five polypeptides is not researched at present. The main reason is that the selection of the types of the polypeptides is unclear whether the polypeptides can be compounded to achieve a synergistic effect, the types of the related polypeptides are multiple, and the existing enterprises are difficult to verify that experiments are conducted on each mixture ratio, which is a very practical problem. The application adopts the six polypeptides and matches the above proportions, so that the effect of repairing the skin of the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition is broken through, and acne marks and wrinkles are further reduced.
Preferably, the rest conditioning agent is 0.002-0.1 parts of fibronectin.
Since fibronectin is a macromolecular protein, skin has poor absorption of the macromolecular protein, and direct use of fibronectin can only play a minor role in repair. However, in the anti-aging and repairing lithospermum composition system, the compound polypeptide, the lithospermum cell mixture and the black bean extract are matched, so that the sodium potassium ATPase beta subunit on the surface of the skin can be activated, the beta subunit is used for regulating gaps among skin cells in the skin, and the cell gap is slightly enlarged, and the degree is enough to guide fibrin to migrate to a basal layer through a skin barrier, promote cell growth and proliferation, and play an important role in the body life activities such as repairing and tissue regeneration of the skin.
Preferably, the remaining conditioning agents are fibronectin, arginine and allantoin in a ratio of 1: (2-10): (1-8) in a certain mass ratio.
After the compound polypeptide, the lithospermum cell mixture and the black bean extract enter the skin for repairing, metabolic cuticle is generated. In order to further assist the skin to absorb fibronectin, arginine and allantoin are selected and the proportion of the arginine and the allantoin is limited, so that the skin care cream has obvious effects on keeping skin moisture, improving skin roughness, improving the water content of stratum corneum and the like, reduces the adhesive force of stratum corneum cells, accelerates the renewal of epidermal cells, timely cleans generated wastes, and enables the fibronectin entering from the back to be better absorbed, thereby further helping the skin repair and reducing wrinkles.
In a second aspect, the application provides an application of the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition in skin care products, wherein the addition amount of the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition in the skin care products is 0.2-15%; wherein the addition amount in skin care water is 1-13%, the addition amount in essence is 3-15%, the addition amount in lotion and cream is 1-14%, and the addition amount in eye cream is 0.2-14%.
In a third aspect, the application provides an anti-aging and repairing lithospermum essence which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:
21-33.5% of a humectant;
0.01 to 0.1 percent of emulsifier;
3-15% of anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition;
0-1.7% of other auxiliary agents;
adding water to 100%;
the humectant is any two of glycerol, butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, propylene glycol, urea and sucrose.
The other auxiliary agents are preservative, chelating agent and antioxidant. The preservative system is built by methyl hydroxybenzoate, octyl hydroximic acid, bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea and iodopropynyl alcohol butyl carbamate.
Because the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition contains a plurality of polypeptides and plant extracts with a plurality of active ingredients, the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition is compounded with the rest ingredients to form essence liquid, and the addition proportion needs to be controlled, because the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition has high cost of the used ingredients, and the problem of cost is considered in industrial production, and the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition with a small amount can also play a good repairing effect, which is a place needing further improvement.
The components in the essence are added in the proportion, the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition can exert a better repairing effect under the condition of adding 3-11%, the moisturizing agent can assist the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition in repairing skin, and other auxiliaries have no negative influence on the activity of the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition, so that the prepared anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition is good in repairing effect and low in cost.
More preferably, the humectant is any three of glycerin, butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, propylene glycol, urea and sucrose.
Most preferably, the humectant is prepared by compounding glycerol, butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, propylene glycol, sucrose and urea, wherein the compounding ratio is 100: (70-72): (6-8): (2-3): (3-5): (2-4): (4-5).
The moisture loss is increased during skin aging, cells are shrunk and aged, tissues are lack and atrophy, and the tissues are changed in structure and form to gradually form fine wrinkles on the skin, so that the moisturizing agent plays an important role in keeping the moisture of the skin and repairing the barrier function of the skin. The moisturizing agent is added into an anti-aging repairing lithospermum essence system according to a specific proportion, so that a skin barrier is in a relatively soft state, the skin keeps a good capability of cleaning cutin, and metabolites of the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition after repairing the skin can be better cleaned by the skin, so that the repairing speed is increased, and wrinkles, acne marks and the like are reduced more in the same time.
In a fourth aspect, the application provides an anti-aging and repairing lithospermum eye cream which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:
10-20% of an emollient;
10-15% of a humectant;
5-10% of emulsifier;

0.1-0.2% of chelating agent;
0.02-0.05% of pH regulator;
0.8 to 1.5 percent of other auxiliary agents;

Test 1
Detecting the effect of removing acne marks
1. Test samples: the essences prepared in examples 1 to 18 and comparative examples 1 to 4.
2. Testing an instrument: facial image analyzer VISIA, Canfield, usa.
3. The test principle is as follows: a facial picture was taken using the facial image analyzer VISIA and the image analysis software analyzed the area of the ultraviolet pigmented spots of the skin.
Note: the acne marks have pigmentation on the skin, are detected by VISIA ultraviolet ray stains, are shot by ultraviolet rays with the peak value of 365nm, and objectively reflect the potential pigmentation area under the epidermis so as to reflect the area of the acne marks.
4. Experiment design: 66 volunteers with acne marks are selected, the volunteers are divided into 22 groups, each group comprises 3 volunteers, the volunteers in each group respectively correspond to the essence prepared in the examples 1-18 and the comparative examples 1-4, and the volunteers clean the face in the morning and the evening and then smear test samples on the face (smeared on eyes in the example 15). A facial image analyzer VISIA is adopted to shoot images of the parts of the volunteers before and after 8 weeks of using the test sample, and the images are analyzed to obtain the area of the acne marks on the face, and the area of the acne marks after use is obviously reduced compared with the area before use, which shows that the test sample has the effects of repairing the skin and removing the acne marks.
5. And (3) data analysis:
area of pox mark: taking the average value of the test results of each group of volunteers;
acne mark reduction rate = (S)0-S1)/SO×100%
S0: average of pox area of each group of volunteers before use.
S1: average of pox area per group of volunteers after use.
Test 2
Detecting the effect of repairing wrinkles
1. Testing an instrument: the skin rapid three-dimensional imaging system PRIMOS, Canfield, usa.
2. The test principle is as follows: the digital three-dimensional image of the surface of the tested skin is obtained by testing the position change of the stripe light irradiated on the surface of the skin and the gray values of all image points, and parameters such as wrinkle volume and the like are obtained by analyzing system software.
3. The test method comprises the following steps: 54 volunteers with fine lines and wrinkles on the face were selected and divided into 18 groups of 3, and the volunteers applied the essence prepared in examples 1-14 and comparative examples 1-4 on the face after cleaning the face in the morning and evening each day. A skin rapid three-dimensional imaging system PRIMOS is adopted to shoot images of the back of a volunteer before and after 6 weeks of using a test sample, and the images are analyzed to obtain a wrinkle volume value V, wherein the wrinkle volume after use is remarkably reduced compared with that before use, which shows that the test sample has the effects of repairing the skin and reducing wrinkles.
4. Data processing:
wrinkle volume value V value change rate (%) = (V)0-V1)/VO×100%
VO: v-value of skin before using test sample;
V1: the V value of the skin after use of the test sample. The data for test 1 and test 2 are collated in Table 3.

According to the comparison of the data of the comparative examples 1 and 2 and the data of the examples 1 to 4 in the table 3, the area reduction rate and the wrinkle reduction rate of the comparative examples 1 and 2 are far lower than those of the examples 1 to 4, which shows that even though the polypeptides cannot be fused sufficiently, different kinds of polypeptides can be fused together well through the preparation of the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition and the black bean extract, so that free radicals can be eliminated and eliminated effectively, aging can be reduced, blood circulation can be accelerated, capillary vessels can be expanded, the absorption and transformation of the polypeptides can be promoted, the polypeptides can be combined with proteins, healthy collagen can be protected from being damaged, new collagen regeneration can be promoted, the acne marks and wrinkles can be reduced effectively, and the excellent skin repairing effect can be achieved.
According to the comparison of the data of the examples 1-4 and the examples 5-6 in the table 3, the reduction rate of the acne mark area and the reduction rate of wrinkles of the examples 5 and 6 are far greater than those of the examples 1-4, which shows that more than five kinds of composite polypeptides can be fully fused together to act on the skin under the coordination of the lithospermum cell mixture and the black bean extract, so that the acne mark and wrinkles are effectively reduced, and the skin repairing effect is excellent.
According to the comparison of the data of examples 7 and 8 and comparative examples 3 and 4 in table 3, the reduction rate of the pox printed area and the reduction rate of the wrinkle of the examples 7 and 8 are both far greater than those of the comparative examples 3 and 4, which shows that the skin repairing effect can be very good only within the range of the input amount of the composite polypeptide, and the proportion of the components in the cosmetic also influences the compatibility and is not adjusted randomly.
From the comparison of the data in table 3 between examples 9 and 10 and example 8, the reduction rate of pox print area and the reduction rate of wrinkles in examples 9 and 10 are both greater than in example 8, indicating that the present application uses the composition consisting of tripeptide-1, hexapeptide-9, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 in a ratio of 1: (1.3-2): (0.3-1): (0.7-1): (1-1.3): (3-4.3) the compound polypeptide compounded according to the mass ratio can break through the skin repairing effect of the anti-aging repairing lithospermum composition, thereby further reducing acne marks and wrinkles.
Comparing the data of examples 11 and 12 and example 9 in table 3, the reduction rate of the pox print area and the reduction rate of the wrinkles of examples 11 and 12 are both greater than that of example 9, which shows that the combination of the composite polypeptide, the lithospermum cell mixture and the black bean extract can activate the sodium potassium atpase beta subunit on the skin surface, the beta subunit can regulate the gaps between skin cells in the skin, and the intercellular space is slightly enlarged enough to guide fibrin to migrate to the basal layer through the skin barrier, promote cell growth and proliferation, and play an important role in body life activities such as skin repair, tissue regeneration and the like.
Comparing the data of examples 13 and 14 with the data of example 12 in table 3, it can be seen that the reduction rate of the pox print area and the reduction rate of wrinkles of examples 13 and 14 are both greater than that of example 12, which illustrates that amino acid and allantoin define the ratio of the three, and have significant effects on maintaining skin moisture, improving skin roughness, increasing the water content of stratum corneum, reducing the adhesion of stratum corneum cells, accelerating the renewal of epidermal cells, and removing the generated "waste" in time, so that the fibronectin entering later can be better absorbed, thereby further helping skin repair and reducing wrinkles.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
