Abstract

一种控制车辆行车速度的单踏板装置,它是将车辆制动踏板与加速踏板合并为一个踏板,踏板下移过程中先控制油门大小,后启动制动阀门,踏板行程分成减速行程和制动行程两部分。本发明的特点是人驾车时只要脚踏一个踏板,精力集中、遇事反应快,能确保行车安全。

Description

一种控制车辆行车速度的单踏板装置
技术领域  一种车辆驾驶室内的附属装置,尤其是控制车辆加速行驶和刹车的装置。
背景技术  目前,市场上销售的汽车等车辆控制其行车速度的加速踏板与制动踏板是分离开的两个踏板。由于两个踏板是分离开的,因此驾驶车辆时将会产生下列不利因素:
1、驾驶员的脚要在制动踏板与加速踏板之间移来移去,劳动强度增大;
2、驾驶员在驾驶时,要多分散一部份精力来注意不要踏错踏板,影响驾驶员注意力的高度集中,有时显得手忙脚乱;
3、特别是驾驶员在车辆行驶遇到障碍物时,车辆在停止距离中需要的反应时间分为九个时段,其中两个时段是:(1)驾驶员开始做控制动作,即驾驶员的脚开始离开加速踏板,(2)驾驶员完成控制动作,即驾驶员的脚踩下制动踏板,一移一踏,增长了反应时间,不利安全行驶。
4、驾驶员在驾车遇到紧急情况时,由于思想高度紧张,踏错踏板而造成车毁人亡的安全事故经常发生。
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种控制行车速度的单踏板装置,做到减轻驾驶员劳动强度,增强驾驶员的注意力,提高车辆行驶的安全性能。
技术方案是把车辆的加速踏板与制动踏板合并成一个踏板,踏板下移过程中先控制油门大小,后启动制动阀门,即把原来制动踏板行程分成两部份:开始部份为减速行程,后部份才为制动行程。
与现有技术相比,本发明的特点是驾车时只要脚踏一个踏板,精力集中,遇事反应快,能确保行车安全。

具体实施方式  如图1、图2所示,包括固定在车辆驾驶室内的控制箱11,箱内有从动杆14、13分别连接制动阀门和油门,不同之处是踏杆4一端为踏板1,另一端与扇形齿8一起固连在支轴18的轴套上,支轴18固定在控制箱11的下侧板上,扇形齿8与固装在转转轴20上的小齿轮10啮合,转轴20安装在控制箱11的箱体24上,转轴20上固装有凸轮22和凸轮26,圆柱凸轮29径向被键19固定、轴向可在转轴20上滑动,其内套装有复位弹簧28,圆柱凸轮29柱面上有定位槽25,槽内有一端固定在箱体24上的定位销9,棘轮式凹轮23套装在转轴20上,棘轮式凹轮23与箱体24之间装有拉伸弹簧32,箱体24内端面上装有半定位销30。从动杆14、13分别位于凸轮22、26上。箱体24上安有使从动杆14、13分别紧靠在凸轮22、26上的复位弹簧21、27。为了控制好踏杆4的位置,本实施例将支持板12固定在驾驶室内,支持板12上有限制踏板4极端位置的定位柱15和16及确定踏杆4使发动机处于待速状态的半定位销6。复位弹簧7一端固定在踏杆4上,一端固定在车辆上。
下面结合图3详细介绍本发明的工作原理:
1、当踏杆4处于b位置时,由支持板12上的半定位销6把踏杆4半定位于此。扇形齿轮8与小齿轮10相啮合的位置处于扇形齿8正中位置,凸轮26上的从动杆13也处于最低位置,故油门处最小位置,发动机处于待速状态。此时圆柱凸轮29在固定箱体上的定位销9的作用下,其凸起退出棘轮式凹轮23的凹部,与凹轮23分离,而此时凹轮23与箱体上的半定位销30刚好相对半定位。故使得发动机处于待速,车辆处于未制动状态。
2、当踏杆4趋向于a位置时,即人的脚背向上提一下踏杆4时,踏杆4将滑出半定位销6,同时通过扇形齿轮8与小齿轮10带动转轴20顺时针转动,转轴20又带动圆柱凸轮29转动,在定位销9的作用下,圆柱凸轮的凸起滑入凹轮23凹部中而啮合,同时半定位销30也从凹轮23上滑出,凹轮23上的弹簧32开始往下拉动凹轮23,通过圆柱凸轮29使转轴20继续产生顺时针转动,使得凸轮26的凸起部份开始顶起从动杆13,从动杆13顶起油门使车辆行驶加速,与之同时,踏杆4有一种往a向翘起的趋势,但被人用脚控制住了。这样,人脚使踏杆4处于一定高度,就可操纵和控制油门的大小。脚一提加速,脚一踏减速。当踏杆4达到a位置时,从动杆14一直位于凸轮22的等圆弧部份,未被顶起,因此制动未起使用,而从动杆13位于凸轮26凸起部份最高处,油门被顶开到最大,车辆行驶速度最快。
3、当人用脚使踏杆4向c位置方向移动时,经过b位置油门处于最小,发动机待速,圆柱凸轮29与凹轮33分离,凹轮23在半定位销30作用下,处半定位于此,弹簧32不起作用,而从动杆13位于凸轮26的等圆弧部份,因此一直到踏杆4到达c位置时,油门都是最小,发动机处于待速。与之同时,逆时针旋转的凸轮22凸起部分开始顶起从动杆14,从动杆14顶动制动阀门开始制动。当踏杆4到达c位置时,从动杆14位于凸轮22凸起部份最高处,从动杆14顶动制动阀门的作用达到最大,车辆的制动也就达到了最大。
为了使人的脚更加准确地踏动和控制踏板1,本实施例在踏板1上设置了绑脚附件。如图4所示,踏板1上装有两个带弹簧的卡结3和31,在卡结3和31上分别装有可移动的直齿条5和33,在齿条5上装有皮带2,在齿条33上装有皮带扣17。齿条和卡结、皮带、皮带扣的共同作用,使绑脚附件能适合任何人脚的宽度和高度,使人感觉舒适,向上提时又有力度。

Claims (4)

1、一种控制车辆行车速度的单踏板装置,包括固定在车辆驾驶室内的控制箱(11),箱内有从动杆(14、13)分别连接制动阀门和油门,其特征在于踏杆(4)一端为踏板(1),另一端与扇形齿(8)一起固连在支轴(18)的轴套上,支轴(18)固定在控制箱(11)的下侧板上,扇形齿(8)与固装在转轴(20)上的小齿轮(10)啮合,转轴(20)安装在控制箱(11)的箱体(24)上,转轴(20)上固装有凸轮(22)和凸轮(26),圆柱凸轮(29)径向被键(19)固定、轴向可在转轴(20)上滑动,其内套装有复位弹簧(28),圆柱凸轮(29)柱面上有定位槽(25),槽内有一端固定在箱体(24)上的定位销(9),棘轮式凹轮(23)套装在转轴(20)上,棘轮式凹轮(23)与箱体(24)之间装有拉伸弹簧(32),箱体(24)内端面上装有半定位销(30),从动杆(14、13)分别位于凸轮(22、26)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的单踏板装置,其特征是支持板(12)固定在车辆上,支持板(12)上有限制踏杆(4)极端位置的定位柱(15)和(16)及确定踏杆(4)使发动机处于待速状态的半定位销(6)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的单踏板装置,其特征是箱体(24)上安有使从动杆(14、13)分别紧靠在凸轮(22、26)上的复位弹簧(21、27)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的单踏板装置,其特征是踏板(1)上装有两个带弹簧的卡结(3、31),在卡结(3、31)上分别装有可移动的直齿条(5、33),在齿条(5)上装有皮带(2),在齿条(33)上装有皮带扣(17)。
