Background
The historical beauty amateurs have a common final pursuit-youth forever. Therefore, the anti-aging effect is still the most concerned effect of the current skin care products.
Aging is a progressive, irreversible degeneration of physiological structure and function that occurs from the maturation phase of an organism as it ages. Aging of the skin is generally divided into intrinsic aging and extrinsic aging: endogenous aging refers to natural aging occurring with aging, which is mainly due to the degradation of the synthesis capacity of collagen and elastin in the skin with aging and physiological aging, resulting in the deterioration of elastic tissues and the relaxation of the skin; extrinsic aging is mainly photoaging caused by sunlight, and the photoaging is mainly caused by that ultraviolet rays penetrate through the skin, penetrate into tissues below the dermis and destroy the fine structures in the skin such as collagen, elastic fiber tissues and the like, so that wrinkles and color spots are generated on the skin.
However, current anti-aging products generally achieve anti-endogenous aging only, and exogenous aging generally achieves anti-ultraviolet by applying sun block, and thus, there is still room for improvement.

Figure BDA0003710156660000222
Figure BDA0003710156660000231
According to the data comparison between the embodiment 3 in the tables 1 and 2 and the comparative examples 1 to 6, the synergistic combination of the betaine, the DNA sodium, the collagen, the calendula extract and the medicinal fungus extract in a specific ratio is beneficial to the substances to better permeate to the deep layer of the skin under the action of the betaine, so that the substances are beneficial to better and deeply moisturizing, and the substances are beneficial to better promoting the generation of collagen, so that the number of collagen and collagen fibers is increased, further the anti-aging effect of wrinkle reduction and skin tightening is realized, and any substance is lacked, so that the anti-ultraviolet effect is easily influenced to a certain extent, the content of the collagen is influenced, and the effects of wrinkle reduction of essence and skin tightening are further influenced.
According to the data comparison between the example 3 and the comparative examples 7-9 in the tables 1 and 2, the oat kernel oil and the monkey bushy seed oil are added for synergistic compounding, so that the protective barrier can be better formed on the surface of the skin, the long-acting moisturizing effect can be better facilitated, the skin can be better resisted by ultraviolet rays, the content of collagen can be less affected by the ultraviolet rays, the essence can be better used for reducing wrinkles and firming the skin, and the barrier protection effect cannot be achieved due to the absence of any substance.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of example 3 and comparative example 10 in tables 1 and 2, although the existing commercially available essence can achieve an anti-aging effect, the existing essence does not have an effect of resisting ultraviolet rays, the growth of collagen is easily affected when the collagen is attacked by ultraviolet rays, and the existing essence only has an effect of delaying the generation of wrinkles, and thus the effect of smoothing the generated wrinkles is difficult to achieve.
According to the comparison of the data of the examples 3-9 in the tables 1 and 2, the effect of better resisting the ultraviolet ray to the skin can be favorably realized only by adopting the specific peptides with specific proportions to be cooperatively compounded as the composite polypeptide, and the effect of resisting the ultraviolet ray can be easily influenced by replacing any polypeptide or changing the dosage proportion among substances, so that the content of the collagen can be easily influenced.
According to the data comparison between the example 3 and the examples 10-14 in the tables 1 and 2, the tremella polysaccharide, the ergothioneine and the vitriol are compounded in a specific ratio to promote the generation of collagen better and smooth the generated wrinkles better, and any substance is absent, so that the effect of delaying the generation of the wrinkles can be achieved, and the effect of smoothing the generated wrinkles is difficult to achieve.
Referring to fig. 1-3, after the volunteer uses the essence for 30 days, the dark skin color is obviously improved, which means that the essence has a certain ultraviolet ray resistance effect, so that the essence can also have a sunscreen effect to a certain extent without additionally applying sunscreen cream.
Referring to fig. 4-5, the wrinkles of the volunteers are obviously reduced after the volunteers use the essence for 14 days and 30 days, which indicates that the essence of the present application has anti-aging wrinkle removing and tightening effects.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
