Homogenizing, cooling, and adding the above after-sun soothing and repairing composition; the cooling temperature is preferably 40-45 ℃; adding the after-sun soothing and repairing composition and preferably stirring; the rotating speed of the stirring is preferably 500-800 r/min; the stirring time is preferably 20 to 30min.
And finally, preferably cooling to room temperature to obtain the after-sun soothing repair cream.
To further illustrate the present invention, a post-basking soothing and repairing composition and its use, provided by the present invention, are described in detail below with reference to the examples.
The reagents used in the following examples are all commercially available.
The DNA-sodium is from Shanghai Huiwen company, and the commodity model is DNA-sodium;
the plankton extract is from SYMRISE, and is SYMCONTROL CARE;
the sodium polyacrylate is from Nikkaido, and the commercial model is COVACRYL AC;
polysorbate-20 is from Bisheng, and is available under the trade name SP TWEEN 20MBAL-LQ- (SG);
cetearyl alcohol/cetearyl glucoside is from Boehringer, model MONTANOV68MB;
JOJOBA seed OIL is from sanderi and has a commercial model of JOJOBA OIL PRESSED.
Example 1
This example provides a composition with after-sun soothing and repairing effects, wherein the composition comprises, by weight, 0.5 parts of sodium DNA, 0.4 parts of plankton extract, 0.1 parts of resveratrol, and 20 parts of ectoin.
Example 2
This example provides a composition with after-sun soothing and repairing effects, wherein the composition includes, by weight, 3 parts of DNA sodium, 1 part of plankton extract, 0.5 part of resveratrol, and 16.5 parts of ectoin.
Example 3
This example provides a composition with after-sun soothing and repairing effects, wherein the composition includes, by weight, 1.5 parts of DNA sodium, 1.5 parts of plankton extract, 0.25 part of resveratrol, and 17.75 parts of ectoin.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a composition with after-sun soothing and repairing functions, wherein the composition comprises 2 parts by weight of DNA sodium, 1.5 parts by weight of plankton extract, 0.5 part by weight of resveratrol and 10 parts by weight of ectoin.

This comparative example provides a composition which differs from the formulation of example 1 only in that it does not contain DNA sodium, and the amount of reduction is increased proportionally to the mass ratio of plankton extract, resveratrol, ectoine over these four components.

This comparative example provides a composition which differs from the formulation of example 1 only in that it does not contain a plankton extract, the amount of reduction being increased proportionally to the mass ratio of sodium DNA, resveratrol, ectoin over these four components.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example provides a composition which differs from the formulation of example 1 only in that it does not contain resveratrol, the amount of which is reduced being increased proportionally to the mass ratio of sodium DNA, plankton extract, ectoine over these four components.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example provides a composition which differs from the formulation of example 1 only in that it does not contain ectoin, and the amount of reduction is increased proportionally to the mass ratio of sodium DNA, plankton extract, resveratrol over these four components.
Comparative examples 5 to 8
Comparative examples 5 to 8 provide a single material.
Comparative example 9
This comparative example provides a composition which, in comparison with example 1, consists in replacing resveratrol by astaxanthin, the remainder being unchanged.

In order to better illustrate the advantages of the present invention, the experimental effects of the technical solution provided by the present invention are given below:
test 1: safety test
The test substance: the after-sun soothing repair cream base of application examples 1-5 and application comparative examples 1-11.
The test method comprises the following steps: a qualified spot test device is selected, a skin closed type spot test method is adopted, about 0.020mL of a test object is placed in a spot test device chamber, and a control hole is a blank control (no substance is placed). The spot test device with the test substance is applied to the back or the forearm curve of the subject with hypoallergenic tape, and is applied to the skin uniformly by pressing with the palm for 24h.

The results are shown in Table 2.

Compared with application comparative examples 9-10, the moisturizing and repairing effects of application example 1 are better, which shows that better synergistic effects can be achieved only under the interaction of the four substances.
Test example 3: test for antioxidant efficacy

DPPH free radical scavenging experiments: taking 3mL of DPPH-absolute ethyl alcohol solution with the concentration of 0.2mmol/L, putting the DPPH-absolute ethyl alcohol solution into a cuvette, adding 1mL of test sample, uniformly mixing, keeping out of the sun for 30min at room temperature, measuring the absorbance at the wavelength of 517nm, and marking the absorbance value as A1, adding 3mL of absolute ethyl alcohol solution and 1mL of test sample solution, and marking the absorbance value as A2, adding 3mL of DPPH-absolute ethyl alcohol solution and 1mL of absolute ethyl alcohol solution, and marking the absorbance value as A3. The DPPH radical clearance was calculated as follows: DPPH radical clearance (%) = [1- (A1-A2)/A3 ] × 100%, and the average of three measurements was taken. The results are shown in Table 4.

From the experimental results in table 4, it can be seen that the after-sun soothing and repairing composition added in the application example of the present invention has a strong scavenging ability for hydroxyl radicals and DPPH radicals, while the composition added in the application comparative example has a weak scavenging ability for radicals, which indicates that the after-sun soothing and repairing composition of the present invention can effectively resist the activity of radicals and has a good antioxidant effect.
Test example 4: evaluation on trial product
1. The tested samples were: the tested samples are the after-sun soothing repair cream obtained in the application examples 1-5 and the after-sun soothing repair cream obtained in the application comparative examples 1-11.

As can be seen from Table 5, the overall after-sun soothing and repairing effect of the products of application examples 1-5 of the present application is significantly improved compared with that of application comparative examples 1-11, which shows that the combination of the four substances of the present invention has a synergistic promoting effect on the after-sun repairing effect.

the mass of the humectant is 4-8% of that of the after-sun soothing and repairing cream;
the mass of the chelating agent is 0.03-0.1% of that of the after-sun soothing repair cream;
the mass of the thickening agent is 2.5-4% of that of the after-sun soothing and repairing cream;
the mass of the emulsifier is 3-5% of that of the after-sun soothing and repairing cream;
the mass of the grease is 8-10% of the mass of the after-sun soothing and repairing cream.
9. The sunless soothing cream of claim 8, wherein the moisturizer is selected from the group consisting of glycerin, butylene glycol, caprylyl glycol, betaine, hyaluronic acid, and sodium hyaluronate;
the chelating agent is selected from disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate;
the thickening agent is selected from one or more of xanthan gum, polyacrylate, carbomer, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/behenyl polyether-25 methacrylate cross-linked polymer and polyacryl dimethyl sodium taurate;
the emulsifier is selected from one or more of polysorbate-20, sodium acrylate/lecithin, cetearyl alcohol/cetearyl glucoside, cetearyl alcohol and glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate;
the grease is selected from one or more of dioctyl carbonate, isononyl isononanoate, hemp seed oil, mango seed fat, jojoba seed oil, shea butter, butylated hydroxytoluene, hydrogenated polyisobutene, cetyl ethylhexanoate and polydimethylsiloxane.
10. A preparation method of the after-sun soothing repair cream is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1) mixing water, a humectant, a chelating agent and a thickening agent to obtain a phase A;
mixing an emulsifier with grease to obtain a phase B;
