2. Performance testing
The above samples 1 to 10 were subjected to performance test.
1. Stability test:
Carrying out heat resistance, cold resistance and cold and heat cycle stability test on the test samples 1-10; the heat resistance stability test is to stand for 30 days at 45+/-2 ℃ and observe the change of appearance, color and smell of a sample; the cold resistance stability test is that the sample is stood for 30 days at the temperature of minus 18 plus or minus 2 ℃ and the change of appearance, color and smell of the sample is observed; the cold and hot cycle stability test is to store at 45 deg.C, normal temperature and-18 deg.C for 24 hr, and circulate for 3 times, and observe the change of appearance, color and smell.
The test results showed that the test samples 1 to 8 were excellent in heat stability, cold stability and stability in cold and heat cycles, and were free from abnormalities in appearance, color and smell. The cold-resistant stability and the cold-heat cycle stability of the test samples 9-10 are relatively poor, and the tested samples have trace turbidity and have no obvious abnormality in color and smell.
2. Anti-aging Effect test
The anti-aging effect is characterized by adopting the volume change rate of facial fish tail wrinkles and the elastic effect test of facial skin.
The test object: selecting a plurality of subjects with ages of 30-55 years, no skin diseases, dry skin and no obvious difference of skin water content. The randomization was divided into 10 groups of 10 persons each, 5 for men and women.
Use of test samples: each group of subjects used 1.5g of the sample per face and smeared evenly, before using the test samples described above, and were cleaned with clear water and then wiped dry. It is used once daily at night for 50 days.
Facial fish tail wrinkle volume change rate test: each group of subjects was cleaned and wiped dry with clear water prior to testing, and then facial skin images of the subjects were collected and data analysis of facial skin fish tail wrinkle volumes was performed. Facial skin images of each group of subjects were collected and analyzed for facial skin fish tail wrinkle volume data using 20 days, 50 days, prior to use of the test sample. The rate of change of facial fish tail wrinkle volume was then calculated for the subjects, and then the average was taken as the average rate of change of facial fish tail wrinkle volume for each group. For example, a subject has a facial fishtail wrinkle volume change rate of 20 days=100% (facial fishtail wrinkle volume of 20 days-facial fishtail wrinkle volume before use)/facial fishtail wrinkle volume before use, and a subject has a facial fishtail wrinkle volume change rate of 50 days=100% (facial fishtail wrinkle volume of 50 days-facial fishtail wrinkle volume before use)/facial fishtail wrinkle volume before use.
Skin elasticity change rate test: each group of subjects washed the face with clear water before testing, and then tested the skin elasticity R2 index at the cheeks of the subjects using a skin analysis tester (MPA 580 of CK, germany), wherein a larger measurement of R2 represents a better skin elasticity. The skin elasticity R2 was measured for 20 days before, 50 days after, and after each group was tested using the test sample. Calculating the skin elasticity change rate of the subjects for 20 days and the skin elasticity change rate of 50 days, and taking an average value as the average skin elasticity change rate of each group; for example, the change rate of skin elasticity for 20 days=100% (skin elasticity R2 for 20 days-skin elasticity R2 before use)/skin elasticity R2 before use, and the change rate of skin elasticity for 50 days=100% (skin elasticity R2 for 50 days-skin elasticity R2 before use)/skin elasticity R2 before use of the subject.
The results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the test results in table 1, the composition of the present invention has excellent anti-aging effect, the composition can reduce the ratio of the facial fish tail volume to 7.62% in 20 days, and the composition can reduce the ratio of the facial fish tail volume to 18.35% in 20 days; the proportion of the skin elasticity can be increased by 3.81% after 20 days of use, and the proportion of the skin elasticity can be increased by 13.59% after 50 days of use.
As can be seen from comparison of the test samples 1, 3 and 4, the both of the boscalid and the ethandine can obviously enhance the skin anti-aging effect, and have synergistic effect of promoting the skin to remove wrinkles and increase skin elasticity.
Test samples 1 and 5-8 show that the combination of the polyglycerol-3-dicoleate and the PPG-2-isodecyl polyether-12 in the composition can obviously enhance the anti-aging effect of the composition, and the combination of the polyglycerol-3-dicoleate and the PPG-2-isodecyl polyether-12 can ensure that active ingredients such as anti-aging and moisturizing of the composition are efficiently absorbed by skin and delivered to the deep layer of the skin, so that better effects are exerted, and the anti-aging effect of the composition is enhanced. And when the mass ratio of the two is (0.8-1.3): 1, the composition has better effect of removing wrinkles and increasing skin elasticity.
As can be seen from the comparison of test samples 1, 9, 10, the combination of the polyglycerol-3-dicoleate and PPG-2-isodecyl polyether-12 of the invention provides a better anti-aging effect than other components, such as TWEEN-60, APG-0810.
3. Moisture effect test
The moisturizing effect is characterized by the moisture content increase rate of the facial skin.
The test object: selecting a plurality of subjects aged 30-55 years old, randomly dividing the subjects into 2 groups of 10 subjects (5 men and 5 women); each group of subjects had no dermatological disease, dry skin and no significant differences in skin moisture content.
Use of test samples: the subjects used 1.5g of the test sample on the face and smeared evenly, before using the test sample, the face was cleaned with clear water and then wiped dry.
The testing steps are as follows: each group of subjects was measured for facial skin moisture content using a skin moisture tester prior to use of the test sample. Then, the moisture content of the facial skin of the test samples for 3 hours and 8 hours is measured; then calculating the water content change rate of the facial skin after 3h and 8h use; the calculation formula is as follows: 3h facial skin moisture content change rate = 100% > (3 h facial skin moisture content-use front facial skin moisture content)/use front facial skin moisture content, 8h facial skin moisture content change rate = 100% > (8 h facial skin moisture content-use front facial skin moisture content)/use front facial skin moisture content, then the average facial skin moisture content change rate for each group of subjects was calculated. The results are shown in Table 2.

As shown in the test results of Table 2, the composition of the present invention has excellent moisturizing effect, and the moisture content of the skin can be increased to 41.38% in 3 hours and 30.12% in 8 hours.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-aging composition comprising boscalid, ecadotene, ergothioneine, comprising: 0.2-2.5 parts of boscalid, 0.3-2.2 parts of ecadotene, 0.3-2.6 parts of ergothioneine, 0.2-1.5 parts of tea extract, 0.2-1.7 parts of rhodiola rosea extract, 3-10 parts of trimyristate glycerol, 2-7 parts of isopropyl palmitate, 2-6.5 parts of glycerin, 2-7 parts of beta-glucan, 2-6 parts of propylene glycol, 1.2-3.5 parts of polyglycerol-3-cocoate, 1.1-3.2 parts of PPG-2-isodecyl polyether-12, 0.08-0.5 part of phenoxyethanol and 50-80 parts of water; the parts are calculated by mass parts.
2. An anti-aging composition comprising boscalid, ecalciferon, ergothioneine according to claim 1, comprising: 0.5-2 parts of boscalid, 0.4-2 parts of ecalciferol, 0.5-2.3 parts of ergothioneine, 0.3-1.2 parts of tea extract, 0.4-1.5 parts of rhodiola rosea extract, 4-9 parts of trimyristate, 3-7 parts of isopropyl palmitate, 3-6 parts of glycerol, 2.5-6 parts of beta-glucan, 2.5-5.5 parts of propylene glycol, 1.5-3.2 parts of polyglycerol-3-dicarbamate, 1.2-3 parts of PPG-2-isodecyl polyether-12, 0.1-0.5 part of phenoxyethanol and 55-75 parts of water.
3. The anti-aging composition comprising boscalid, ecadotril, ergothioneine according to claim 1, wherein the boscalid is used in an amount of 0.6-1.8 parts.
4. The anti-aging composition comprising boscalid, ethandin, ergothioneine according to claim 1, wherein the amount of ethandin is 0.5-1.6 parts.
5. An anti-aging composition comprising boscalid, ecalcine, ergothioneine according to claim 1, wherein the ergothioneine is used in an amount of 0.6-2.2 parts.
6. The anti-aging composition comprising boscalid, ethandine, ergothioneine according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of boscalid to ethandine is (1.1-1.5): 1.
7. The anti-aging composition containing boscalid, ethandine, ergothioneine according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of polyglycerol-3-dicoleate to PPG-2-isodecyl polyether-12 is (0.8-1.3): 1.
8. A process for the preparation of an anti-aging composition comprising boscalid, ecalciferon, ergothioneine according to any of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
(1) Weighing the raw materials;
(2) Adding water into a reaction kettle, heating, adding glycerol trimyristate, isopropyl palmitate, glycerol, beta-glucan, propylene glycol, polyglycerol-3-dicarbamate and PPG-2-isodecyl polyether-12, and stirring to obtain a mixture;
(3) Cooling the mixture obtained in the step (2), adding the boscalid, the ethandine, the ergothioneine, the tea extract, the rhodiola rosea extract and the phenoxyethanol, and continuously stirring to obtain the composition.
9. The method of preparing as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the temperature of the step (2) is 35-85 ℃.
10. The method of preparing as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the temperature of the cooling in the step (3) is 10-34 ℃.
