The subject was allowed to sit still for 30min in a laboratory with 50.+ -. 10% relative humidity at room temperature before testing, without drinking water, with forearm exposure. As can be seen from Table 1, after 12 hours, the skin still has a high moisture content using the moisturizing repair composition of the present invention, indicating that the moisturizing repair composition of the present invention has an excellent long-lasting moisturizing effect.
Comparative example 1 did not modify sodium hyaluronate as compared to example 1, and was inferior in hydrophilicity and stability to the modified sodium hyaluronate of example 1, and failed to form a stable moisturizing layer on the skin surface, and failed to exert a long-lasting moisturizing effect.
Comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 lack eucalyptus extract in the composition compared to example 1, and the moisturizing composition is not able to penetrate effectively into the skin compared to example 1, resulting in poor moisturizing effect.
Comparative example 4 and comparative example 5 lack cardamom extract in the composition compared to example 1, and also, the moisturizing composition is not effectively penetrated into the skin compared to example 1, resulting in poor moisturizing effect.
Experimental example 2: skin repair effect test
The experimental method comprises the following steps: in addition, 160 subjects with hormonal dermatitis (mainly shown as reddish facial eggs and itching) of 20-50 years old are selected for application test, and the moisturizing repair composition prepared in the examples and the comparative examples is continuously used for 4 months to evaluate the skin repair efficacy. 160 persons are randomly divided into 8 groups, 20 persons in each group, and the number of persons in the same age group in each group is the same; 8 subgroups numbered 1 to 8 and numbered 1 to 3 respectively use the moisturizing repair compositions containing collagen in examples 1 to 3; the moisturizing repair compositions containing collagen in comparative examples 1 to 5 were used for the panels of numbers 4 to 8, respectively. The statistical results are shown in table 2 below.
The decision criteria are as follows:
the effect is shown: after the skin is checked, the symptoms of redness and itching completely disappear, the skin becomes smooth, and no inflammation exists;
the method is effective: the symptoms are obviously relieved after the use;
invalidation: the symptoms are not relieved or aggravated after use.

As can be seen from table 2, the symptoms of hormonal dermatitis in all subjects were significantly reduced using the moisturizing repair composition of the present invention, indicating that the moisturizing repair composition of the present invention has excellent skin repair efficacy.
Comparative example 1, compared with example 1, did not modify sodium hyaluronate, not only resulted in poor moisturizing properties, but also lacked the active ingredient from peppermint, and could not effectively inhibit the production of oil and fat, thus resulting in poor skin repair effect.
Comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 are inferior to example 1 in that the eucalyptus extract is absent from the components, not only does the penetration of the active ingredient into the skin be difficult, but also the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory components derived from the eucalyptus extract are absent, thereby resulting in poor skin restoration effect.
Comparative example 4 and comparative example 5 were inferior to example 1 in that the extract of cardamom was absent from the components, and as such, not only resulted in difficulty in penetration of the active ingredient into the skin, but also in that the component from cardamom which promoted cell activity and was resistant to free radical damage was absent, resulting in poor skin repair.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described in detail in connection with the examples, it should not be construed as limiting the scope of protection of the patent. Various modifications and variations which may be made by those skilled in the art without the creative effort are within the scope of the patent described in the claims.

Claims (6)

1. The moisturizing repair composition containing the collagen is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
10-30 parts of collagen, 5-15 parts of modified sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-1 part of eucalyptus extract, 1-3 parts of cardamom extract, 50-60 parts of glycerol and 100-120 parts of water;
the modified sodium hyaluronate is prepared through the following steps:
s1: extracting herba Menthae to obtain herba Menthae extract; the mint extract is prepared through the following steps:
SS1: mixing fresh mature mint leaves with grinding fluid according to a mass ratio of 1:1-3, and grinding into slurry, wherein the grinding fluid is obtained by mixing talcum powder and 5-10wt% sodium chloride solution according to a feed liquid ratio of 1 g:30-40 mL;
SS2: mixing the slurry obtained in the step S1 with an enzymolysis liquid according to a volume ratio of 1:2-5, and carrying out enzymolysis for 4-8 hours at 25-40 ℃, wherein the enzymolysis liquid is a cellulose aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 1-3%;
SS3: filtering the reaction liquid after enzymolysis, collecting filtrate, and leaching filter residues by using ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 75-80%; mixing the filtrate and the leaching solution, concentrating until the volume is unchanged;
s2: mixing sodium hyaluronate with alkali liquor according to a mass ratio of 1:3-5 to obtain sodium hyaluronate solution, adding mint extract and acetic anhydride into the sodium hyaluronate solution, uniformly stirring, reacting at 25-40 ℃ for 8-16 h, and regulating a reaction system to be neutral to obtain the sodium hyaluronate; the molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 10-15 ten thousand daltons, and the alkali liquor is sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 1-3wt%; the proportion relation among the mint extract, acetic anhydride and sodium hyaluronate solution is 1-3 g, 0.5-1 g and 5-10 mL.
2. The moisturizing repair composition containing collagen according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by mass:
20 parts of collagen, 10 parts of modified sodium hyaluronate, 1 part of eucalyptus extract, 2 parts of cardamom extract, 55 parts of glycerin and 110 parts of water.
3. The collagen-containing moisturizing repair composition of claim 1, wherein the eucalyptus extract is prepared by:
s1: drying fresh eucalyptus leaves until the water content is lower than 5%, and then crushing the eucalyptus leaves and sieving the crushed eucalyptus leaves with a 50-mesh sieve to obtain eucalyptus powder;
s2: carrying out Soxhlet extraction on eucalyptus powder by taking diethyl ether as an extracting agent;
s3: concentrating the extractive solution.
4. The collagen-containing moisturizing repair composition according to claim 1, wherein the cardamom extract is prepared by:
s1: drying fructus Amomi rotundus, pulverizing, and sieving with 50 mesh sieve to obtain fructus Amomi rotundus powder;
s2: soxhlet extraction is carried out on the cardamon powder by taking petroleum ether as an extracting agent;
s3: concentrating the extractive solution.
5. The collagen-containing moisturizing repair composition according to claim 1, wherein: the collagen is recombinant collagen.
6. The method for preparing the moisturizing repair composition containing collagen according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) Dissolving modified sodium hyaluronate in water at 45-55 ℃, and then adding collagen, eucalyptus extract and cardamom extract under the stirring condition;
(2) Cooling the composition obtained in the step (1) to room temperature, then adding glycerol, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition.
