The method for increasing antagonistic bacteria is to increase and apply 3-6 g/strain of bacillus subtilis in banana garden per mu, and spray 5-6 times per year, thus enriching soil beneficial microbial community.
Disease and pest prevention and control: the nematode is one of important ways for accelerating plant diseases, and is required to be prevented and controlled by plant diseases and insect pests such as the nematode, bacterial soft rot and the like in advance, 5-7g of fosthiazate is used for each plant, the nematode is prevented and controlled by drip irrigation, 600 times of the kasugamycin is used for root irrigation, the bacterial soft rot is prevented and controlled, and robust banana plants are cultivated.
(4) Daily management: daily management includes cultivation management, strong seedling root protection management, tool management and germ isolation management.
Cultivation management: soil is prohibited in the heavy-disease-sink planting area, the fertilizing mode of the bananas is changed, and a no-tillage mode is used. The organic fertilizer is applied by drip irrigation or spray irrigation of a commercially available liquid organic fertilizer or a self-made fermented liquid organic fertilizer, and is applied by drip irrigation or direct broadcasting after dissolving Shi Gutai fertilizer.
And (3) strong seedling root protection management: (1) And (3) implementing a soil testing formula and making a fertilization scheme according to a fertilizer requirement rule for banana growth, so as to ensure stable supply of banana growth nutrient elements. (2) According to the moisture demand of the bananas, the moisture supply of the bananas is ensured, the root system damage caused by drought is avoided, and the disease resistance of plants is reduced. (3) Reduces the frequency of moving soil, reduces root damage, promotes the growth of root system and cultures robust banana plants. (4) The root system is protected, the root system of the bulb part is covered during hilling, the growth and nutrition absorption of the root system are promoted, and the root system is prevented from being exposed.
And (5) water supply management: the bacteria-carrying water source is one of the important ways for spreading the wilt, the water source used in the banana garden needs to be ensured to be clean, underground water and a qualified upstream water source without germ pollution are used for irrigation, and a dropper system is used for irrigation.
Tool management: when managing the disease plants and surrounding plants, each manager needs to use special tools, the tools cannot be reused to other places after being used, and the tools are special for the disease areas. The tool used in the banana garden is sterilized by potassium permanganate solution with the mass concentration of 0.5 percent and then used.
Conventional management: other agronomic operations operate according to the quality banana management regulations.

And (3) after the late management, sporadic disease plants appear, glyphosate is used for injection and killing, and leaves and pseudostems of the disease plants are cut into sections and then stacked above the banana heads after the sections are dried. Then, urea and quicklime are spread on the banana head and the cut stems and leaves, the dosage of the urea is 12-13 kg/plant, and the dosage of the quicklime is 7-8 kg/plant. Covering and compacting the edges of the film by using a reflective film, and broadcasting 12-13 kg/strain of alkaline organic fertilizer and 20-22 g/strain of bacillus subtilis in open areas around the film. Low weeds are cultivated or low crops are planted in open places.
(2) Seedling protection amount: the effective banana seedling quantity in the serious disease area is a key link for ensuring the economic benefit of the banana garden, so that the effective banana number is ensured in the other core of the serious disease area. And (4) adopting a mode of remaining double plants at the peripheral plants of the killing plant. After the disease-causing plant is treated by waste and the like for 2 years, pit digging and reseeding disease-resistant seedlings such as Bao island banana and Gui banana No. 9. Disease-resistant seedlings such as Japanese banana and Gui banana No. 9 can be newly planted in the disease-resistant areas of the continuous patches.
(3) Disease and pest prevention and control: including increased control of antagonistic bacteria and disease and insects.
The method for increasing antagonistic bacteria is to increase and apply 3-10 g/strain of bacillus subtilis in a banana garden per mu, and spray 4-5 times per year, so as to enrich the soil beneficial microbial community.
Disease and pest prevention and control: the nematode is one of important ways for accelerating plant diseases, and is required to be prevented and controlled by plant diseases and insect pests such as the nematode, bacterial soft rot and the like in advance, 7-8g of fosthiazate is used for each plant, the plant is used for preventing and controlling the nematode by drip irrigation, 400 times of the kasugamycin aqueous solution is used for root irrigation for preventing and controlling the bacterial soft rot, and robust banana plants are cultivated.
(4) Daily management is carried out by adopting the conventional management regulations of banana plantations.
