技术领域
本发明属于功能面料的技术领域,提供了一种具有良好透气性的防晒面料及制备方法。
背景技术
随着户外运动的兴起,户外运动服装的需求量越来越大,并且,对服装的功能性要求越来越高。防晒衣是一种常见的户外运动服装,不仅要求具有防紫外线功能,还要求具有轻薄、快干、透气、防水等功能。
常见的防晒衣面料纤维主要有涤纶、腈纶、锦纶、棉、麻等,其中,涤纶结构中的苯环具有300nm以内紫外线吸收能力,腈纶的-CN能将紫外线能量吸收、转化并散失,二者本身具有一定减少紫外线透过量的作用,但作用效果并不明显,仍需要添加紫外线屏蔽剂或紫外线吸收剂;而锦纶由于具有良好的耐磨性和吸湿性,更能满足实际使用需求,因而也是防晒衣面料的常用纤维原料。
将防紫外线添加剂(屏蔽剂或吸收剂)与纤维面料结合,即可制得防晒面料。常用的加工方法有两种,一是先采用共混或复合纺丝的方法制备具有抗紫外线功能的纤维,再将功能纤维制成面料;二是先将纤维制成面料,再采用防紫外整理剂进行后处理,以使面料获得抗紫外线功能。前者可获得效果持久的抗紫外功能,但生产成本高、周期长,后者虽然效果不及前者,但加工处理过程简单,耗时短,不影响纤维本身的力学性能,并且对整理剂的要求较低。因此,后整理法在实际中应用广泛。
但是,采用后整理法容易堵塞面料原有的孔隙,使面料的透气性降低,影响防晒衣的穿着舒适性。
发明内容
本发明提出一种具有良好透气性的防晒面料及制备方法,以制得兼具良好防晒性能和透气性能的面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了以下技术方案:
一种具有良好透气性的防晒面料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将高分子紫外线吸收剂加入良溶剂中,加热并搅拌至完全溶解,得到整理液;
(2)将轻薄面料浸没于整理液中,超声振荡5-10min;
(3)向整理液中滴加不良溶剂,在30-60min内滴完,然后静置5-10min;
(4)先将温度缓慢降至室温,然后取出面料,用水洗净,自然风干,即可。
常规后整理工艺是将面料浸没于含有整理剂的整理液中,并使整理剂在面料表面形成涂层或保护膜,从而使面料具有相应的功能。然而,涂层或保护膜的形成会堵塞面料原有的孔隙,使面料的透气性降低,影响防晒衣的穿着舒适性。本发明采用高分子紫外线吸收剂,先将其溶于良溶剂中,大分子链在良溶剂中充分舒展,然后滴加不良溶剂,大分子链遇到不良溶剂开始卷曲,并粘附在纤维外壁上,随着不良溶剂的不断加入,体系的相分离程度增加,大分子链在纤维外壁上的卷曲程度越来越紧。采用该方法时,整理剂(即高分子紫外线吸收剂)不是在整个面料层上沉积成膜或涂层,而是在纤维外壁上进行粘附并卷曲,不易堵塞面料原有的孔隙,从而降低对面料透气性的影响。为实现上述效果,应选择分子量合适的整理剂。整理剂的分子量太低,形成的卷曲粘附不牢固,耐久性差;整理剂的分子量太高,形成的卷曲线团太大,对孔隙透气有一定影响。优选的,所述高分子紫外线吸收剂的数均分子量为5000-10000。
本发明还提供了一个优选的原料组合,即:以2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物为高分子紫外线吸收剂,以四氢呋喃为良溶剂,以水为不良溶剂。轻薄面料优选为锦纶,纱线为15D或20D。
所述2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物可采用以下现有技术制备,得到的共聚物的数均分子量为7500左右,制备过程具体为:S1.将2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮溶于四氢呋喃中,加入三乙胺,冰水浴下滴加丙烯酰氯与四氢呋喃混合溶液,反应7h,过滤,用去离子水洗涤滤液,再以无水硫酸钠除去残余水,蒸发除去溶剂,将产物用乙醇重结晶,得到2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮;S2.将2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的四氢呋喃溶液加入反应容器中,加热至70℃,滴加偶氮二异丁腈的四氢呋喃溶液,氮气保护下反应24h,反应结束后在水中沉淀,将产物真空干燥,得到2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物。
S1中,2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、三乙胺、丙烯酰氯的摩尔比为5:8:8。
S2中,2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮、丙烯酸、偶氮二异丁腈的摩尔比为4:4:0.03。
优选的,高分子紫外线吸收剂、良溶剂、不良溶剂的质量比为5-7:100:120-150。
优选的,步骤(1)中,加热温度为80-90℃。
优选的,步骤(2)中,超声振荡的超声频率为25-30kHz。
优选的,步骤(4)中,降温速度为1-3℃/min。
一种具有良好透气性的防晒面料,采用上述制备方法制备得到。在该面料中,高分子紫外线吸收剂卷曲粘附在面料的纤维外壁上,既可实现良好的紫外线吸收效果,又不易堵塞面料原有的孔隙,从而兼具良好的防晒性能和透气性能。
本发明技术方案的有益效果:本发明的方法克服了常规后整理工艺会堵塞面料原有的孔隙,降低面料透气性的缺陷,制得了兼具良好防晒性能和透气性能的面料,并且,本发明的制备工艺过程简单,成本低,具有工业化推广应用的潜力。
具体实施方式
采用市售轻薄锦纶6面料,纱线15D,经测试,其UPF值为8.65,透气率为258.4 mm/s。采用前述方法制得的2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物。四氢呋喃为普通市售产品。下列实施例仅为本发明的优选,不能作为对本发明保护范围的限制,不脱离本发明技术思路的简单替换或组合均属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
(1)将2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物加入四氢呋喃中,加热至85℃并搅拌至完全溶解,得到整理液;
(2)将轻薄面料浸没于整理液中,以25kHz超声振荡5min;
(3)向整理液中滴加水,在40min内滴完,然后静置7min;
(4)先以2℃/min降至室温,然后取出面料,用水洗净,自然风干,即可。
2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物、四氢呋喃、水的质量比为5:100:120。
实施例2
(1)将2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物加入四氢呋喃中,加热至90℃并搅拌至完全溶解,得到整理液;
(2)将轻薄面料浸没于整理液中,以25kHz超声振荡5min;
(3)向整理液中滴加水,在45min内滴完,然后静置8min;
(4)先以2℃/min降至室温,然后取出面料,用水洗净,自然风干,即可。
2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物、四氢呋喃、水的质量比为6:100:135。
实施例3
(1)将2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物加入四氢呋喃中,加热至80℃并搅拌至完全溶解,得到整理液;
(2)将轻薄面料浸没于整理液中,以25kHz超声振荡5min;
(3)向整理液中滴加水,在50min内滴完,然后静置6min;
(4)先以2℃/min降至室温,然后取出面料,用水洗净,自然风干,即可。
2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物、四氢呋喃、水的质量比为7:100:150。
根据GB/T 18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》,采用YG(B)912E型防紫外线性能测试仪,得到紫外线防护系数UPF,未后整理、实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的面料的UPF值分别为8.65、51.2、53.1、54.7。根据GB/T 5453-1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》,采用YG461型数字式透气量仪,以单位时间透气量/测量面积计算透气率,未后整理、实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的面料的透气率(mm/s)分别为258.4、257.6、257.3、256.9。可见:经过整理的面料抗紫外线性能大幅提升,同时透气率降低程度小,可使面料兼具良好的防晒性能和透气性能。

1.具有良好透气性的防晒面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将高分子紫外线吸收剂加入良溶剂中,加热并搅拌至完全溶解,得到整理液;
(2)将轻薄面料浸没于整理液中,超声振荡5-10min;
(3)向整理液中滴加不良溶剂,在30-60min内滴完,然后静置5-10min;
(4)先将温度缓慢降至室温,然后取出面料,用水洗净,自然风干,即可;
所述高分子紫外线吸收剂的数均分子量为5000-10000;
所述高分子紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物;

2.根据权利要求1所述具有良好透气性的防晒面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物的制备方法为:S1.将2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮溶于四氢呋喃中,加入三乙胺,冰水浴下滴加丙烯酰氯与四氢呋喃混合溶液,反应7h,过滤,用去离子水洗涤滤液,再以无水硫酸钠除去残余水,蒸发除去溶剂,将产物用乙醇重结晶,得到2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮;其中,2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、三乙胺、丙烯酰氯的摩尔比为5:8:8;S2.将2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的四氢呋喃溶液加入反应容器中,加热至70℃,滴加偶氮二异丁腈的四氢呋喃溶液,氮气保护下反应24h,反应结束后在水中沉淀,将产物真空干燥,得到2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮与丙烯酸的共聚物;其中,2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基-二苯甲酮、丙烯酸、偶氮二异丁腈的摩尔比为4:4:0.03。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有良好透气性的防晒面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述轻薄面料为锦纶,纱线为15D或20D。
4.根据权利要求1所述具有良好透气性的防晒面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,加热温度为80-90℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述具有良好透气性的防晒面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,超声振荡的超声频率为25-30kHz。
6.根据权利要求1所述具有良好透气性的防晒面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,降温速度为1-3℃/min。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述制备方法制备得到的防晒面料。
