A water planting method of Debao threo seedlings is characterized in that: the method comprises the steps of root system treatment, plant fixation, water culture domestication and maintenance management, wherein the der-guarantor cycas seedlings are trimmed and the bactericide root system is soaked, then the der-guarantor cycas seedlings are fixed in a fixed planting basket by pebbles, and are placed in a container, clear water or culture solution is added, the growth condition of the plants is observed at proper time, and the liquid in the container is replaced every week; mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) Root system treatment: lifting the Debao storax seedling from the culture medium, cleaning the root residual medium or soil with flowing clean water, shearing off rotten roots, weak roots and broken roots, flattening the cut, and soaking the root system with bactericide to obtain sterilized plants for later use;
(2) Fixing plants: the cobble is used for fixing plants, a layer of cobble is firstly padded at the bottom of the field planting basket before fixing, so that the original root system is prevented from directly penetrating out of the bottom of the field planting basket, the plants subjected to pruning and sterilization in the step (1) are placed into the field planting basket, and the cobble is continuously added to fix the plants in the field planting basket; the ventilation gaps of the planting basket are larger than 8mm, and the diameter of the pebbles is larger than that of the ventilation gaps of the planting basket;
(3) And (3) water culture domestication: sleeving the planting basket with the plants fixedly arranged in the step (2) into a container, adding clear water or culture solution into the planting basket, allowing the solution to flow through pebbles, dripping the solution into the container, and stopping adding the solution until the solution in the container is level with the bottom of the planting basket; after the planting basket is sleeved into the container, a gap of more than 5cm exists between the bottom of the planting basket and the bottom of the container;
(4) And (3) maintenance management: observing the growth condition of plants in time, and changing the liquid in the container every week;
the environment for maintenance management is 15-35 ℃ and 50-90% of humidity, so that direct insolation by sunlight in noon is avoided;
if no root or root system in the field planting basket is soft and rotten for a long time in the maintenance and management process, the condition of the root system in the field planting basket is checked by turning over the tray, the diseased root and the rotten root are found to be cut to a healthy position in time, then the plants, the field planting basket and pebbles are washed by flowing clean water, and then the steps (2), (3) and (4) are continuously repeated.
