Abstract

本申请公开一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物及其染色方法,将0.5‑1.5%硅烷偶联剂KH‑560、12‑20%聚磷酸铵、1‑4%荧光涂料色浆以及10‑50%含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂加入到30‑50%的水中,采用磁力搅拌分散10‑20 min,制得涂料印花浆。将芳纶织物在涂料印花浆中浸渍5‑10 min后,进行二浸二轧,然后进行预烘和焙烘,得到阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物。本发明在赋予对位芳纶织物丰富色彩的同时,保证芳纶的阻燃效果,而且染色织物色牢度较高。

Description

一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物及其染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品染色技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物及其染色方法。
背景技术
对位芳纶学名为聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维,简称PPTA,也称作芳纶1414。对位芳纶具有强度好、模量高、耐高温、阻燃、耐化学品、密度低、绝缘性良好等优异性能,在安全防护、军事、航天、通讯、体育等多个领域有广泛应用。对位芳纶纤维本身呈金黄色,其分子结构紧密,结晶度高,分子间作用力强,纤维溶胀困难,玻璃化转变温度高,且分子结构中不含亲水基团,所以对位芳纶纤维染色非常困难,限制了其在纺织和复合材料领域的应用。目前对位芳纶主要通过特殊的染色方法进行染色,如载体染色法、等离子体处理、超声波技术和接枝改性等技术。通过上述方法进行染色的对位芳纶存在力学性能差,色牢度低等缺点。
涂料染色相较于传统染料染色具有操作简单、适用纤维范围广等特点。由于涂料自身不溶于水且与纤维之间无亲和力,因此在生产过程中需要借助粘合剂的交联成膜作用将其固着在织物表面。聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂相较于其他种类粘合剂具有绿色、无甲醛释放的优点,因此被广泛用于涂料染色当中,但普通聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂易燃,会降低染色织物的热稳定性。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:
本申请针对现有技术的不足,解决了目前芳纶分子结构紧密、高结晶度、高玻璃化转变温度,纤维亲水性差,纤维难以在水中发生溶胀,造成染色困难等技术问题,提供了一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物及其染色方法,将含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂与聚磷酸铵、硅烷偶联剂KH-560以及涂料进行复配用于对位芳纶织物涂料染色,在赋予芳纶织物丰富色彩的同时,保证芳纶的阻燃效果,而且染色织物色牢度较高。
技术方案:
为实现上述目的,本申请通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:按质量份数配比将0.5-1.5份硅烷偶联剂KH-560、12-20份聚磷酸铵、1-4份荧光涂料色浆以及10-50份含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂加入到30-50份的水中,以500rpm搅拌速度磁力搅拌分散10-20min,制得涂料印花浆;
第二步:将芳纶织物在涂料印花浆中浸渍5-10min后,用均匀轧车进行二浸二轧,轧车压力为2kg/cm2,然后在100℃,预烘时间3min,在130-140℃,焙烘3min,得到阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物。
进一步地,所述第一步中,聚磷酸铵聚合度为30-100。
进一步地,所述第一步中含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂由按质量份数配比乳化剂0.6份、软单体24份、硬单体6份、含磷单体6.6份、交联单体1.2份、pH调节剂1.5份、引发剂0.3份,采用种子乳液聚合法在85℃聚合反应1.5-2h所制得的。
进一步地,所述乳化剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚组成,十二烷基硫酸钠和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚的质量比为1:2,乳化剂用量相对于含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂总质量为0.6%。
进一步地,所述软单体采用丙烯酸丁酯,硬单体采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯;丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量相对于含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂总质量分别为24%和6%。
进一步地,所述含磷单体为丙烯酸磷酸酯FM-20,pH调节剂为三乙醇胺,交联单体为双丙酮丙烯酰胺,引发剂为过硫酸铵。
本申请还公开了通过上述染色方法制得的阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物。
上述一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物及其染色方法的原理在于:利用具有阻燃性能的含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂的成膜性能,将涂料及具有阻燃性能的聚磷酸铵一起固着在芳纶织物上,在赋予芳纶织物丰富色彩的同时,保证芳纶的阻燃效果。

本申请提供了一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物及其染色方法,与现有技术相比,具备以下有益效果:
1.本申请提供一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物及其染色方法,将含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂与聚磷酸铵、硅烷偶联剂KH-560以及涂料进行复配,采用轧烘焙工艺对对位芳纶织物进行涂料染色,解决了现有技术中的芳纶染色需要特殊预处理、染色织物力学性能差等问题。
2.本申请在赋予芳纶织物丰富色彩的同时,保证芳纶的阻燃效果。
3.本申请染色方法方便,不需要特殊设备,染色用水量及产生废水量少。
4.本申请染色的芳纶织物与采用不含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂及仅用含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂进行涂料染色的织物相比,得色量和阻燃性能明显提高.

具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明作进一步的描述,实施例仅用于对本发明进行说明,并不构成对权利要求范围的限制,本领域技术人员可以想到的其他替代手段,均在本发明权利要求范围内。
硅烷偶联剂KH-560由南京道宁化工有限公司购得,荧光涂料色浆由潍坊瑞光化工有限公司,含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂由按质量份数配比乳化剂0.6份、软单体24份、硬单体6份、含磷单体6.6份、交联单体1.2份、pH调节剂1.5份、引发剂0.3份,采用种子乳液聚合法在85℃聚合反应1.5-2h所制得的。乳化剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚组成,十二烷基硫酸钠和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚的质量比为1:2,乳化剂用量相对于含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂总质量为0.6%;软单体采用丙烯酸丁酯,硬单体采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯;丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量相对于含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂总质量分别为24%和6%;含磷单体为丙烯酸磷酸酯FM-20,pH调节剂为三乙醇胺,交联单体为双丙酮丙烯酰胺,引发剂为过硫酸铵。
实施例1:
一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物的染色方法,步骤为:
第一步:将0.25g硅烷偶联剂KH-560、4.5g聚磷酸铵、1g荧光橙涂料色浆以及12.5g含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂加入到6.75g的蒸馏水当中,以500rpm搅拌速度磁力搅拌分散20min,制得涂料印花浆;
第二步:将5g的对位芳纶机织物在涂料印花浆中浸渍10min后,用均匀轧车进行二浸二轧,轧车压力为2kg/cm2,然后在100℃预烘3min,在140℃焙烘3min,得到阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物。
为了考察所制备的阻燃芳纶涂料染色织物的阻燃性能以及染色牢度,参照GB/T5455-2014《纺织品燃烧性能垂直方向损毁长度、阴燃和续燃时间的测定》,采用条件B进行试样准备,测定染色织物的续燃时间、阴燃时间和损毁长度;参照GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》,测定染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度,并与采用普通聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂作对比样,结果见表1。图1为不同种类粘合剂涂料染色芳纶织物垂直燃烧后表面形貌图。
实施例2:
一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物的染色方法,步骤为:
第一步:将0.25g硅烷偶联剂KH-560、4g聚磷酸铵、1g荧光橙涂料色浆以及12.5g含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂加入到7.25g的蒸馏水当中,以500rpm搅拌速度磁力搅拌分散10min,制得涂料印花浆;
第二步:将5g的对位芳纶机织物在涂料印花浆中浸渍5min后,用均匀轧车进行二浸二轧,轧车压力为2kg/cm2,然后在100℃预烘3min,在130℃焙烘3min,得到阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物。
为了考察所制备的阻燃芳纶涂料染色织物的阻燃性能以及染色牢度,参照GB/T5455-2014《纺织品燃烧性能垂直方向损毁长度、阴燃和续燃时间的测定》,采用条件B进行试样准备,测定染色织物的续燃时间、阴燃时间和损毁长度;参照GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》,测定染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度,并与采用普通聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂作对比样,结果见表1。
实施例3:
一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物的染色方法,步骤为:
第一步:将0.25g硅烷偶联剂KH-560、4g聚磷酸铵、1g荧光橙涂料色浆以及10g含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂加入到9.75g的蒸馏水当中,采用磁力搅拌分散10min,制得涂料印花浆;
第二步:将5g的对位芳纶机织物在涂料印花浆中浸渍5min后,用均匀轧车进行二浸二轧,轧车压力为2kg/cm2,然后在100℃预烘3min,在130℃焙烘3min,得到阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物。
为了考察所制备的阻燃芳纶涂料染色织物的阻燃性能以及染色牢度,参照GB/T5455-2014《纺织品燃烧性能垂直方向损毁长度、阴燃和续燃时间的测定》,采用条件B进行试样准备,测定染色织物的续燃时间、阴燃时间和损毁长度;参照GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》,测定染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度,并与采用普通聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂作对比样,结果见表1。

由表1可知,采用本发明涂料染色方法所获得的芳纶织物具有较高的K/S值、染色牢度以及阻燃性能。

1.一种阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:按质量份数配比将0.5-1.5份硅烷偶联剂KH-560、12-20份聚磷酸铵、1-4份荧光涂料色浆以及10-50份含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂加入到30-50份的水中,以500rpm搅拌速度磁力搅拌分散10-20 min,制得涂料印花浆,聚磷酸铵聚合度为30-100;
第二步:将芳纶织物在涂料印花浆中浸渍5-10 min后,用均匀轧车进行二浸二轧,轧车压力为2 kg/cm2,然后在100℃,预烘时间3min,在130-140℃,焙烘3 min,得到阻燃涂料染色对位芳纶织物;
所述第一步中含磷聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂由按质量份数配比乳化剂0.6份、软单体24份、硬单体6份、含磷单体6.6份、交联单体1.2份、pH调节剂1.5份、引发剂0.3份,采用种子乳液聚合法在85℃聚合反应1.5-2h所制得的;
