本发明公开了一种涤纶织物直喷数码打印系统及工艺。本发明水洗标签直喷数码打印系统结构简单,易于控制,可操作性强,且成本低,能够高效生产获得涤纶材质的水洗标签产品。本发明的涤纶织物直喷数码打印中预处理液能够提高涤纶织物对涂料墨水的附着力,涂料墨水直喷在涤纶织物上不扩散,不匀墨,具有较高的饱和度和锐度,皂洗色牢度达到4级以上,整个生产过程无VOC产生(或是降低VOC)。

本发明涉及数码打印技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶织物直喷数码打印系统及工艺。
背景技术
水洗标签主要应用在服装行业、家纺行业和箱包行业,用于打印服装参数和注意事项,可过洗不掉色。
目前涤纶材质的水洗标签一般采用热转印技术制作而成,热转印过程如下:首先将染料墨水喷印在纸张上形成印制有图案的印花纸(也称作转印纸),然后把印花纸通过高温发色到材料上。热转印能够把整个图像完全印制上去,但具有成本较高、使用过程会出现二次转印的现象,以及操作流程复杂的缺陷。数码直喷是指用数码打印机在各种材料上直接打印出需要的图案,其操作简单,成本较低。
目前市面上未见涤纶材质的水洗标签的直喷数码打印产品。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种涤纶织物直喷数码打印系统及工艺。
本发明的第一方面提供了一种涤纶织物直喷数码打印系统,包括浸渍烘干机、数码打印机、烘干机,所述浸渍烘干机对涤纶织物进行浸渍,随后对浸渍完成的涤纶织物进行烘干,所述数码打印机对烘干后的涤纶织物进行直喷数码打印,所述烘干机对直喷数码打印完成的涤纶织物进行烘干。
进一步地,所述涤纶织物直喷数码打印系统还包括双向自动感应放卷机,所述双向自动感应放卷机与浸渍烘干机连接。
进一步地,所述水洗标签直喷数码打印系统还包括双向自动感应回卷机,所述双向自动感应回卷机与烘干机连接。
进一步地,所述烘干机为蒸汽烘干滚筒。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种采用如上所述的涤纶织物直喷数码打印系统的工艺,将涤纶织物依次送入浸渍烘干机、数码打印机、烘干机进行处理。

所述涂液A按重量百分含量计包括:阳离子聚合物35-55%、增稠剂0.5-2%、氯化钠1-3%、隔离剂1-3%,余量为去离子水;
所述涂液B按重量百分含量计包括:改性聚酰胺聚合物10-15%、3,5,7,8-四氢-2-[4-(三氟甲基)苯基]-4H-硫代吡喃并[4,3-d]嘧啶-4-酮0.5-1.2%,余量为去离子水;
所述涂液A和涂液B的质量比为1:(3-5)。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述涂液A按重量百分含量计包括:阳离子聚合物42-48%、增稠剂0.8-1.5%、氯化钠1.5-2%、隔离剂1-1.8%,余量为去离子水;

对实施例2-4工艺得到的直喷数码打印产品(涤纶材质的水洗标签)的耐皂洗色牢度进行测试。耐皂洗色牢度参照GB/T 3921-2008纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度。结果见表1。

所述增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维、合成龙胶、聚丙烯酸钠中的至少一种;
所述隔离剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚,氧乙烯基含量为50-70%;
所述改性聚酰胺聚合物为己二酸改性环氧丙基二亚乙基三胺共聚物;
所述高聚物树脂选自聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯中的一种或两种;
所述助剂包括分散剂、增稠剂;所述增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维、合成龙胶、聚丙烯酸钠中的至少一种;所述分散剂选自阴离子萘磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸纳、十二烷基硫酸纳中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶织物直喷数码打印工艺,其特征在于,
所述浸渍烘干机的浸渍时间为3-5秒,烘干温度为90-120℃,时间为10-15秒;
或,所述烘干机的温度为135-180℃,时间为10-15秒。
