Claims (6)
- 加工用データに基づいて浸透性媒体に画像をインクジェット印刷する画像印刷工程と、
前記画像印刷工程によって前記画像がインクジェット印刷された前記浸透性媒体を前記加工用データに基づいた形状に裁断して部品を生成する裁断工程と、
前記部品を組み立てて製品を生成する組立工程と
を備え、
前記画像印刷工程によって使用されるインクである画像印刷用インクは、紫外線が照射されて加熱されることによって、溶媒が気化させられて乾燥し定着するインクであることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 加工用データに基づいて浸透性媒体に画像をインクジェット印刷する画像印刷工程と、
前記画像印刷工程によって前記画像がインクジェット印刷された前記浸透性媒体を前記加工用データに基づいた形状に裁断して部品を生成する裁断工程と、
前記部品を組み立てて製品を生成する組立工程と
を備え、
前記画像印刷工程によって使用されるインクである画像印刷用インクは、ラテックスインク、UV硬化インクおよび水溶性UV硬化染料インクの何れかであることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 接着剤を含むインクである接着剤インクを前記加工用データに基づいて前記浸透性媒体にインクジェット印刷することによって前記接着剤を前記浸透性媒体に付着させる接着剤付着工程を備え、
前記裁断工程は、前記画像印刷工程によって前記画像がインクジェット印刷されるとともに前記接着剤付着工程によって前記接着剤が付着させられた前記浸透性媒体を前記加工用データに基づいた形状に裁断して前記部品を生成する工程であり、
前記組立工程は、前記部品に付着されている前記接着剤を加熱することによって前記接着剤による接着を実行する工程であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 接着剤を含むインクである接着剤インクを加工用データに基づいて浸透性媒体にインクジェット印刷することによって前記接着剤を前記浸透性媒体に付着させる接着剤付着工程と、
前記接着剤付着工程によって前記接着剤が付着させられた前記浸透性媒体を前記加工用データに基づいた形状に裁断して部品を生成する裁断工程と、
前記部品を組み立てて製品を生成する組立工程と
を備え、
前記組立工程は、前記部品に付着されている前記接着剤を加熱することによって前記接着剤による接着を実行する工程であることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記接着剤インクは、紫外線が照射されて加熱されることによって、溶媒が気化させられて乾燥し定着するインクであることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記接着剤インクは、水性インク、ラテックスインクおよびUV硬化インクの何れかであることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の製造方法。
