Abstract
本发明提供一种羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,所述表面清洁湿巾为无纺布浸渍湿巾液然后喷洒改性硅藻土分散液制成,所述湿巾液包括以下重量份的原料:表面活性剂5‑10份、络合剂1‑3份、清香剂1‑2份、季铵盐抗菌剂0.5‑2份和水200‑500份,所述改性硅藻土是硅藻土经过浓硫酸处理后,再依次经过聚多巴胺和硅烷偶联剂改性得到。本发明的清洁湿巾具有非常好的抗油污沉积能力、清洁能力,pH值维持在7‑9,对使用者和居家人员十分安全,还可以起到长效杀菌等功效,能起到很好的去除羽绒服表面各种污渍和抗菌的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及湿巾技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾。
背景技术
湿巾作为一种清洁产品已经被广泛的应用的人们的日常生活中。一般而言,其包括湿巾本体和喷敷在湿巾本体上的消毒液组成。而对于消毒液,其一般由有机溶剂、表面活性剂、以及具有杀菌防腐效果的化学试剂组成。
在相关技术中,家居清洁类产品(包括构成湿巾的消毒液)多为pH值呈酸性或碱性产品,因此,其在使用的过程中对皮肤的刺激性较强,还具有较大的腐蚀性。对于有机溶剂,大多为有机合成所得,其去污力强同时对物品刺激、腐蚀性大。且大多溶剂含有毒性。其脂溶性可经完整的皮肤迅速吸收,长期接触,难免对人体健康产生不利影响。对于表面活性剂,相关技术中常用石油基表面活性剂,该表面活性剂在合成的过程中难免产生毒副产物-二恶烷、环氧乙烷或亚硝胺等;长期使用时,难免对人体的健康产生不利的影响;另外,这种石油基表面活性剂其对塑料家居具有一定的腐蚀性,因此,使用其长期擦拭塑料家居时,会对塑料家居产生一定损伤。对于具有杀菌防腐效果的化学试剂,目前常用DMDM乙内酰脲、甲基异塞唑啉酮/甲基氯异塞唑啉酮(卡松)、布罗波尔、IPBC或尼泊金酯类等;然而,DMDM乙内酰脲是甲醛释放体、甲基异塞唑啉酮/甲基氯异塞唑啉酮(卡松)含氯,可能会刺激皮肤、布罗波尔可能会导致致癌物质亚硝胺的形成、IPBC在使用的过程中可能会导致碘摄入、尼泊金酯类含有苯环,其在体内累计后,容易增加女性患乳腺癌的危险。
羽绒服上的污渍来源绝大部分为大气中的灰尘、穿着时磨损的印迹和食物蛋白质色素类及人体分泌物的等,具体分类可能有汗渍、分泌油渍、菜汁、软果汁、及黑灰印迹等,由于污渍来源比较复杂,污渍存在的时间比较长,加上污渍通过太阳紫外线的照射加固了污渍与面料的亲合力等原因,给羽绒服的去渍和洗涤造成一定的困难,同时,这些类食品残渣的存在使得羽绒服表面易于滋生大量细菌,因此,普通羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾常常加入大量抗菌剂来抑制羽绒服表面滋生细菌,普通的湿巾常常加入石墨烯、纳米银等物质进行抗菌,这类物质的加入不仅会使得羽绒服表面颜色变化,而且抗菌湿巾在存放一段时间后,抗菌性能下降,不能起到长效抗菌的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,具有非常好的乳化能力、渗透能力、抗油污沉积能力、清洁能力,pH值维持在7-9,对使用者和居家人员十分安全,还可以起到长效的杀菌等功效,能起到很好的去除羽绒服表面各种污渍的效果。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,所述表面清洁湿巾为无纺布浸渍湿巾液然后喷洒改性硅藻土分散液制成,所述湿巾液包括以下重量份的原料:表面活性剂5-10份、络合剂1-3份、清香剂1-2份、季铵盐抗菌剂0.5-2份和水200-500份,所述改性硅藻土是硅藻土经过浓硫酸处理后,再依次经过聚多巴胺和硅烷偶联剂改性得到。
进一步地,所述表面清洁湿巾的含液量为200-320%。
进一步地,所述改性硅藻土分散液中改性硅藻土的质量浓度为6-10wt%,表面活性剂质量浓度为2-5wt%,改性硅藻土分散液在表面清洁湿巾的喷洒量为(10-20)g/m2,所述表面活性剂选自吐温。
进一步的改进,所述无纺布为全棉材质,选自水刺无纺布、热合无纺布、浆粕气流成网无纺布、熔喷无纺布中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述表面活性剂包括阴离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂,质量比为1:(3-5);所述阴离子型表面活性剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十六烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基磺酸钠、十八烷基苯磺酸钠、十八烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种;所述非离子型表面活性剂选自AEO3、AEO5、AEO7、AEO9、AEO10、TX-10、OP-10、SE-10中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述改性硅藻土的制备方法如下:
S1.硅藻土的精制:将硅藻土加入水中,加入浓硫酸搅拌反应,过滤,洗涤至中性,干燥,球磨过筛,煅烧,得到精制的硅藻土粉;
S2.聚多巴胺改性硅藻土的制备:将步骤S1制得的精制的硅藻土粉加入水中,加入多巴胺盐酸盐和Tris-HCl溶液,室温搅拌均匀,加热反应,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得到聚多巴胺改性硅藻土;
S3.改性硅藻土的制备:将步骤S2制得的聚多巴胺改性硅藻土加入乙醇水溶液中,加入硅烷偶联剂,加热反应,过滤,洗涤,干燥,制得改性硅藻土。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S1中所述硅藻土、水、浓硫酸的质量比为20:(50-100):(10-20),所述浓硫酸质量浓度≥98%;所述过筛的筛网目数为200-400目;所述煅烧温度为300-500℃,时间为1-3h。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S2中所述精制的硅藻土粉、多巴胺盐酸盐、Tris-HCl溶液和水的质量比为20:(6-10):(1-2):(30-40);所述Tris-HCl溶液的pH值为6.5-7;所述加热反应温度为40-50℃,时间为2-4h。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S3中所述乙醇水溶液中乙醇含量为50-70wt%;所述聚多巴胺改性硅藻土、乙醇水溶液和硅烷偶联剂的质量比为20:(20-30):(1-3);所述加热反应温度为70-90℃,时间为0.5-2h。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述硅烷偶联剂为带有氨基或羟基的硅烷偶联剂;在本发明一个具体实施方式中,所述硅烷偶联剂选自KH550、A-1110、A-1120、A-1130、南大-42、南大-73、三甲基羟基硅烷中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述络合剂选自柠檬酸盐、EDTA-2Na、EDTA-4Na、酒石酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠中的至少一种;所述清香剂选自薰衣草油、迷迭香油、柠檬油、香柠檬油、丁香油、薄荷油、肉桂油、百里香油中的至少一种;所述季铵盐抗菌剂选自苯扎溴铵、度米芬、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵中的至少一种。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明采用阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂进行复配混合,具有常温使用、去污力强、溶解性好、抗静电、刺激性小等,同时还能明显起到柔软的效果;
本发明制备并添加了一种改性硅藻土,硅藻土经过表面酸处理,煅烧后,表面形成多孔结构,具有很好的吸附重金属、灰尘等效果;进一步在硅藻土表面原位生成聚多巴胺,在硅藻土表面包裹一层带有多氨基、多羟基结构聚合物,能很好的起到富集重金属等的效果;另外,表面的聚多巴胺结构易于与带有氨基和羟基的硅烷偶联剂发生氢键键连,从而表面连接硅烷偶联剂,硅烷偶联剂的另一端为亲油的硅烷结构,易于富集油渍、果汁等污渍,从而起到很好的清洁效果;另外,本发明制得的改性硅藻土含有丰富的多孔结构,表面带有聚多巴胺层,含有丰富的氨基和羟基,易于与季铵盐抗菌剂发生氢键从而形成稳定的复合物,多孔结构能够富集较多的季铵盐抗菌剂,从而起到缓释长效抗菌的效果。
本发明的清洁湿巾液具有非常好的乳化能力、渗透能力、抗油污沉积能力、清洁能力,pH值维持在7-9,对使用者和居家人员十分安全,还可以起到杀菌等功效,能起到很好的去除羽绒服表面各种污渍的效果。

实施例1
参照图1,改性硅藻土的制备方法如下:
S1.硅藻土的精制:将20重量份硅藻土加入50重量份水中,加入10重量份98%浓硫酸搅拌反应2h,过滤,洗涤至中性,干燥,球磨过200目筛,300℃煅烧1h,得到精制的硅藻土粉;
S2.聚多巴胺改性硅藻土的制备:将20重量份步骤S1制得的精制的硅藻土粉加入30重量份水中,加入6重量份多巴胺盐酸盐和1重量份pH值为6.5的Tris-HCl溶液,室温搅拌均匀,加热至40℃反应2h,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得到聚多巴胺改性硅藻土;
S3.改性硅藻土的制备:将20重量份步骤S2制得的聚多巴胺改性硅藻土加入20重量份50wt%乙醇水溶液中,加入1重量份硅烷偶联剂KH550,加热至70℃反应0.5h,过滤,洗涤,干燥,制得改性硅藻土。将改性硅藻土分散在水中,加入吐温-80,搅拌配制改性硅藻土分散液,其中改性硅藻土的含量为6wt%,吐温-80含量为2wt%。
一种羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,所述湿巾为全棉水刺无纺布浸渍清洁湿巾液然后喷洒改性硅藻土制成,湿巾的含液量为200%,改性硅藻土分散液在表面清洁湿巾的喷洒量为10g/m2。所述清洁湿巾液,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:复合表面活性剂5份、改性硅藻土3份、葡萄糖酸钠1份、薰衣草油1份、苯扎溴铵1份和水200份;复合表面活性剂为十六烷基磺酸钠和AEO9,质量比为1:3。
实施例2
参照图1,改性硅藻土的制备方法如下:
S1.硅藻土的精制:将20重量份硅藻土加入100重量份水中,加入20重量份98%浓硫酸搅拌反应2h,过滤,洗涤至中性,干燥,球磨过400目筛,500℃煅烧3h,得到精制的硅藻土粉;
S2.聚多巴胺改性硅藻土的制备:将20重量份步骤S1制得的精制的硅藻土粉加入40重量份水中,加入10重量份多巴胺盐酸盐和2重量份pH值为7的Tris-HCl溶液,室温搅拌均匀,加热至50℃反应4h,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得到聚多巴胺改性硅藻土;
S3.改性硅藻土的制备:将20重量份步骤S2制得的聚多巴胺改性硅藻土加入30重量份70wt%乙醇水溶液中,加入3重量份硅烷偶联剂南大-42,加热至90℃反应2h,过滤,洗涤,干燥,制得改性硅藻土。将改性硅藻土分散在水中,加入吐温-80,搅拌配制改性硅藻土分散液,其中改性硅藻土的含量为10wt%,吐温-80含量为3wt%。
一种羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,所述湿巾为全棉热合无纺布浸渍上述清洁湿巾液然后喷洒改性硅藻土制成,湿巾的含液量为320%,改性硅藻土分散液在表面清洁湿巾的喷洒量为10g/m2。所述清洁湿巾液,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:复合表面活性剂10份、改性硅藻土7份、酒石酸钠3份、迷迭香油2份、苯扎溴铵1份和水500份;复合表面活性剂为十八烷基硫酸钠和OP-10,质量比为1:5。
实施例3
参照图1,改性硅藻土的制备方法如下:
S1.硅藻土的精制:将20重量份硅藻土加入70重量份水中,加入20重量份98%浓硫酸搅拌反应2h,过滤,洗涤至中性,干燥,球磨过300目筛,400℃煅烧2h,得到精制的硅藻土粉;
S2.聚多巴胺改性硅藻土的制备:将20重量份步骤S1制得的精制的硅藻土粉加入40重量份水中,加入8重量份多巴胺盐酸盐和1.5重量份pH值为6.7的Tris-HCl溶液,室温搅拌均匀,加热至45℃反应3h,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得到聚多巴胺改性硅藻土;
S3.改性硅藻土的制备:将20重量份步骤S2制得的聚多巴胺改性硅藻土加入25重量份60wt%乙醇水溶液中,加入2重量份硅烷偶联剂A-1120,加热至80℃反应1h,过滤,洗涤,干燥,制得改性硅藻土。将改性硅藻土分散在水中,加入吐温-80,搅拌配制改性硅藻土分散液,其中改性硅藻土的含量为8wt%,吐温-80含量为2wt%。
一种羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,所述湿巾为全棉熔喷无纺布浸渍上述清洁湿巾液然后喷洒改性硅藻土制成,湿巾的含液量为280%,改性硅藻土在表面清洁湿巾的喷洒量为10g/m2。所述清洁湿巾液,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:复合表面活性剂7份、改性硅藻土5份、EDTA-2Na 2份、香柠檬油1.5份、苯扎溴铵1份和水350份;复合表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠和AEO9,质量比为1:4。
实施例4
与实施例3相比,表面活性剂为单一的十二烷基硫酸钠,其他条件均不改变。
清洁湿巾液,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:十二烷基硫酸钠7份、改性硅藻土5份、EDTA-2Na 2份、香柠檬油1.5份和水350份。
实施例5
与实施例3相比,表面活性剂为单一的AEO9,其他条件均不改变。
清洁湿巾液,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:AEO9 7份、改性硅藻土5份、EDTA-2Na2份、香柠檬油1.5份和水350份。

与实施例3相比,改性硅藻土的制备中未进行步骤S2,其他条件均不改变。
改性硅藻土的制备方法如下:

测试例2
将本发明实施例1-7和对比例1制得的湿巾行抗菌性能测试,并测试清洁湿巾在避光,25±1℃,60RH%湿度下密封保存其0月、1月和3月后的抗菌性能。结果见表2。
杀菌能力的测试方法参考GB 15979-2002。测试细菌为大肠杆菌。其中,抗菌率超过70%为+,抗菌率超过80%为++,抗菌率超过90%为+++,抗菌率超过95%为++++,抗菌率低于60%为-。

由上表可知,按照实施例1-3制得的清洁湿巾,具有极好的抗菌性能,另外具有长效的抗菌性能,存放3月后仍具有很好的抗菌效果。
Claims (9)
1.一种羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述表面清洁湿巾为无纺布浸渍湿巾液然后喷洒改性硅藻土分散液制成,所述湿巾液包括以下重量份的原料:表面活性剂5-10份、络合剂1-3份、清香剂1-2份、季铵盐抗菌剂0.5-2份和水200-500份;
所述改性硅藻土的制备方法如下:
S1.硅藻土的精制:将硅藻土加入水中,加入浓硫酸搅拌反应,过滤,洗涤至中性,干燥,球磨过筛,煅烧,得到精制的硅藻土粉;
S2.聚多巴胺改性硅藻土的制备:将步骤S1制得的精制的硅藻土粉加入水中,加入多巴胺盐酸盐和Tris-HCl溶液,室温搅拌均匀,加热反应,过滤,洗涤,干燥,得到聚多巴胺改性硅藻土;
S3.改性硅藻土的制备:将步骤S2制得的聚多巴胺改性硅藻土加入乙醇水溶液中,加入硅烷偶联剂,加热反应,过滤,洗涤,干燥,制得改性硅藻土;
所述表面活性剂包括阴离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂,质量比为1:(3-5);所述阴离子型表面活性剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十六烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基磺酸钠、十八烷基苯磺酸钠、十八烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种;所述非离子型表面活性剂选自AEO3、AEO5、AEO7、AEO9、AEO10、TX-10、OP-10、SE-10中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述硅藻土、水、浓硫酸的质量比为20:(50-100):(10-20),所述浓硫酸质量浓度≥98%;所述过筛的筛网目数为200-400目;所述煅烧温度为300-500℃,时间为1-3h。
3.根据权利要求1所述羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述精制的硅藻土粉、多巴胺盐酸盐、Tris-HCl溶液和水的质量比为20:(6-10):(1-2):(30-40);所述Tris-HCl溶液的pH值为6.5-7;所述加热反应温度为40-50℃,时间为2-4h。
4.根据权利要求1所述羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述乙醇水溶液中乙醇含量为50-70wt%;所述聚多巴胺改性硅藻土、乙醇水溶液和硅烷偶联剂的质量比为20:(20-30):(1-3);所述加热反应温度为70-90℃,时间为0.5-2h。
5.根据权利要求1所述羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为带有氨基或羟基的硅烷偶联剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂选自KH550、A-1110、A-1120、A-1130、南大-42、南大-73、三甲基羟基硅烷中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述络合剂选自柠檬酸盐、EDTA-2Na、EDTA-4Na、酒石酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠中的至少一种;所述清香剂选自薰衣草油、迷迭香油、柠檬油、香柠檬油、丁香油、薄荷油、肉桂油、百里香油中的至少一种;所述季铵盐抗菌剂选自苯扎溴铵、度米芬、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述表面清洁湿巾的含液量为200-320%,所述改性硅藻土分散液中改性硅藻土的质量浓度为6-10wt%,表面活性剂质量浓度为2-5wt%,所述改性硅藻土在表面清洁湿巾的喷洒量为10-20 g/m2。
9.根据权利要求1所述羽绒服用表面清洁湿巾,其特征在于,所述无纺布为全棉材质,选自水刺无纺布、热合无纺布、浆粕气流成网无纺布、熔喷无纺布中的至少一种。
