技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能长效抑菌洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣液作为日常的洗涤用品被广泛使用。目前,市售的抑菌洗衣液大多是添加二氯苯氧氯酚或对氯间二甲苯酚等广谱抗菌剂进行抑菌。但是因为该类型的抗菌剂在水中的溶解度仅为0.02~0.03%,故需通过有机溶剂溶解添加才能达到有效抑菌量。且二氯苯氧氯酚因具有刺激性气味、有一定的毒性,渐渐被日化行业所淘汰。
银离子具有氧化作用,可应用于日化产品具有杀菌消毒的功效。且银离子通常以水溶液的形式存放,方便使用添加。但是,将银离子添加到洗衣液中则仅在洗涤过程起到杀菌的作用,而在洗涤后的织物的附着量甚微,难以达到杀菌效果。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种多功能长效抑菌洗衣液,协同抑菌效果佳,对洗涤后的织物仍然起到杀菌抑菌的效果,且洗涤后的织物柔软不易褪色。本发明还提出一种该多功能长效抑菌洗衣液的制备方法。
本发明提出一种多功能长效抑菌洗衣液,按质量百分比,包括以下各组分:
A、主要表面活性剂
14~18%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、4~6%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2~3%的十二烷基苯磺酸;
B、抑菌组合物
0.20~0.35%的银离子、0.1~0.3%的艾草提取物和1~2%的乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物;
C、其他组分
0.3~0.5%的纤维素酶、2~3%的丙二醇、0.5~1.5%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、1.5~2.5%的聚丙烯酸钠;
以及65%~75%的去离子水。
进一步地,按组分质量百分比还包括pH调节剂:0.1~0.3%的柠檬酸和/或0.2~0.4%的氢氧化钠,可加入单一pH调节剂调整pH,也可两者复配得到柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液进行调整,稳定性更强。
进一步地,按组分的质量百分比还包括1~3%的增稠剂、0.1~0.2%的防腐剂和0.3~0.6的香精,所述增稠剂为氯化钠。

步骤二,将抑菌组合物银离子、艾草提取物和乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物与10%的去离子水混合搅拌均匀后加入所述的搅拌缸内;
步骤三,将纤维素酶与丙二醇混合均匀后加入所述搅拌缸内;
步骤四,加入剩余的去离子水,搅拌均匀。
优选的,还包括步骤五,加入柠檬酸和氢氧化钠,将pH调节至7.0~8.0,粘度调至200~500mPa·s。

本发明的原理及有益效果:
本发明以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基苯磺酸作为主要表面活性剂满足洗衣液基本的去污效果。
银离子具有氧化作用,具有杀菌的效果,当细菌被银离子杀后,银离子又由细菌尸体中游离出来,再与其它菌落接触,周而复始地进行上述过程,使银本身的杀菌效果具有持久性。艾草提取物中的多种挥发油对多种细菌具有抑制和杀伤作用。本发明的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液添加银离子与艾草提取物协同抗菌,降低了抑菌剂的总体用量就能达到良好的抑菌效果,且扩大了杀菌的种类。乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物能覆盖在织物上形成膜层,将银离子和艾草提取物与乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物复配,能增加银离子和艾草提取物在织物的附着率,降低艾草提取物的挥发性,使洗涤后的干衣仍具有抗菌效果,达到长效抑菌的效果。同时乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物在织物上形成的膜层能够起到固色的效果。
本发明添加的纤维素酶能够分解织物表面的磨毛,使织物表面光滑,有助于乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物形成连续的膜层,同时乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物形成的膜层增加了织物纤维的弹性,加上织物表面的磨毛降低,使得干衣柔软光滑有弹性。
本发明添加的聚丙烯酸钠和谷氨酸二乙酸四钠能够增加纤维素酶的稳定性,不受其他离子的影响;丙二醇与纤维素酶共同添加也有助于提高纤维素酶的稳定。

一种多功能长效抑菌洗衣液,按质量百分比,由以下组分组成:18%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2%的十二烷基苯磺酸、0.2%的银离子、0.1%的艾草提取物、1.5%的乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物、0.3%的纤维素酶、2%的丙二醇、1%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、2%的聚丙烯酸钠、0.2%的柠檬酸、0.3%的氢氧化钠、2%的氯化钠,0.1%的防腐剂和0.3%的香精、和65%的去离子水。所述银离子为纳米银离子。
一种上述的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,在搅拌缸里注入40~50%的去离子水,加入谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和聚丙烯酸钠分散均匀后加入主要表面活性剂:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基苯磺酸,充分搅拌分散。
步骤二,将抑菌组合物银离子、艾草提取物和乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物与10%的去离子水混合搅拌均匀后加入所述的搅拌缸内。
步骤三,将纤维素酶与丙二醇混合均匀后加入所述搅拌缸内。
步骤四,加入剩余离子水,搅拌均匀。
步骤五,加入增稠剂和pH调节剂:柠檬酸和氢氧化钠
步骤六,加入香精和防腐剂,搅拌均匀得到成品。
测得成品的pH值为7.6,粘度为300mPa·s。
将实施例1-3的成品进行测试:
1、抑菌对比测试
将实施例1-3的成品与对比实施例进行对比抑菌测试。
对比实施例配方为:按质量百分比包括以下组分:16%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3%的十二烷基苯磺酸、1%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、2%的聚丙烯酸钠、0.2%的柠檬酸、0.3%的氢氧化钠、2%的氯化钠,0.1%的防腐剂和0.3%的香精、0.2~0.6%的三氯生,余量去离子水。

实施例1-3的成品的抑菌剂含量为0.3~0.4%,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌和大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌率均大于99%。对比实施例三氯生的添加量达到欧0.6%时,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌的抑制率仍低于实施例1-3的成品。
2、长效抑菌测试
织物用实施例1-3的成品洗涤后,分别取样对银离子附着量进行测试,然后再用清水洗涤10次后测银离子附着量,得到的残留附着率均大于80%。
3、固色测试
使用实施例1-3的成品与市售普通洗衣液进行对比,分别对牛仔布洗涤10次后与留样对比颜色,通过肉眼观察,经本实施例1-3的成品洗涤后的牛仔布颜色较市售普通洗衣液洗涤后的牛仔布颜色深。
综上,本发明的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液添加银离子与艾草提取物协同抗菌,降低了抑菌剂的总体用量就能达到良好的抑菌效果。本发明洗涤后的干衣仍有较高的抑菌剂附着,达到长效抑菌的效果。同时乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物在织物上形成的膜层能够起到固色的效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种多功能长效抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,按质量百分比,包括以下各组分:
A、主要表面活性剂
14~18%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、4~6%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2~3%的十二烷基苯磺酸;
B、抑菌组合物
0.20~0.35%的银离子、0.1~0.3%的艾草提取物和1~2%的乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物;
C、其他组分
0.3~0.5%的纤维素酶、2~3%的丙二醇、0.5~1.5%的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、1.5~2.5%的聚丙烯酸钠;
以及65%~75%的去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,按组分质量百分比还包括pH调节剂:0.1~0.3%的柠檬酸和/或0.2~0.4%的氢氧化钠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,按组分的质量百分比还包括1~3%的增稠剂、0.1~0.2%的防腐剂和0.3~0.6的香精,所述增稠剂为氯化钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述银离子为纳米银离子。
5.一种权利要求1所述的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,在搅拌缸里注入40~50%的去离子水,加入谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和聚丙烯酸钠分散均匀后加入主要表面活性剂:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基苯磺酸,充分搅拌分散;
步骤二,将抑菌组合物银离子、艾草提取物和乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物与10%的去离子水混合搅拌均匀后加入所述的搅拌缸内;
步骤三,将纤维素酶与丙二醇混合均匀后加入所述搅拌缸内;
步骤四,加入剩余的去离子水,搅拌均匀。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤五,加入柠檬酸和氢氧化钠,将pH调节至7.0~8.0,粘度调至200~500mPa·s。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多功能长效抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤六,加入香精和防腐剂,搅拌均匀得到成品。
