本发明公开了一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水97.07‑42.96%、十二烷基苯磺酸0.75‑15.00%、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.50‑11.00%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.35‑6.30%、柠檬酸0.30‑6.00%、甘油0.25‑5.00%、乙醇0.20‑3.15%、单乙醇胺0.15‑2.50%、乳酸0.10‑1.78%、月桂酸0.05‑1.25%、月桂基葡糖苷0.05‑1.25%、二乙烯三胺五乙酸0.05‑0.90%、香精0.04‑0.70%、烧碱0.05‑0.65%、聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物0.03‑0.32%、羟基二氯二苯醚0.01‑0.04%、蛋白酶0.02‑0.30%、淀粉酶0.01‑0.20%、脂肪酶0.01‑0.20%、益生菌提取物0.01‑0.50%。本发明提供的酸性洗衣液保持与皮肤生态环境最接近的条件,避免了市场上所有碱性洗涤产品对皮肤生态系统的平衡破坏,保持内衣接触皮肤,特别是女性隐私部位的酸性环境,有助于维持正常的微生物组群中益生菌的生长,抑制致病微生物的生长和侵入。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣液,具体为一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液。
背景技术
依附在人体皮肤上有数十亿微生物称为微生物群组,特别是女性的隐私部位更是人体微生物群组大量生存的环境。正常人体皮肤的酸碱值(pH值)是呈酸性,女性隐私部位的pH值是低于4.5。正常的皮肤微生物菌组在理想的皮肤酸碱值下生长,可以提高皮肤免疫系统,抑制有害微生物的生长,成为抵御接触到有害微生物的第一道防线。现在市面上所有的碱性洗衣液、碱性洗衣粉、香皂等产品洗涤后的内衣接触皮肤,容易破坏皮肤生态系统的平衡,而且长期使用碱性洗涤产品会导致有害沉积物在衣物上,促使有害微生物的滋生,使衣服变僵硬,酸性洗衣液能够有效清除有害沉积物,提供衣物柔顺效果,因此需要研发一种酸性洗衣液,克服市面上碱性洗涤产品的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
1. 一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
去离子水 97.07-42.96%
十二烷基苯磺酸 0.75-15.00%
月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 0.50-11.00%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 0.35-6.30%
柠檬酸 0.30-6.00%
甘油 0.25-5.00%
乙醇 0.20-3.15%
单乙醇胺 0.15-2.50%
乳酸 0.10-1.78%
月桂酸 0.05-1.25%
月桂基葡糖苷 0.05-1.25%
二乙烯三胺五乙酸 0.05-0.90%
香精 0.04-0.70%
烧碱 0.05-0.65%
聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物 0.03-0.32%
羟基二氯二苯醚 0.01-0.04%
蛋白酶 0.02-0.30%
淀粉酶 0.01-0.20%
脂肪酶 0.01-0.20%
益生菌提取物 0.01-0.50%
如上所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,所述去离子水用作溶剂、清洁剂;所述十二烷基苯磺酸用作表面活性剂、清洁剂、酸剂;所述月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠用作表面活性剂、清洁剂;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚用作表面活性剂、清洁剂。
如上所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,所述柠檬酸用作pH调节剂;所述甘油用作增溶剂、护肤剂;所述乙醇用作溶剂;所述单乙醇胺用作酸度调节剂、中和剂、护色剂。
如上所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,所述乳酸用作益生菌营养剂、pH调节剂;所述月桂酸用作消泡剂、酸度调节剂;所述月桂基葡糖苷用作表面活性剂、清洁剂;所述二乙烯三胺五乙酸用作螯合剂、护色剂。
如上所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,所述香精用作香氛;所述烧碱用作pH调节剂;所述聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物用作洗涤增效剂、污垢分散剂;所述羟基二氯二苯醚用作促进抑菌剂。
如上所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,所述蛋白酶用作生物酵素;所述淀粉酶用作生物酵素;所述脂肪酶用作生物酵素;所述益生菌提取物用于改善贴身衣物益生环境。
如上所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液其本身的pH=2.5-6.5。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、突破性的纳米洁净因子,深入衣物纤维,轻松瓦解多种顽固污渍,爆发超强去渍力。专用于贴身衣物的清洗,无残留,温和,增加特性污垢清洗。
2、长期使用碱性洗涤产品会导致类似“水垢”一样的沉积物。沉积物不干净,促使有害微生物的滋生,使衣服变僵硬。酸性洗衣液有效清除有害沉积物,提供衣物柔顺效果。
3、酸性内衣洗衣液,保持与皮肤生态环境最接近的条件,避免了市场上所有碱性洗涤产品对皮肤生态系统的平衡破坏,保持内衣接触皮肤,特别是女性隐私部位的酸性环境,有助于维持正常的微生物组群中益生菌的生长,抑制致病微生物的生长和侵入。
4、添加益生菌提取物,提升皮肤微生物组群益生条件。
5、采用先进生物酶(酵素)稳定复配技术,利用益生蛋白酶,淀粉酶,脂肪酶大幅度提高清洁能力。
6、特殊的酸性配方配合抑菌科技,杀死衣物中存在的有害微生物并抑制在潮湿环境下容易产生异味的细菌;试验菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌。
7、独特的发泡控制技术,使洗涤时泡沫适宜,易漂洗无残留,省时省力,节水节能。
8、多活性,高活性含量配方,不添加增稠剂,遇水速溶,释放活性因子,全面发挥洁净功效。
9、无磷、无铅、无防腐剂、无荧光增白剂,安全环保。

下面通过实施例更详细地说明本发明的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液。
实施例1
一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
去离子水 97.07%
十二烷基苯磺酸 0.75%
月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 0.50%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 0.35%
柠檬酸 0.30%
甘油 0.25%
乙醇 0.20%
单乙醇胺 0.15%
乳酸 0.10%
月桂酸 0.05%
月桂基葡糖苷 0.05%
二乙烯三胺五乙酸 0.05%
香精 0.04%
烧碱 0.05%
聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物 0.03%
羟基二氯二苯醚 0.01%
蛋白酶 0.02%
淀粉酶 0.01%
脂肪酶 0.01%
益生菌提取物 0.01-0.50%
实施例1所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液的制备方法如下:
将上述组分依次加入乳化搅拌罐内搅拌至所有物质充分混合,溶解或乳化,同时加热至50度促使混合过程快速完成;完全溶解分散后停止加热使其慢速冷却至常温;混合物冷却至常温后再依次加入温度敏感原料,搅拌混合,即可得到本发明的内衣专用酸性洗衣液。
所得酸性洗衣液适用于棉、丝、合成纤维、混纺等各种质地的衣物,对内衣、贴身衣物有针对性清洁、温和、无残留、除异味等效果;保持与皮肤生态环境最接近的条件,避免了市场上所有碱性洗涤产品对皮肤生态系统的平衡破坏,保持内衣接触皮肤,特别是女性隐私部位的酸性环境,有助于维持正常的微生物组群中益生菌的生长,抑制致病微生物的生长和侵入;且对于重度污渍,可将所得酸性洗衣液原液直接涂抹在污渍处,静置5分钟后适当揉搓再正常洗涤,可有效除去顽固污渍。
实施例2
按照与实施例1同样的制备方法,制备包括如下重量百分比的组分的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液:
去离子水 42.96%
十二烷基苯磺酸 15.00%
月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 11.00%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 6.30%
柠檬酸 6.00%
甘油 5.00%
乙醇 3.15%
单乙醇胺 2.50%
乳酸 1.78%
月桂酸 1.25%
月桂基葡糖苷 1.25%
二乙烯三胺五乙酸 0.90%
香精 0.70%
烧碱 0.65%
聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物 0.32%
羟基二氯二苯醚 0.04%
蛋白酶 0.30%
淀粉酶 0.20%
脂肪酶 0.20%
益生菌提取物 0.50%

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 0.35-6.30%
柠檬酸 0.30-6.00%
甘油 0.25-5.00%
乙醇 0.20-3.15%
单乙醇胺 0.15-2.50%
乳酸 0.10-1.78%
月桂酸 0.05-1.25%
月桂基葡糖苷 0.05-1.25%
二乙烯三胺五乙酸 0.05-0.90%
香精 0.04-0.70%
烧碱 0.05-0.65%
聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物 0.03-0.32%

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,其特征在于:所述去离子水用作溶剂、清洁剂;所述十二烷基苯磺酸用作表面活性剂、清洁剂、酸剂;所述月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠用作表面活性剂、清洁剂;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚用作表面活性剂、清洁剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,其特征在于:所述柠檬酸用作pH调节剂;所述甘油用作增溶剂、护肤剂;所述乙醇用作溶剂;所述单乙醇胺用作酸度调节剂、中和剂、护色剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,其特征在于:所述乳酸用作益生菌营养剂、pH调节剂;所述月桂酸用作消泡剂、酸度调节剂;所述月桂基葡糖苷用作表面活性剂、清洁剂;所述二乙烯三胺五乙酸用作螯合剂、护色剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,其特征在于:所述香精用作香氛;所述烧碱用作pH调节剂;所述聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物用作洗涤增效剂、污垢分散剂;所述羟基二氯二苯醚用作促进抑菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液,其特征在于:所述蛋白酶用作生物酵素;所述淀粉酶用作生物酵素;所述脂肪酶用作生物酵素;所述益生菌提取物用于改善贴身衣物益生环境。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣专用酸性洗衣液其本身的pH=2.5-6.5。
