1)按丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、十二烷基苯磺酸、单乙醇胺、非离子表面活性剂、椰子油酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、螯合剂顺序依次加入原料,温度低于50℃时,加入乙醇、异味去除剂、去离子水、香精、防腐剂、厌恶剂和酶混合;
2)液体合格后,进行水溶膜包装。
作为优选,所述的水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,与普通水基体系洗衣液比较,可以使活性物含量显著增加(含量可达80%以上),做到真正意义的超浓缩,减少包装用量、贮存空间和运输成本。本发明的产品具有极高去污力,按国家标准QB/T1224测试,对标准要求的三块污布去污力是标准洗衣液的5倍以上;尤其对人造纤维以及人造纤维/纯棉混纺材质布料,用WFK-20C和WFK-20D污布测试,去污力可达标准洗衣液的8倍。同时可与常见异味(汗味、尿味、烟味、厨房异味、粪便味、霉味等)物质反应,真正做到去除而非抵消异味。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,由水溶膜及其内的清洗液构成,清洗液按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
上述的洗衣凝珠的方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)按丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、十二烷基苯磺酸、单乙醇胺、非离子表面活性剂、椰子油酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、螯合剂顺序依次加入原料,温度低于50℃时,加入乙醇、异味去除剂、去离子水、香精、防腐剂、厌恶剂和酶混合;
2)液体合格后,进行水溶膜包装。包装方式可选用水封或热封。水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分。膜的组成可以是以上的单一成分,也可以是多种成分的混合。
本发明定量包装,使用方便,不会使液体沾到手上;减少使用中的浪费;浓缩配方在家庭中占用较小空间。包装使用水溶膜,在温度0-70℃时,4分钟内会全部溶于水中,无论机洗、手洗,都很方便。

一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,由水溶膜及其内的清洗液构成,清洗液按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:

Claims (10)

1.一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,由水溶膜及其内的清洗液构成,其特征在于清洗液按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 8-20%
山梨醇 2-9%
甘油 2-5%
十二烷基苯磺酸 10-40%
乙醇胺 3-10%
非离子表面活性剂 10-40%
椰子油酸 5-15%
马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物 0.5-2%
螯合剂 0.5-2%
乙醇 0.5-3%
异味去除剂 0.2-1.5%
水 3-20%
香精 0.7-2%
防腐剂 0.05-0.2%
厌恶剂 0.0001-0.02%
酶 0.05-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于清洗液按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 10-15%
山梨醇 3-7%
甘油 3-4%
十二烷基苯磺酸 15-35%
乙醇胺 4-8%
非离子表面活性剂 15-35%
椰子油酸 8-12%
马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物 0.8-1.5%
螯合剂 0.8-1.5%
乙醇 0.8-2.5%
异味去除剂 0.2-1.0%
水 5-15%
香精 0.8-1.5%
防腐剂 0.08-0.15%
厌恶剂 0.0001-0.02%
酶 0.1-1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:丙二醇含量为12-19%,且山梨醇含量为2-5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于非离子表面活性剂包括烷基酚的聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚和净洗剂6501中的一种或多种;优选,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚选用月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-14碳伯醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-14碳仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链化13碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的10碳醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的8碳辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的8碳异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于非离子表面活性剂中AEO-7:AEO-9=1.7:1-2.3:1或AEO-9:AEO-3=1:1.2–1:2;所述的非离子表面活性剂:十二烷基苯磺酸=2:8-3:7。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于乙醇胺选用单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺中的一种或多种混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于厌恶剂选用糖精苄铵酰胺和苯甲地钠铵中的一种或两种混合;酶选用蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶中的一种或多种混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除异味型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于异味去除剂选用以下一种或两种结构组合:

9.一种制备权利要求1~8任意一项权利要求所述的洗衣凝珠的方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)按丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、十二烷基苯磺酸、单乙醇胺、非离子表面活性剂、椰子油酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、螯合剂顺序依次加入原料,温度低于50℃时,加入乙醇、异味去除剂、去离子水、香精、防腐剂、厌恶剂和酶混合;
2)液体合格后,进行水溶膜包装。
10.根据权利要求9所述的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
