Abstract

本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,特别是涉及一种洗碗机清洁片及其制备方法。一种洗碗机清洁片,该清洁片由以下的组分构成:柠檬酸、酒石酸、纯碱、STPP、低泡非离子表面活性剂、软水剂、葡糖糖酸钠、丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物、氨基磺酸、二丙二醇丁醚、香精、氯化钠、PEG 6000和元明粉。该产品去除油污、去除水垢好,除菌效果好,可用于自动洗碗机,以及其他容易形成水垢或碱性污垢领域的清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,特别是涉及一种洗碗机清洁片及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的清洗液主要活性物质为直链十二烷基苯磺酸盐和其他助洗剂;直链十二烷基苯磺酸盐来源于石化产品,属于不可再生原料,且该原料不耐硬水,在自来水环境下去污力大大降低,不利于洗涤;其他助剂,4A沸石、如三聚磷酸钠含有磷、不利于环境保护;铝,纯碱、烧碱碱性较高,易使衣物褪色,损伤衣物;芒硝属于填充物,无效循环利用,会给运营带来不必要的浪费。此外,普通液体洗涤剂利用常规表面活性剂和碱性助剂,仅具有洗涤清洁作用。但是对于自动洗碗机,以及其他容易形成水垢或碱性污垢则很难通过传统的洗衣液进行清洗。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种洗碗机清洁片,该产品去除油污、去除水垢好,除菌效果好,可用于自动洗碗机,以及其他容易形成水垢或碱性污垢领域的清洁。本发明的另外一个目的是提供上述的洗碗机清洁片的制备方法。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种洗碗机清洁片,该清洁片按质量百分比计由以下的组分构成:
本发明使用的时候采用柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨基磺酸和纯碱反应,释放出二氧化碳,使片体崩解。酸类含量增多,片体容易吸潮变软,不稳定;酸类含量减少,酸度过低,无法满足功能需求。另外,因洗碗机中有较多的油污,添加二丙二醇丁醚提高去油效果,该原料为低挥发、低毒性,提高除油效果和安全性。
作为优选,该清洁片按质量百分比计由以下的组分构成:
作为优选,该清洁片中柠檬酸含量8-12%、酒石酸含量15-18%、氨基磺酸含量5-11%,纯碱含量5-7%,且纯碱中轻质纯碱:重质纯碱=1:2-1:1。该技术方案效果最好,且容易压制成型。
作为优选,所述的低泡非离子表面活性剂选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和/或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚;作为优选,所述的脂肪醇选用直链和支链的伯醇、仲醇、叔醇的单一构成或混合物,聚氧乙烯、聚氧丙烯的聚合为均聚或共聚;作为再优选,低泡非离子表面活性剂选用巴斯夫Plurafac LF系列、Lutensol XL系列、Lutensol AT系列,以及NIPPONSHOKUBAI公司SOFTNOL系列或克莱恩的GENAPL EP系列。
作为优选,所述的低泡非离子表面活性剂为液体类型成分时为1%-2%,低泡非离子表面活性剂为固体成分时为2%-4%。采用上述技术方案,泡沫适中,效果满意。固体表面活性剂增多,泡沫过多,容易损伤自动洗碗机循环泵;液体表面活性剂超过2%,粉体流动性极差,不利压制成片,且产品容易受潮。
作为优选,所述的软水剂选用EDTA钠盐或有机膦酸盐。
作为优选,所述的香精选用柠檬、橙或橘子香型。
为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种制备上述任意一个技术方案所述的洗碗机清洁片的方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)纯碱、STPP、氯化钠和元明粉先进行混匀,加入表面活性剂和香精,其他原料最后加入,pH值控制在1.5-4.0;
2)经过压片,形成规则或不规则几何体;
3)然后用水溶性膜进行包装。
作为优选,形成的几何体为长方体、正方体、圆柱体、圆锥体、橄榄型或球型。
作为优选,包装方式选用水封或热封;水溶选用聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,该产品去除油污、去除水垢好,除菌效果好,可用于自动洗碗机,以及其他容易形成水垢或碱性污垢领域的清洁。该产品是新一代紧密型洗涤产品,定量包装,可以防止传统的添加方式(用勺子舀或直接倒出)可能造成量太少降低清洁能力,或者添加量过大造成浪费,甚至对清洗对象腐蚀。水溶膜包装,外包装水溶膜可直接溶解于水,无需拆开,方便环保,不伤手。使用过程不直接接触产品,减少产品对皮肤的刺激,更安全卫生。

效果验证:
1.去除油污
分别对人为沾染同一批粘土-油污污渍的陶瓷片进行洗涤,称量洗前和洗后污渍的重量,计算污渍去除率。
洗涤浓度:每13升水放一片机洗片。对照组:每次用120Ml清洁剂。
洗涤次数:分别5次
使用机洗片,可以更好的清洁机器内隐藏的污垢,达到清洁的目的,而且使用量是普通清洁剂的20%。
2.去除水垢
相同时间内(2小时),清洁剂对水垢的溶解率为1.37%,加入机洗片,溶解率可达2.24%。 具有明显的除垢效果。
3.除菌
杀菌挑战性试验证明:在自动洗碗机常用的洗涤温度下(65℃),加入洗碗片(1片/10L水),半小时内可使金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)含量从7.8×106CFU/ml(Log10=6.89)下降到<100CFU/ml(Log10=2.0),杀菌率超过99.99%;可使大肠杆菌(ATCC 10536)含量从4.4×106CFU/ml(Log10=6.64)下降到<100CFU/ml(Log10=2.0),杀菌率超过99.99%。
4.同类产品对比
*满意度测评有测试者评感官打分,每种试验样品选用十组测试者,满分10分,求平均值。
