Abstract
本发明公开了洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物及制备方法,涉及洗碗机清洁产品技术领域。该组合物包括0.2‑99.0%流变改性剂组合物A;1‑60.0%填充剂;0.2‑10.0%抗再沉积助剂;0.1‑5.0%缓蚀剂;0.1‑3.0%消泡剂;所述流变改性剂组合物A由以下组分构成:按洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物的总重量计,含有10.0‑90.0%酸性清洗剂;0.2‑20.0%去污乳化剂以及0.01‑10.0%流变性调节助剂。本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物为固体颗粒状,具有去除洗碗机特有的钙垢、油垢以及皂垢,达到清洁的作用,同时,上述成份的复配可使洗涤剂固体组合物具有一定的水分承载性,即使在生产或使用过程吸潮的情况下,也可以保持颗粒良好的流动性,提高用户的使用体验。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗碗机清洁产品技术领域,尤其涉及洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
国内洗碗机市场蓬勃发展,拥有洗碗机的用户越来越多,洗碗机日常使用过程中也需要清洁保养,以延长洗碗机的使用寿命,保证洗碗机的清洁效果。
洗碗机长期使用,富集的污垢主要分为两类,一类是水中的钙镁离子等与洗涤剂中的碳酸根离子结合,形成的各种钙垢或者固体污垢等,这些垢主要形成在洗碗机内部器件上如不锈钢内腔上,或者集中在洗碗机内的加热盘管处,富集过量,会影响洗碗机的清洗效果,影响加热盘管的加热效率,甚至影响洗碗机的使用寿命;另一类污垢主要是日常洗涤中各种油污和皂化的油脂的逐渐富集,主要残留在ABS塑料上,更集中存在于洗碗机喷淋臂内部和洗碗机排水过滤口,这类污渍的残留和富集会造成很大的异味或者滋生细菌,异味在使用时,会带来极大的不愉悦感,细菌的滋生会影响到卫生安全。
然而,现有的清洁产品功能单一,无法同时去除富集的钙垢以及油垢、皂垢,亟需研发出一种适用于洗碗机机体清洁的洗涤剂产品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于洗碗机机体清洁的洗涤剂组合物,以同时去除洗碗机内部富集的钙垢以及油垢、皂垢,以延长洗碗机的使用寿命,保证洗碗机的清洁效果。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,按重量百分数计,包括以下组分:
0.2-99.0%流变改性剂组合物A;
1-60.0%填充剂;
0.2-10.0%抗再沉积助剂;
0.1-5.0%缓蚀剂;
0.1-3.0%消泡剂;
所述流变改性剂组合物A由以下组分构成:按洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物的总重量计,含有10.0-90.0%酸性清洗剂;0.2-20.0%去污乳化剂以及0.01-10.0%流变性调节助剂。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述流变改性剂组合物A由以下方法制得:
1)开启包衣机加热设备,控制包衣机温度在35-45℃,按比例,向包衣机中倒入酸性清洗剂;
2)向液体加料器中加入去污乳化剂,开启包衣机的搅拌设备,包衣机开始转动后,并通过高压枪缓慢喷洒去污乳化剂,边加热、边转动、边喷洒液体,形成固体颗粒;
3)待固体颗粒表面呈现光泽表面时,加入流变性调节助剂,继续加热搅拌,待流变性调节助剂均匀附着于粉体表面后,即制得所述流变改性剂组合物A。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述酸性清洗剂选自柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨基磺酸、羟基乙酸、草酸、乙二胺四乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述去污乳化剂选自阴离子表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂,其中,所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、改性脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、脂肪醇eo-po嵌段聚合物中的至少一种;所述阴离子表面活性剂选自颗粒状的MES、AOS、十二烷基磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述流变性调节助剂选自硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、白炭黑、4A沸石、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、黄血盐、淀粉、石蜡、蜂蜡中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述抗再沉积助剂选自马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸聚合物、磺化聚合物、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述缓蚀剂选自零水偏硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述填充剂选自颗粒状的硫酸钠和/或柠檬酸钠。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂、eo-po嵌段聚合物、烷基聚亚烷基乙二醇醚、脂肪酸颗粒中的至少一种。
本发明还提供以上所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按比例,在混料机中加入流变改性剂组合物A;
2)向1)中投入填充剂、抗再沉积助剂,搅拌均匀;
3)向2)中投入缓蚀剂、消泡剂,搅拌均匀;
4)继续对3)中的物料进行充分的搅拌,保证无结皮结团现象,将混合均匀的物料过20-80目筛,经检验合格和进行包装。

本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物为固体颗粒状,利用酸性清洗剂、去污乳化剂以及流变性调节助剂构成的流变改性剂组合物A,辅以抗再沉积助剂、缓蚀剂等其他成分,以去除洗碗机特有的钙垢、油垢以及皂垢,达到清洁的作用,同时,上述成份的复配可使洗涤剂固体组合物具有一定的水分承载性,即使在生产或使用过程吸潮(含水量≤10%)的情况下,也可以保持颗粒良好的流动性,提高用户的使用体验。

本发明实施例提供一种洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,按重量百分数计,包括以下组分:
0.2-99.0%流变改性剂组合物A;

在一实施例中,所述流变改性剂组合物A由以下方法制得:

本实施例中,流变改性剂组合物A通过包衣的形式将酸性清洗剂、去污乳化剂以及流变性调节助剂进行造粒包衣:酸性清洗剂一般容易吸收空气中的水分,使得料体变湿,进而结团、结块,流动性变差,影响使用体验。而通过造粒包衣的方式,将去污乳化剂附着在酸性清洗剂表面,可以在一定程度上阻隔水分进入,保护料体,且起到粘合的作用,通过进一步包衣工艺,更容易粘黏上粉体的流变改性剂,使得颗粒的粒度增加,通过包裹得方式也使得颗粒变得饱满圆润,流动性会继续得到改善,也提升了美观度。
以下详述各成分:
酸性清洗剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物含有10.0-90.0%的酸性清洗剂。通过酸性清洗剂含有的酸性基团或者螯合作用去破坏已经形成的固定钙垢或者碱性盐垢,使富集的钙垢、碱性盐垢从金属表面脱落,达到清洁的效果。
本发明所用的酸性清洗剂,可以选择:柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨基磺酸、羟基乙酸、草酸、乙二胺四乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸,谷氨酸二乙酸等固体状态的有机酸,更加优选颗粒度大的无水柠檬酸或其与乙二胺四乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸的混合物。
去污乳化剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物含有0.2-20.0%的去污乳化剂。
乳化剂的主要作用即是去除各种残留在洗碗机仓内的油脂或者油脂皂化物或者其它油性污垢,保持机体的洁净。去污乳化剂可以选择阴离子表面活性剂,但需要是低含水量的表面活性剂,如含有沸石的或者进行造粒的MES、AOS、十二烷基磺酸钠或仲烷基磺酸钠;也可以选择非离子表面活性剂,如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、改性脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、脂肪醇eo-po嵌段聚合物等;优选改性的脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚或者异构脂肪醇醚。
流变性调节助剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物含有0.01-10.0%的流变性调节助剂。流变性调节剂可以附着在固体颗粒表面,保证不同颗粒的独立性,结合流变性调节助剂自身的物理结构特点,除了保证颗粒之间不黏着之外,其还具有一定的水分承载性,即使在生产过程吸潮的情况下,也能保持颗粒良好的流动性。
流变性调节助剂可以选择细粉状的硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、白炭黑、4A沸石、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、黄血盐、淀粉,也可以选择石蜡、蜂蜡等物质。
填充剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物含有1%-60.0%填充剂。
填充剂可以选择颗粒度好的无机盐或者有机盐,例如,可以选择硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠,填充剂可以对整体粉料的密度和和蓬松度进行调节,其主要作为填料,对于去污会有一定的辅助增效作用。
抗再沉积助剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物含有0.2-10.0%抗再沉积助剂。
所述抗再沉积助剂可将固体污垢洗脱后均匀悬浮于溶液中,防止其二次沾染到硬表面上。抗再沉积助剂可以选自马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸聚合物、磺化聚合物、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素等聚合物。
缓蚀剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物含有0.1-5.0%缓蚀剂。所述缓蚀剂在清洗金属时,具有减缓或者减弱清洗剂对于金属的损坏或者腐蚀。缓蚀剂可以选自零水偏硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸中的至少一种。
消泡剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物含有0.1-3.0%消泡剂。
在清洗洗碗机过程中大量的泡沫会影响到喷淋水的冲击力,进而影响到清洗效果,甚至会影响到喷淋臂的使用寿命,通过消泡剂的应用,可以降低产品使用过程中的泡沫,全方位提升清洗效力。所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂、eo-po嵌段聚合物、烷基聚亚烷基乙二醇醚、脂肪酸颗粒中的至少一种。
在一实施例中,上述洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物配制工艺包括以下步骤:
流变改性剂组合物A的制备:
1)开启包衣机加热设备,控制包衣机温度在40度,向包衣机中倒入目标量的酸性清洗剂;
2)向液体加料器中加入目标量的去污乳化剂,开启包衣机的搅拌设备,包衣机开始转动后,并通过高压枪缓慢喷洒去污乳化剂,边加热、边转动、边喷洒液体,得到颗粒均匀的粉体;
3)仔细观察包衣机内部的粉料状态,液体均匀附着在粉体表面,呈现光泽表面时,加入目标量的流变性调节助剂,继续加热搅拌,待流变性调节助剂均匀附着后,关闭加热设备,将以上混合物料倒出到临时中转桶中。
洗碗机机体清洗剂固体组合物的制备:
1)在混料机中加入目标量的流变改性剂组合物A;
2)投入填充剂、抗再沉积助剂,搅拌均匀;
4)向混料机中投入缓蚀剂、消泡剂,搅拌均匀;
5)继续对混料机中的物料进行充分的搅拌,保证无结皮结团现象,将混合均匀的物料过筛(20-80目),经检验合格和进行包装。
实施例1~5
实施例1~5的具体组成见表1。

注:Dehypon GRA为巴斯夫公司改性脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚的商品牌号,Acusol445NG是陶氏公司丙烯酸聚合物原料的商品牌号,PE 6400巴斯夫公司eo-po嵌段聚合物的商品牌号。
实施例1~5的配制工艺步骤如下:
①流变改性剂组合物A的制备:
1)开启包衣机加热设备,控制包衣机温度在40度,向包衣机中倒入目标量的无水柠檬酸;
2)向液体加料器中加入目标量的Dehypon GRA,开启包衣机的搅拌设备,包衣机开始转动后,并通过高压枪缓慢喷洒Dehypon GRA,边加热、边转动、边喷洒液体;
3)仔细观察包衣机内部的粉料状态,液体均匀附着在粉体表面,呈现光泽表面时,加入目标量的白炭黑,继续加热搅拌,待流变性调节助剂均匀附着后,关闭加热设备,将以上混合物料倒出到临时中转桶中。
②洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物的制备:
1)在混料机中加入目标量的流变改性剂组合物A;
2)投入柠檬酸钠、Acusol 445NG,搅拌均匀;
4)向配料锅中投入零水偏硅酸钠、PE 6400,搅拌均匀;
5)继续对配料锅中的物料进行充分的搅拌,保证无结皮结团现象,将混合均匀的物料过筛(20-80目),经检验合格和进行包装。
实施例6~10
实施例6~10的具体组成件表2。

注:Plurafac LF 900为巴斯夫公司脂肪醇eo-po嵌段聚合物的商品牌号,SokalanCP5是巴斯夫公司马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物原料的商品牌号,GP 4503陶氏公司有机硅消泡剂原料的商品牌号。
实施例6~10的配制工艺步骤如下:
①流变改性剂组合物A的制备:
1)开启包衣机加热设备,控制包衣机温度在40度,向包衣机中倒入目标量的无水柠檬酸;
2)向液体加料器中加入目标量的Dehypon GRA,开启包衣机的搅拌设备,包衣机开始转动后,并通过高压枪缓慢喷洒Dehypon GRA,边加热、边转动、边喷洒液体;
3)仔细观察包衣机内部的粉料状态,液体均匀附着在粉体表面,呈现光泽表面时,加入目标量的白炭黑,继续加热搅拌,待流变性调节助剂均匀附着后,关闭加热设备,将以上混合物料倒出到临时中转桶中。
②洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物的制备:
1)在混料机中加入目标量的流变改性剂组合物A;
2)投入柠檬酸钠、Acusol 445NG,搅拌均匀;

机体清洗剂清洗洗碗机性能评价方法:
1实验目的
测试洗碗机机体清洗剂(洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物)对钙垢和油垢的清除能力。
2仪器与试剂
美的洗碗机台式(WQP8-3801-CN)
3实验方法
3.1钙垢制备过程
分别称取5g碳酸钠、3.7g硫酸镁和5g氯化钙,分别倒入洗碗机内,洗碗机内放置4个玻璃杯,开启洗碗机-玻璃洗模式,洗涤结束后,重新称取粉体进行洗涤,重复3次,待冷却以备用。
3.2实验条件
洗碗机洗涤模式:玻璃洗
洗涤次数:1次
餐具种类:透明玻璃杯4个
3.3实验过程
将20g洗涤剂加入制备好钙垢的洗碗机专用样品槽,加入填充油污20克(填充油污按照GB 9985-2000B2.4的方法进行污垢配制)于洗碗机底部,开启美的洗碗机-玻璃洗模式,洗涤结束后,待冷却后观察清洗效果。
4实验结果判定
通过肉眼观察的方式对洗碗剂内部的油垢和钙垢的污渍状态进行评分,分别从钙垢表现和油垢表现来进行打分:钙垢完全清洗干净记为5分,有些许的钙垢残留记为4分,有较多的钙垢残留记为3分,有大量钙垢记为2分、有严重钙垢记为1分,钙垢没有变化记为0分;油垢完全清洗干净记为5分,有点滴的油渍记为4分,有轻微的油膜记为3分,有明显油渍记为2分、有大量油污为1分,有严重油渍记为0分。
机体洗涤剂固体组合物的流动性性能评价
将机体洗涤剂固体组合物50克放置于250ml的PET瓶中,敞口放置于75%RH,45℃条件下,放置24小时,取出观察,倾斜瓶体,观察瓶体中粉料的状态,通过肉眼观察打分的方式进行评价。同时,测定各实施例的含水率。产品流动性很好,无结块、无结团,记为5分,产品流动性好,但有轻微结块,结团现象记为4分,产品流动性受影响,流动速度有变慢,有明显结块记为3分,产品需要人为抖动,晃动,才可以帮助流动,有严重结块,结团现象记为2分,产品无流动性,即使通过认为晃动也是成坨,记为1分。
洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物的清洁性能以及流动性的测试结果见表3。

注:目前市场上还没有本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物设计的产品形式(固体颗粒20-80目),市售产品主要以液体形态或者片剂产品存在,因此本实验所用的市售产品1不涉及到流动性评价。
需要说明的是,市售产品1为片剂形态,主要成分含有纯碱、过碳酸钠、柠檬酸,碳酸氢钠,AEO9等。
对比例1的具体组成与实施例1相同,但对比例1的流变改性剂组合物A未进行包衣,具体制备工艺如下:
1)在混料机中加入目标量的无水柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠;
2)接着投入目标量的Acusol 445NG,Dehypon GRA和适量白炭黑,搅拌均匀;
4)向配料锅中投入零水偏硅酸钠、PE 6400,搅拌均匀;
5)继续对配料锅中的物料进行充分的搅拌,将混合均匀的物料过筛(20-80目),经检验合格和进行包装。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详细描述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
以上所述,为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,其特征在于,按重量百分数计,包括以下组分:
0.2-99.0%流变改性剂组合物A;
1-60.0%填充剂;
0.2-10.0%抗再沉积助剂;
0.1-5.0%缓蚀剂;
0.1-3.0%消泡剂;
所述流变改性剂组合物A由以下组分构成:按洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物的总重量计,含有10.0-90.0%酸性清洗剂;0.2-20.0%去污乳化剂以及0.01-10.0%流变性调节助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,其特征在于,所述流变改性剂组合物A由以下方法制得:
1)开启包衣机加热设备,控制包衣机温度在35-45℃,按比例,向包衣机中倒入酸性清洗剂;
2)向液体加料器中加入去污乳化剂,开启包衣机的搅拌设备,包衣机开始转动后,并通过高压枪缓慢喷洒去污乳化剂,边加热、边转动、边喷洒液体,形成固体颗粒;
3)待固体颗粒表面呈现光泽表面时,加入流变性调节助剂,继续加热搅拌,待流变性调节助剂均匀附着于粉体表面后,即制得所述流变改性剂组合物A。
3.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,其特征在于,所述酸性清洗剂选自柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨基磺酸、羟基乙酸、草酸、乙二胺四乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂体固体组合物,其特征在于,所述去污乳化剂选自阴离子表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂,其中,所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、改性脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、脂肪醇eo-po嵌段聚合物中的至少一种;所述阴离子表面活性剂选自颗粒状的MES、AOS、十二烷基磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,其特征在于,所述流变性调节助剂选自硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、白炭黑、4A沸石、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、黄血盐、淀粉、石蜡、蜂蜡中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积助剂选自马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸聚合物、磺化聚合物、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂选自零水偏硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,其特征在于,所述填充剂选自颗粒状的硫酸钠和/或柠檬酸钠。
9.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂、eo-po嵌段聚合物、烷基聚亚烷基乙二醇醚、颗粒状的脂肪酸中的至少一种。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂固体组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按比例,在混料机中加入流变改性剂组合物A;
2)向1)中投入填充剂、抗再沉积助剂,搅拌均匀;
3)向2)中投入缓蚀剂、消泡剂,搅拌均匀;
4)继续对3)中的物料进行充分的搅拌,保证无结皮结团现象,将混合均匀的物料过20-80目筛,经检验合格和进行包装。
