技术领域
本发明属于清洁用品技术领域,特别涉及一种具有清洁、除菌、快速崩解的地板清洁泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
对于地板清洁泡腾片的功效,需要去除地板上的污渍和杀灭细菌的性能。通常可选用的清洁成分包括表面活性剂、活性酶、助洗剂等,可选用的除菌成分包括阳离子表面活性剂(季铵盐、双胍类等)、银离子、二氯异氰尿酸钠、过碳酸盐等。由于阳离子表面活性剂不能跟阴离子表面活性剂清洁成分兼容,除菌效果差;银离子原料通常是水溶液形式,不适合制备成泡腾片,少量粉状的银离子原料,由于其添加量很低,在混料生产过程中不易均匀分布,导致除菌功效时好时坏,除菌结果波动很大;二氯异氰尿酸钠虽然杀菌效果好,但是腐蚀性强,且有刺鼻性气味,不适合用在地板表面清洁;过碳酸盐是一种安全高效的除菌成分,还具有漂白作用,能去除地板上的有色污渍。
考虑到地板清洁泡腾片是片状固体物,尽量选用粉末或小颗粒的洗涤剂原料为主,且不能选用含水量高的原料。

步骤(2)、按各组分的用量配方分别称取各种组分原料,填充物和碱性崩解剂加入混合搅拌机中搅拌混匀;搅拌状态下,用泵匀速喷淋各液体组分原料至搅拌机中混合均匀;
步骤(3)、将其余各组分原料依次加入混合搅拌机中,启动搅拌机,各组分原料搅拌均匀;
步骤(4)、搅拌后的混合物料放入压片机中进行压片,得到地板清洁泡腾片成品。

本发明的第一种地板清洁泡腾片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤11、生产车间的环境条件,控制温度在20±1℃,湿度为30%以下。按各组分的用量配方分别称取各种组分原料,其中,18.0%的柠檬酸、18.0%的L-酒石酸、5.0%的碳酸钠、25.0%的碳酸氢钠、1.0%的十二烷基硫酸钠、2.0%的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、1.0%的脂肪醇EO/PO聚醚、1.5%的交联聚维酮XL-10、3.0%的聚维酮K30、1.0%的PEG6000、0.3%的蛋白酶、8.0%的尿素、10.0%的过碳酸钠、2.0%的TAED、0.8%的滑石粉、0.2%的酒精、3.2%的硫酸钠。
步骤12、各组分中的固体组分经过干燥,水分含量<5%,并过30目的筛,收集过筛物。将碱性崩解剂:碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠加入混合搅拌机中搅拌混匀。搅拌状态下,用泵匀速依次喷淋柠檬酸、L-酒石酸、脂肪醇EO/PO聚醚、交联聚维酮XL-10、聚维酮K30、酒精、PEG6000等各液体组分原料至搅拌机中混合均匀。
步骤13、将十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、蛋白酶、尿素、过碳酸钠、TAED、滑石粉、硫酸钠等其余各组分原料依次加入混合搅拌机中,启动搅拌机,各组分原料搅拌均匀。
步骤14、搅拌后的混合物料放入压片机中进行压片,得到地板清洁泡腾片成品。
实施例2
本发明的第二种地板清洁泡腾片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤21、生产车间的环境条件,控制温度在20±1℃,湿度为30%以下。按各组分的用量配方分别称取各种组分原料,其中,118.0%的柠檬酸、12.0%的L-酒石酸、3.0%的碳酸钠、22.0%的碳酸氢钠、1.0%的十二烷基硫酸钠、4.0%的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、1.0%的交联聚维酮XL-10、4.0%的PEG6000、0.3%的蛋白酶、10.0%的尿素、15.0%的过碳酸钠、2.0%的TAED、0.5%的滑石粉、0.5%的酒精、6.7%的硫酸钠。
步骤22、各组分中的固体组分经过干燥,水分含量<5%,并过30目的筛,收集过筛物。将碱性崩解剂:碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠加入混合搅拌机中搅拌混匀。搅拌状态下,用泵匀速依次喷淋柠檬酸、L-酒石酸、交联聚维酮XL-10、酒精、PEG6000等各液体组分原料至搅拌机中混合均匀。
步骤23、将十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、蛋白酶、尿素、过碳酸钠、TAED、滑石粉、硫酸钠等其余各组分原料依次加入混合搅拌机中,启动搅拌机,各组分原料搅拌均匀。
步骤24、搅拌后的混合物料放入压片机中进行压片,得到地板清洁泡腾片成品。
实施例3
本发明的第三种地板清洁泡腾片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤31、生产车间的环境条件,控制温度在20±1℃,湿度为30%以下。按各组分的用量配方分别称取各种组分原料,其中,20.0%的柠檬酸、28.0%的L-酒石酸、4.0%的碳酸钠、25.0%的碳酸氢钠、3.0%的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、1.0%的脂肪酸盐(皂粉)、1.3%的交联聚维酮XL-10、3.0%的聚维酮K30、0.3%的蛋白酶、5.0%的尿素、7.0%的过碳酸钠、1.0%的TAED、1.0%的滑石粉、0.1%的酒精、0.3%的硫酸钠。
步骤32、各组分中的固体组分经过干燥,水分含量<5%,并过30目的筛,收集过筛物。将碱性崩解剂:碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠加入混合搅拌机中搅拌混匀。搅拌状态下,用泵匀速依次喷淋柠檬酸、L-酒石酸、交联聚维酮XL-10、酒精、PEG6000等各液体组分原料至搅拌机中混合均匀。
步骤33、将脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、脂肪酸盐(皂粉)、蛋白酶、尿素、过碳酸钠、TAED、滑石粉、硫酸钠等其余各组分原料依次加入混合搅拌机中,启动搅拌机,各组分原料搅拌均匀。
步骤34、搅拌后的混合物料放入压片机中进行压片,得到地板清洁泡腾片成品。
对比例1
本发明的第一种对比例,该对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于,用柠檬酸全部替代L-酒石酸,其它成分和含量不变。
对比例2
本发明的第二种对比例,该对比例与实施例2的区别仅在于,用L-酒石酸全部替代柠檬酸,其它成分和含量不变。
对比例3
本发明的第三种对比例,该对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于,不加尿素、过碳酸钠和TAED,其它成分和含量不变。
对比例4
本发明的第四种对比例,该对比例与对比例3的区别仅在于,降低酸碱崩解剂(柠檬酸、酒石酸、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠)的含量,其它成分和含量不变。
将上述各实施例1~3以及对比例1~4的组分归纳到下表1中,

将实施例1~3以及对比例1~4制备得到的地板清洁泡腾片成品分别进行对比测试。
一、测试项目及方法
测试项目一、崩解时间测试。测试方法是:控制水温在25±1℃左右,把1个泡腾片(15g/片)置于1L的自来水中,应立即有许多气泡放出,当泡腾片或碎片周围对的气体停止逸出时,泡腾片应完全溶解或分散在水中,无聚集的颗粒剩留,目测并记录整个溶解过程的时间。
测试项目二、粘冲性能测试。测试方法是:待压片机工艺参数稳定后,目测压片过程中,模具表面是否占有固体,泡腾片表面是否光滑,模具表面占有的固体越多,泡腾片表面越不光滑,说明粘冲越严重,其性能越差。
测试项目三、硬度测试。测试方法是:采用YPD-200C型片剂硬度仪测试片剂的硬度,重复3次,取平均值。
测试项目四、抑菌性能测试。测试方法是:按QB/T 2738的要求,用悬液法测试,测试条件:1%浓度、作用20min、对大肠、金葡和白念的抑菌率。
测试项目五、加速稳定性测试。测试方法是:把泡腾片放置在45℃的烘箱中保存,经过1个月后取出。
二、测试结果
1、崩解时间测试结果,如下表2所示。

从上表可以看出,3个实施例,以及对比例1、对比例2、对比例3的崩解时间均较短(5min内完成崩解),对比例4的崩解时间久。原因分析:酸崩解剂(柠檬酸、酒石酸)和碱崩解剂(碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠)的含量越低,生成的二氧化碳的量就越少,崩解过程中反应不剧烈,导致崩解时间长。
2、粘冲性能测试结果,如下表3所示。

从上表可以看出,3个实施例和3个对比例都不粘冲,只有对比例1易粘冲。原因是:在该配方体系中,柠檬酸含量过高,在生产时极易吸湿,粉体流动性差,导致水分含量高,易沾粘在磨具的冲头上,泡腾片表面不光滑。
3、硬度和加速稳定性测试结果,如下表4所示。

从上表可以看出,3个实施例和4个对比例对比,初始硬度均在13.5~15.5kg之间,但是经加速稳定性(45℃1个月)后的硬度有明显区别,其中:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3中,硬度不断增加,但4个对比例的硬度不断降低。硬度越低说明其稳定性越差,最终可能会导致泡腾片易碎成粉体。
泡腾片的各成分中,粘合剂和表面活性剂等能增加各组分间的粘结力,有利于增加硬度,提高泡腾片的稳定性,能防止在存储时崩塌成粉,但是它们会降低泡腾片在水中崩解速度,导致崩解时间长。交联聚维酮XL-10、酸崩解剂、碱崩解剂、过碳酸盐有利于片在水中的崩解,但是其存储时的稳定性差,尤其是当空气中含有水分,空气湿度越高,泡腾片就越不稳定,导致片易崩塌。性能优先的泡腾片,配方中各种原料保持一定的相互平衡,既能达到在水中崩解速度快,又能达到在存储时稳定性好的目标。
对比例1中,由于柠檬酸具有很强的吸湿性,在稳定性存储过程中,柠檬酸会吸湿空气中的水分,柠檬酸含量越高吸湿性越强,打破了配方中各原料间的稳定性平衡,比如泡腾片中交联聚维酮XL-10易膨胀加速体积变大,酸碱崩解剂发生反应,过碳酸钠加速分解,最终导致硬度变小,稳定性变差。
对比例2中,虽然酒石酸不具有吸湿性,但是其粘合性差,当酒石酸含量增大超过临界点时,配方中的粘合剂、表面活性剂等成分无法把各组分粘结起来,导致存储时易松片,硬度降低,稳定性变差。
尿素虽然有吸湿性,但吸湿后易结块防止松片,能增加硬度,促进泡腾片更稳定。反之,对比例3、对比例4中不含尿素,泡腾片的硬度下降,稳定性变差。
4、抑菌性能测试结果,如下表5所示。

从上表可以看出,3个实施例和对比例1和2中,对大肠和金葡的抑菌率都能达到99%,但对比例3和4没有抑菌效果,原因是配方中没有过碳酸盐除菌剂。
因此,本发明的地板清洁泡腾片具有清洁、除菌、快速崩解、稳定性好等特点。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种地板清洁泡腾片,其特征在于,其组分包括:柠檬酸:12~30%、L-酒石酸:12~30%、碱性崩解剂:20~50%、表面活性剂:0.5~10%、粘合剂:1~10%、滑石粉:0.1~2%、尿素:5~20%、交联聚维酮XL-10:0.1~5%、除菌剂:0.1~20%、溶剂:0~1%、其它助剂:0~10%、填充物:余量至100%,所述柠檬酸和L-酒石酸的总质量占比为30~50%,且柠檬酸:L-酒石酸=2:3~3:2,所述碱性崩解剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾中的至少一种,所述表面活性剂为粉状表面活性剂和液体表面活性剂,所述粉状表面活性剂为粉状十二烷基硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸盐(皂粉)、脂肪醇EO/PO聚醚嵌段共聚物中任意一种,所述液状表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚醚或异构醇醚,所述粘合剂为PEG4000、PEG6000、PEG8000、聚维酮K30中至少一种,所述除菌剂均为粉末或颗粒物,为过碳酸钠或过硼酸钠,所述溶剂为酒精、丙二醇、甘油中至少一种,所述助剂为活化剂TAED、酶制剂、香精、色素中至少一种,所述填充物为硫酸钠、氯化钠、柠檬酸钠中至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的地板清洁泡腾片,其特征在于,其组分包括:18.0%的柠檬酸、18.0%的L-酒石酸、5.0%的碳酸钠、25.0%的碳酸氢钠、1.0%的十二烷基硫酸钠、2.0%的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、1.0%的脂肪醇EO/PO聚醚、1.5%的交联聚维酮XL-10、3.0%的聚维酮K30、1.0%的PEG6000、0.3%的蛋白酶、8.0%的尿素、10.0%的过碳酸钠、2.0%的TAED、0.8%的滑石粉、0.2%的酒精、3.2%的硫酸钠。
3.如权利要求1所述的地板清洁泡腾片,其特征在于,其组分包括:18.0%的柠檬酸、12.0%的L-酒石酸、3.0%的碳酸钠、22.0%的碳酸氢钠、1.0%的十二烷基硫酸钠、4.0%的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、1.0%的交联聚维酮XL-10、4.0%的PEG6000、0.3%的蛋白酶、10.0%的尿素、15.0%的过碳酸钠、2.0%的TAED、0.5%的滑石粉、0.5%的酒精、6.7%的硫酸钠。
4.如权利要求1所述的地板清洁泡腾片,其特征在于,其组分包括:20.0%的柠檬酸、28.0%的L-酒石酸、4.0%的碳酸钠、25.0%的碳酸氢钠、3.0%的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠MES、1.0%的脂肪酸盐(皂粉)、1.3%的交联聚维酮XL-10、3.0%的聚维酮K30、0.3%的蛋白酶、5.0%的尿素、7.0%的过碳酸钠、1.0%的TAED、1.0%的滑石粉、0.1%的酒精、0.3%的硫酸钠。
5.一种如权利要求1至4中任意一种所述的地板清洁泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、各组分中的固体组分经过干燥,水分含量<5%,并过30目的筛,收集过筛物;
步骤(2)、按各组分的用量配方分别称取各种组分原料,填充物和碱性崩解剂加入混合搅拌机中搅拌混匀;搅拌状态下,用泵匀速喷淋各液体组分原料至搅拌机中混合均匀;
步骤(3)、将其余各组分原料依次加入混合搅拌机中,启动搅拌机,各组分原料搅拌均匀;
步骤(4)、搅拌后的混合物料放入压片机中进行压片,得到地板清洁泡腾片成品。
6.如权利要求5所述的地板清洁泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于,制备地板清洁泡腾片的环境条件为:温度在20~25℃,湿度<60%。
