背景技术

改善清洁性是洗衣液制造商恒久不变的目标。日常生活中,经常会遇到亲油性的污垢,如食用油、机油、人体分泌的皮脂污垢,另外还有天然无机亲水污垢,除偶尔有土壤中的污垢外,大都是大气中漂浮的尘埃,在任何地区,任何情况下都有较多的硅、铝、铁、钙、锰。这些天然颗粒亲水污垢和亲油污垢混合在一起形成乳化体系附着在织物上,这一类顽固污渍很难去除。尽管使用了许多有效的表面活性剂、合成聚合物以及它们的组合,但是许多基于表面活性剂的产品仍无法实现染污对象的完全清洁。传统的洗涤剂依靠表面活性剂的增溶、润湿作用能够去除一部分的污垢,但是不能达到令人满意的效果。
除了去污以外,为了进行有效的清洁,还重要的是,使污垢或污渍物质在从表面上去除之后,在洗涤处理过程期间不再次沉积到表面上。目前,已经发现某些聚合物可以实现该功能,通过这些聚合物与表面活性剂协同作用,从而达到令人满意的去除污垢效果,并能够把洗脱下来的污垢悬浮于洗涤溶液中防止污垢再次沉积到织物的表面。
日常衣物、纺织品的清洁一直是人们关注的焦点,通常衣物的清洁不仅包括去掉油污灰尘等可见污垢,还应除去对人体有害的细菌。而传统的洗衣液多具有去除可见污垢的功能,但是并不具有抑菌杀菌的功能。因此,有提供抗菌性能的洗衣液的需求。
中国专利文献CN105567454A公开了一种抗菌洗衣液,其含有包含纳米银和天然植物源抗菌剂的复合抗菌剂,天然植物源抗菌剂为芦荟提取物和柠檬提取物,但是,由于芦荟提取物和柠檬提取物的稳定性不佳,很大程度上限制了其应用。CN106798716A公开了一种无色、透明、抗色变、稳定性强的免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液。其主要配方是润肤保湿剂0.2%~10%,皮肤滋润剂0.1%~3%,纳米银0.0005%~0.1%,水加至100%。其中纳米银以纳米银溶胶分散液的形式添加,添加量按照银元素的重量百分比进行计算,最终的纳米银抗菌保湿润肤水中,银元素的重量百分比占0.0005%~0.1%,纳米银为纳米银单质胶体分散液或者是纳米银离子胶体分散液。
中国专利文献CN102860923B公开了一种纳米银抑菌洗手液,其以去离子水为载体,将纳米银、表面活性剂、保湿剂、增色剂以及调味剂溶解于去离子水中制成。其中,所述纳米银、表面活性剂、保湿剂、增色剂、调味剂和去离子水的重量百分比分别为:纳米银:0.0003%,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)2.0%、十二烷基磺酸钠(LAS)18.0%以及椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺(6501)8%,甘油1%,珠光剂1%,苹果绿0.01%,香精0.6%,余量为去离子水。但是,CN106798716A、CN102860923B涉及洗手液,其配方并不适于用于洗衣液。
中国专利文献CN109370799A公开了一种具有抗菌性能的洗衣液,该洗衣液包含银纳米粒子和表面活性剂,银纳米粒子占洗衣液总重量的百分比为0.1-1.0%,表面活性剂重量占洗衣液总重量的百分比为13.0-30.0%,表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的混合物。其中阴离子表面活性剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠和脂肪酸钾组成,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠和脂肪,非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。该发明的洗衣液具有净洗、易漂洗、抗菌、抗静电、柔顺、护色力强、对环境友好的有益效果。
然而市场上仍需要有新的具有抗菌性能的洗衣液,为此,发明人付出了创造性劳动,研发一种新的洗衣液。

S1.在反应釜中加入去离子水,加入丙二醇、烷醇聚醚硫酸钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、支链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、4-甲酰基苯基硼酸、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、氨基改性有机硅和乙二胺四乙酸,转速200-300r/min,搅拌20-30min,充分搅拌分散;
S2.加入生物质石墨烯,转速2500-3000r/min,搅拌30-40min,将生物质石墨烯充分分散;
S3.加入纤维素酶,艾草精油、牛油果树果提取物,转速200-300r/min,搅拌30-40min,充分搅拌分散;
S4.加入酸碱调节剂调节pH为6-8,保持转速200-300r/min,加入氯化钠调节粘度,搅拌20-30min后,再加入苯氧乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀,得到石墨烯抑菌去渍洗衣液。

试验测试:
试验1
根据《QB/T1224-2012衣料用液体洗涤剂》和《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》制备标准液和标准污布。根据《QB/T1224-2012衣料用液体洗涤剂》和《浓缩液体洗涤剂标志产品技术规范》去污力测试中标准洗衣液的试验浓度均为0.2%,样品的试验浓度为(0.2/n)%,n=样品活性物%/15%。洗涤温度为标准温度30℃。测试结果见表1。

试验2
参照QB/T 2738-2012《日化产品抗菌和抑菌效果的评价方法》进行,作用浓度1:100,作用时间20分钟,测试实施例1-3和对比例1所有样品对金黄色葡萄糖菌和大肠杆菌抑菌率,试验结果参见表2所示。

Claims (4)

1.一种石墨烯抑菌去渍洗衣液,其特征在于,由如下重量份的组分组成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯抑菌去渍洗衣液,其特征在于,所述酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸、氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠的水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯抑菌去渍洗衣液,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠采用活性物含量为80%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一所述的石墨烯抑菌去渍洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.在反应釜中加入去离子水,加入丙二醇、烷醇聚醚硫酸钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、支链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、4-甲酰基苯基硼酸、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、氨基改性有机硅和乙二胺四乙酸,转速200-300r/min,搅拌20-30min,充分搅拌分散;
S2.加入生物质石墨烯,转速2500-3000r/min,搅拌30-40min,将生物质石墨烯充分分散;
S3.加入纤维素酶,艾草精油、牛油果树果提取物,转速200-300r/min,搅拌30-40min,充分搅拌分散;
S4.加入酸碱调节剂调节pH为6-8,保持转速200-300r/min,加入氯化钠调节粘度,搅拌20-30min后,再加入苯氧乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀,得到石墨烯抑菌去渍洗衣液。
