随着人们生活水平的提高,妈妈们的消费意识不断进步;针对宝宝肌肤,婴童行业所研发的婴幼儿产品也层出不穷,面对近年来不断新发的传染病,妈妈们对宝宝的保护意识也逐渐增强,因此当宝宝即将临盆时,提前选购婴幼儿专用产品都被视为是必要的行为之一。宝宝出生后,衣物是宝宝沾染细菌的重要途径之一,成人活动范围广,衣物上的细菌可谓“百花齐放”,成人的免疫能力和抵御能力都比较强,但宝宝皮肤稚嫩,抵抗力差,容易受到异物的刺激,因此宝宝衣物的清洗不但要单独洗,还建议使用婴幼儿专用的洗涤剂,此类产品采用特殊的配方,同时该类产品易漂洗不会造成残留而伤害宝宝皮肤,影响宝宝健康,还能对宝宝衣物起到柔软柔顺的作用,以保证婴幼儿皮肤呼吸顺畅,可有效防止红疹、湿疹、褥疮等皮肤问题的产生,宝宝衣物上通常存在大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、沙门氏菌和肺炎链球菌。大肠杆菌通常存在于长期搁置的水或者未熟透的食物中,宝宝四处摸爬打滚也极易使衣物上沾染此细菌;金黄色葡萄球菌广泛存于空气、水、灰尘及各种排泄物中,宝宝经常食用的鱼肉蛋奶及其制品最易布满该菌,通常沾染该细菌最易造成上呼吸道感染从而影响宝宝食欲,进而影响宝宝身体健康;白色念珠菌常活跃于公共场所的座位、洗手间,此类细菌易使真皮感染,造成皮肤溃烂;沙门氏菌通常在宝宝们触摸动物的时候侵袭,肉类制品尤其是不良厂商用病死的牲畜制成的肉制品也是该类细菌的温床;上了幼儿园的小朋友经常会由于旁人的咳嗽、打喷嚏和说话从口鼻的飞沫而感染肺炎链球菌,继而引发更严重的疾病,极其影响宝宝身心健康。因此温和安全且高效方便的抑菌洗涤产品不断成为宝宝和妈妈们的生活必需品之一,该类产品具有可靠的使用安全性。

本发明的目的在于提供一种含胶态银的婴幼儿抑菌洗衣液,它含有的抑菌组分为胶态银:对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌具有较好抑制作用乃至更多的不同细菌种类均有一定抑制作用的抑菌成分,此外,它还包括一种对细菌繁殖体具有较强抑制作用的植物抑菌剂,也包括适量的柔软剂、润肤剂、保湿剂、螯合剂、配方助剂和芳香剂等,胶态银对细菌的抑制作用具有独特的优势,细菌难以对胶态银产生耐药性,我们发现本发明不仅性质温和、低刺激,而且还具有适合的酸碱值和耐寒耐热耐光稳定性,易洗净、高效抑菌等性能。
优选的技术方案的详细描述
本发明的第一种成分是对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌具有较好抑制作用乃至更多的不同细菌种类均有一定抑制作用的抑菌成分,该成分优选胶态银。胶态银抗菌剂是一种银离子和纳米银单质共混体系的抗菌剂,主要以纳米银单质的形式存在。银的离子以及化合物对某些细菌、病毒、藻类以及真菌显现出毒性,但对人体却几乎是完全无害的。在自然界中,银离子抗菌活性在所有的金属离子中居于最高,而且无色无味。根据日本科学家研究:当溶液中银离子浓度到达0.05ppm时,其对大部分的细菌或病毒几乎完全灭杀,而且浓度为0.01ppm就可以杀死大肠杆菌。银离子直接进入菌体与氧代谢酶(-SH)结合,使菌体窒息而死的独特作用机制,可杀死与其接触的大多数细菌、真菌、霉菌、孢子等微生物。独特的杀菌机理,使得纳米银颗粒在低浓度就可迅速杀死致病菌。经国内八大权威机构研究发现:其对耐药病原菌如耐药大肠杆菌、耐药金葡萄球菌、耐药绿脓杆菌、化脓链球菌、耐药肠球菌,厌氧菌等有全面的抗菌活性;对烧烫伤及创伤表面常见的细菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌及其它G+、G-性致病菌都有杀菌作用;对沙眼衣原体、引起性传播性疾病的淋球菌也有强大的杀菌作用。
本发明还包括一种对细菌繁殖体具有较强抑制作用的植物抑菌剂,优选的化学抑菌剂为库拉索芦荟提取物。库拉索提取物含有大量的营养物质,因此具有营养保湿、防晒、杭炎、美发护发等功效,同时,它对软化皮肤、收敛、防治粉刺、防止皮肤粗糙、消炎止痒、保持皮肤细嫩白洁等都有显著功效。同时库拉索芦荟提取物还含有芦荟酊,芦荟酊是抗菌性很强的物质,能杀灭真菌、霉菌、细菌、病毒等病菌,抑制和消灭病原体的发育繁殖。如乳木果提取物,乳木果广泛分布于非洲几内亚等地,蕴含丰富的非皂化成分,易于人体吸收,能防止干燥开裂,进一步恢复并保持肌肤的自然弹性。同时还能起到消炎作用。乳木果提取物含有大量的不皂化脂质,可为肌肤提供丰富的维他命A、D、E、F等,给肌肤补充足够的营养成分,更能够有效帮助细胞更生促进微血管循环。
在本发明在保证清洁力的基础上添加的胶态银抑菌成分能大大降低婴幼儿因气候、环境等带来的刺激性物质在衣物上停留而引起的炎症、过敏等症状,减小宝宝生病的几率,保护了婴幼儿的身心健康,呵护了婴幼儿的娇嫩肌肤,同时添加润肤剂和保湿剂,旨在为妈妈们的双手在洗涤衣物时保驾护航。

抑菌率测试
本发明的抑菌率测试严格参照QB/T 2850-2007进行,3个实施例的测试结果见图2。
由图1、图2可知,本发明一种含胶态银的婴幼儿洗衣液符合国家及行业相关标准,且实施例3优于实施例1、2,可见胶态银抑菌性随着添加量增长而增长,且与植物抑菌剂复配使用时,植物抑菌剂和化学抑菌就各自的使用量还可减少使用,植物抑菌剂的添加量降低可以减少生产成本,而胶态银的添加量降低可以减少对环境的污染而且更可免去物质残留对宝宝肌肤的伤害,因此本发明优选实施例3。具体的生产工艺为:
1.在搅拌锅中抽入水和月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠后开启搅拌,搅拌溶解混合均匀后逐一加入其余物料,加入每一原料之前应将上一原料搅拌溶解混合均匀。
皮肤刺激性测试
具体方法和结果如下:
受试物:本试验中受试物为一种含有多种植物抑菌成分的婴幼儿洗衣液,未经溶解未经稀释。
实验动物和饲养环境:
本试验中所使用的试验动物为成年、健康、皮肤无损伤的豚鼠体重(250~300g),雌性和雄性均可,但雌性动物应是未孕和未曾产仔的。试验动物至少要用4只,如要澄清某些可疑的反应则需增加试验动物数。试验动物应单笼饲养,试验前动物要在试验动物房环境(实验室温度:20~24℃,相对湿度60~70%)中至少适应3d时间。试验动物及试验动物房应符合国家相应规定。选用常规饲料,饮水不限制。
多次皮肤刺激性试验步骤:
1试验前将试验动物背部脊柱两侧被毛剪掉,去毛范围各为3cm×3cm,涂抹面积2.5cm×2.5cm。
2取洗衣液约0.5g涂抹在一侧皮肤上,另一侧不涂抹作为空白对照。每天涂抹1次,连续涂抹14d。从第二天开始,每次涂抹前应剪毛,用水或无刺激性溶剂清除残留受试物。一小时后观察结果,按图3评分,对照区和试验区同样处理。
结果评价:按下列公式计算每天每只动物平均积分,以图4判定皮肤刺激强度。试验结果见表3。
