Abstract

本发明涉及女士内裤抗菌去味贴及其制备方法,所述抗菌去味贴使用由纳米锌复合抗菌材料、茶多酚、拧蒙酸、亲水剂、丝肽、小分子水制成的溶液对卫生贴进行处理来制备。本发明的女士内裤抗菌去味贴能够对真菌和细菌起到有效的抑制作用且无毒副作用,不会引起皮肤过敏或不适等症状,长时间使用无异味,能够实现长效抑菌的性能,并且成本较低、用途更广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种女士内裤抗菌去味贴,更特别地,本发明涉及一种纳米锌女士内裤抗菌去味贴及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着大众生活水平的提高,具备较强消费能力的女性人群越来越注重生活品质,对于贴身衣物的选择,从开始的盲目崇拜品,到注重产品本身的特性和品质。女性内裤理性的消费者,开始讲究其产品本身的面料、品质等等。因女性的独特的生理结构,女性私处易被细菌感染,严重危害身心健康,女性内裤作为一道防线,用来抵抗外来病菌的侵袭,外来细菌成为很多女性关注的重点。女士抗菌内裤的发展在经历了有机抗菌整理剂到无机抗菌材料,再到银离子抗菌剂,以及近几年比较流行的纳米银抗菌材料,性能在不断提升,更注重产品安全性,发展到今天,新一代抗菌材料纳米锌复合抗菌材料,具有安全、广谱、高效、无耐药性、水洗牢度好、抗菌效果好等特性,是目前领先国际水平的新型抗菌材料,是新抗菌领域的新突破。而本申请发明人新研制的女士内裤抗菌去味贴是纳米锌复合抗菌材料与特制的卫生贴相结合的新一代专为女性设计的科技卫生产品,将为广大女性消费者带来福音并为抵抗病菌侵袭构筑新的防线。
发明内容
本发明的纳米锌女士内裤抗菌去味贴无毒无害且制备方法简单,可用于护理和改善肌肤,长期穿着具有抑制细菌滋生祛除异味之功效。
在第一方面中,本发明涉及女士内裤抗菌去味贴的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取纳米锌复合锌抗菌材料,溶于部分小分子水中,形成A溶液;
(2)依次称取茶多酚、柠檬酸、亲水剂、丝肽,加入到剩余部分的小分子水中,在室温条件下搅拌10min~20min至混合均匀,形成B溶液;
(3)将A溶液加入到B溶液中,混合均匀,制得C溶液;
(4)将C溶液倒入雾化喷洒设备中,然后在卫生贴雾化喷洒工艺阶段喷洒至卫生贴上;
(5)设定烘干温度为90-100℃,对喷洒C溶液的卫生贴进行烘干处理,其后获得女士内裤抗菌去味贴;
其中,纳米锌复合抗菌材料为1-50g/L,茶多酚为1-40g/L,柠檬酸为0.1-30g/L,亲水剂为1-50g/L,丝肽为0.1-30g/L。
在优选的实施方式中,纳米锌复合抗菌材料为5-30g/L,茶多酚为2-10g/L,柠檬酸为1-5g/L,亲水剂为2-10g/L,丝肽为0.2-1g/L。
在优选的实施方式中,纳米锌复合抗菌材料为20-30g/L,茶多酚为8-10g/L,柠檬酸为3-5g/L,亲水剂为7-10g/L,丝肽为0.8-1g/L。
在优选的实施方式中,纳米锌复合抗菌材料为30g/L,茶多酚为10g/L,柠檬酸为5g/L,亲水剂为10g/L,丝肽为1g/L。
在优选的实施方式中,所述C溶液配制如下:
(1)称取3g纳米锌复合抗菌材料,溶于47g小分子水中,形成A溶液;
(2)称取1g茶多酚、0.5g柠檬酸、1g亲水剂、0.1g丝肽,边搅拌边加入到47.4g小分子水中,搅拌20min至混合均匀,形成B溶液;
(3)将A溶液加入到B溶液中,混合均匀,制得C溶液。
在优选的实施方式中,C溶液喷洒剂量为卫生贴导流层克重的1/10。
在优选的实施方式中,喷洒处理后的卫生贴导流层带液量为10%。
在优选的实施方式中,10kg C溶液处理100kg卫生贴导流层。
在优选的实施方式中,生产工艺速度为170-175片/min。
在第二方面中,本发明涉及采用如上所述方式制备获得的纳米锌女士内裤抗菌去味贴。
本发明中,茶多酚能够有效清除自由基,预防衰老,预防和缓解动脉硬化,同时具有抗血栓作用,能够抑制或杀灭各种病原体、病菌和病毒。
柠檬酸具有良好杀灭细菌芽孢和祛除尿氨及调整PH值的作用。关于柠檬酸的含量,如果含量过高,会导致酸性太强,不仅影响配方的兼容性而且也会对织物造成损伤;选择本发明范围内的含量,不仅能起到杀灭细菌和祛除尿氨,而且还能很好地调节PH值。
丝肽俗称牛奶蛋白,具有强效持久的保湿能力,能够自然抗皱,促进胶原蛋白的分泌,同时还具有抗UV、抗发炎、痘疱的能力,能够有效改善发炎性伤口。关于丝肽的含量范围,选择本发明范围内的含量能起到很好的保湿、改善发炎性伤口的功效,并且经大量试验证明,能够与纳米锌复合抗菌材料产生协同抗菌作用。
亲水剂例如可以是LCSOFT SF-9,能够提供纤维及织物良好的柔软、润滑手感,同时使纤维织物不易产生黄变现象,并具有极强的亲水性,能明显增强纤维织物的吸水性,而且还具有易溶解性,可任意比例溶解于冷水中。
关于本发明所使用的纳米锌复合抗菌材料,含量过低则抗菌效果达不到要求,含量过高则一方面抗菌效果无法再显著提升,另一方面因溶解度问题也导致其无法均匀分散在体系中,而且还会增加成本。本发明的纳米锌复合抗菌材料及其制备方法例如可以参见中国专利申请CN 201510532442.5,在这里通过参考将其全部内容并入本文。
本发明的去味贴依次包括无纺布导流层、湿强纸、木浆棉芯和防水PE底膜。
具体实施方式
下文将对本发明的实施例进行进一步的描述,其中,各实施例仅为本发明优选的示例性的实施方式,并不意图构成对本发明范围的限定。本领域技术人员可以根据上文的说明以及下文对实施例的描述作出多种不同的改进和变形,其均不会背离本发明的精神和实质。据此,本发明的范围仅意图通过各项权利要求所要求保护的范围来进行限定。
在下文的实施例中,根据GB15979-2002进行抗菌检测。
实施例1-4
采用如下所述的制备方法,根据表1序号1-4所涉及配方配制C溶液,并以此喷洒卫生贴,制备获得纳米锌女士内裤抗菌去味贴,测试抑菌率,抗菌效果如表1所示:
(1)称取纳米锌复合锌抗菌材料,溶于部分小分子水中,形成A溶液;
(2)依次称取茶多酚、柠檬酸、亲水剂、丝肽,加入到剩余部分的小分子水中,在室温条件下搅拌10min~20min至混合均匀,形成B溶液;
(3)将A溶液加入到B溶液中,混合均匀,制得C溶液;
(4)将C溶液倒入雾化喷洒设备中,然后在卫生贴雾化喷洒工艺阶段喷洒至卫生贴上;
(5)设定烘干温度为90-100℃,对喷洒C溶液的卫生贴进行烘干处理,其后获得女士内裤抗菌去味贴。
其中,步骤(1)(2)中所使用的小分子水及搅拌时间的设置可以使相应组分充分混合均匀即可,C溶液喷洒剂量为卫生贴导流层克重的1/10,喷洒处理后的卫生贴导流层带液量为10%。

Claims (10)

1.一种女士内裤抗菌去味贴的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)称取纳米锌复合锌抗菌材料,溶于部分小分子水中,形成A溶液;
(2)依次称取茶多酚、柠檬酸、亲水剂、丝肽,加入到剩余部分的小分子水中,在室温条件下搅拌10min~20min至混合均匀,形成B溶液;
(3)将A溶液加入到B溶液中,混合均匀,制得C溶液;
(4)将C溶液倒入雾化喷洒设备中,然后在卫生贴雾化喷洒工艺阶段喷洒至卫生贴上;
(5)设定烘干温度为90-100℃,对喷洒C溶液的卫生贴进行烘干处理,其后获得女士内裤抗菌去味贴;
其中,纳米锌复合抗菌材料为1-50g/L,茶多酚为1-40g/L,柠檬酸为0.1-30g/L,亲水剂为1-50g/L,丝肽为0.1-30g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:纳米锌复合抗菌材料为5-30g/L,茶多酚为2-10g/L,柠檬酸为1-5g/L,亲水剂为2-10g/L,丝肽为0.2-1g/L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:纳米锌复合抗菌材料为20-30g/L,茶多酚为8-10g/L,柠檬酸为3-5g/L,亲水剂为7-10g/L,丝肽为0.8-1g/L。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:纳米锌复合抗菌材料为30g/L,茶多酚为10g/L,柠檬酸为5g/L,亲水剂为10g/L,丝肽为1g/L。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述C溶液配制如下:
(1)称取3g纳米锌复合抗菌材料,溶于47g小分子水中,形成A溶液;
(2)称取1g茶多酚、0.5g柠檬酸、1g亲水剂、0.1g丝肽,边搅拌边加入到47.4g小分子水中,搅拌20min至混合均匀,形成B溶液;
(3)将A溶液加入到B溶液中,混合均匀,制得C溶液。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:C溶液喷洒剂量为卫生贴导流层克重的1/10。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:喷洒处理后的卫生贴导流层带液量为10%。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:10kg C溶液处理100kg卫生贴导流层。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:生产工艺速度为170-175片/min。
10.一种女士内裤抗菌去味贴,其特征在于:采用根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法制备获得。
