技术领域
本发明涉及席垫技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐候防潮防火多功能席垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
席垫是与人们息息相关的家庭用品,每个人一生有近半时间在席垫上渡过。传统铺设在座椅、沙发、床具特别是汽车司机座位的席垫,由扁条状的带孔的边条、长条、间条按一定规律排列,用丝线穿织而成,材质为木桨纤维、竹、藤等,具有表面平整、透气性好、躺坐舒适、制作简单和成本低廉的优点。
目前市面的席垫产品种类繁多,质量和性能也参差不齐。现有的这些席垫或多或少存在防潮和耐候性能不佳,长时间使用后,容易导致席垫表面出现破损,席垫内部易于吸潮,导致席垫防霉变质后出现损坏现象;不具有阻燃型,在炎热的夏天易于着火等缺陷。
为了解决上述问题,中国发明专利申请CN110565393A公开了一种耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,包括席垫本体,所述席垫本体包括织物层及功能涂层,所述织物层由经线和纬线编织而成;所述功能涂层由以下重量份数的原料组成:65~85份改性聚苯乙烯、15~35份聚碳酸酯、2.4~7.8份功能助剂、0.5~2.5份相容剂、1~5份分散剂、10~50份去离子水、0.8~1.5份无机填料和1.2~2.8份流平剂。该发明的席垫不仅具有耐候防潮防火等多种功能效果,而且所涂覆的功能涂层具有高强度、高韧性、耐冲击等优异的机械性能,提高了席垫的使用寿命和性能稳定性,具有巨大的市场应用前景。然而,其性能稳定性和涂层粘结性能均有待进一步提高。
可见,本领域仍然需要一种性能稳定性佳的耐候防潮防火多功能席垫及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种性能稳定性佳、耐候防潮防火性能足,使用寿命长的耐候防潮防火多功能席垫及其制备方法。
为达到以上目的,本发明提供一种耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,包括席垫主体,设置于席垫主体上表面的第一功能层,设置于席垫主体下表面的第二功能层,以及设置于第二功能层下表面的防滑弹性层;所述第一功能层、第二功能层相互独立地分别由如下按重量份比计的各组分制成:甲基乙烯基硅芴/N-乙烯基咔唑/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物60-80份、2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷3-5份、环氧化天然橡胶10-20份、2,4-二氨基-6-苯基-1,3,5-三嗪3-5份、填料8-15份、分散剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份、溶剂20-30份。
优选的,所述甲基乙烯基硅芴/N-乙烯基咔唑/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将甲基乙烯基硅芴、N-乙烯基咔唑、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、引发剂加入到高沸点溶剂中,在惰性气体氛围,60-70℃下搅拌反应3-5小时,后在水中沉出,并用乙醇洗涤沉出的聚合物3-6次,最后置于真空干燥箱80-90℃下干燥至恒重,得到甲基乙烯基硅芴/N-乙烯基咔唑/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物。
优选的,所述甲基乙烯基硅芴、N-乙烯基咔唑、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、引发剂、高沸点溶剂的质量比为1:(2-3):3:(0.8-1.2):(0.07-0.1):(30-40)。
优选的,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈;所述高沸点溶剂为二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中的至少一种;所述惰性气体为氮气、氦气、氖气、氩气中的任意一种。
优选的,所述环氧化天然橡胶为环氧化天然橡胶ENR25。
优选的,所述填料为浮石粉;所述填料的粒径为1200-1800目;所述分散剂为分散剂BYK163;所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯、消泡剂德谦3100、消泡剂BYK088中的一种或几种;所述溶剂为环己酮、丙二醇甲醚、正丁醇中的任意一种。
优选的,所述防滑弹性层为防火阻燃硅胶布采用现有普通技术制成的防滑垫。
优选的,所述席垫主体是由蔺草、蒲草、竹条、藤子中的任一种加捻而成的纱线编织而成。
优选的,所述第二功能层和防滑弹性层之间通过压敏胶粘结;所述压敏胶为有机硅压敏胶、聚氨酯压敏胶中的任意一种。
本发明的另一个目的,在于提供一种所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、在编织机上进行编织得到席垫主体;
步骤S2、将功能层各组分按重量份混合均匀后,分别涂覆于席垫主体上下表面,烘干后,得到第一功能层和第二功能层;
步骤S3、在第二功能层下表面通过压敏胶粘结防滑弹性层,制得耐候防潮防火多功能席垫。
优选的,步骤S2中所述烘干具体为在70-80℃下干燥2-4小时。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明公开的耐候防潮防火多功能席垫的制备方法,该制备方法工艺简单,操作方便,对设备依赖性小,适合连续规模化生产需求,具有较高的经济价值和社会价值。
(2)本发明公开的耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,功能层中甲基乙烯基硅芴/N-乙烯基咔唑/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物分子结构中同时含有硅芴、咔唑、腈基结构,它们在电子效应、位阻效应和共轭效应等多重作用下,使得制成席垫耐候防潮性能佳,阻燃防火性能优异;其上的环氧基结构能为功能层互穿网络结构的构建提供反应位点,通过环氧基与2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷、2,4-二氨基-6-苯基-1,3,5-三嗪上的氨基发生环氧开环反应,形成三维网络结构,能够有效改善耐候防潮和防火性能,且通过环氧开环反应引入羟基,能提高其与席垫本体的粘结强度,有效延长其使用寿命。
(3)本发明公开的耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,环氧化天然橡胶的引入能增强席垫的弹性,改善坐卧舒适性;2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷和2,4-二氨基-6-苯基-1,3,5-三嗪的加入,在功能层分子结构中同时引入羟基苯基、六氟丙烷和三嗪基,与其它组分协同作用,能有效提高耐候性、阻燃性能,且通过分子结构设计,使得功能层分子结构中疏水基团、亲水基团的合理配置,在不影响粘结强度的同时,有效提高了防潮性能。
(4)本发明公开的耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,填料为浮石粉,添加后不仅能提高功能层的机械强度,还无辐射,具有保健和净化空气之功效;席垫结构中设置有防滑弹性层,提高了席垫使用时的固定。

一种耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,包括席垫主体,设置于席垫主体上表面的第一功能层,设置于席垫主体下表面的第二功能层,以及设置于第二功能层下表面的防滑弹性层;所述第一功能层、第二功能层相互独立地分别由如下按重量份比计的各组分制成:甲基乙烯基硅芴/N-乙烯基咔唑/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物70份、2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷4份、环氧化天然橡胶15份、2,4-二氨基-6-苯基-1,3,5-三嗪4份、填料12份、分散剂2份、消泡剂1.5份、溶剂25份。

分别对本发明各实施例涉及的耐候防潮防火多功能席垫进行相关性能测试,测试结果见表1;测试方法参见中国发明专利申请CN 110565393 A中的测试方法。

从表1可以看出,本发明实施例制成的耐候防潮防火多功能席垫较对比例具有更高的防潮、耐候、防火和耐冲击性,这是各组分协同作用的结果。

Claims (9)
1.一种耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,包括席垫主体,设置于席垫主体上表面的第一功能层,设置于席垫主体下表面的第二功能层,以及设置于第二功能层下表面的防滑弹性层;所述第一功能层、第二功能层相互独立地分别由如下按重量份比计的各组分制成:甲基乙烯基硅芴/N-乙烯基咔唑/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物60-80份、2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷3-5份、环氧化天然橡胶10-20份、2,4-二氨基-6-苯基-1,3,5-三嗪3-5份、填料8-15份、分散剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份、溶剂20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,所述甲基乙烯基硅芴/N-乙烯基咔唑/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将甲基乙烯基硅芴、N-乙烯基咔唑、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、引发剂加入到高沸点溶剂中,在惰性气体氛围,60-70℃下搅拌反应3-5小时,后在水中沉出,并用乙醇洗涤沉出的聚合物3-6次,最后置于真空干燥箱80-90℃下干燥至恒重,得到甲基乙烯基硅芴/N-乙烯基咔唑/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物。
3.根据权利要求2所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,所述甲基乙烯基硅芴、N-乙烯基咔唑、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、引发剂、高沸点溶剂的质量比为1:(2-3):3:(0.8-1.2):(0.07-0.1):(30-40)。
4.根据权利要求2所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈;所述高沸点溶剂为二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中的至少一种;所述惰性气体为氮气、氦气、氖气、氩气中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,所述环氧化天然橡胶为环氧化天然橡胶ENR25。
6.根据权利要求1所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,所述填料为浮石粉;所述填料的粒径为1200-1800目;所述分散剂为分散剂BYK163;所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯、消泡剂德谦3100、消泡剂BYK088中的一种或几种;所述溶剂为环己酮、丙二醇甲醚、正丁醇中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫,其特征在于,所述防滑弹性层为防火阻燃硅胶布采用现有普通技术制成的防滑垫;所述席垫主体是由蔺草、蒲草、竹条、藤子中的任一种加捻而成的纱线编织而成;所述第二功能层和防滑弹性层之间通过压敏胶粘结;所述压敏胶为有机硅压敏胶、聚氨酯压敏胶中的任意一种。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7任一项所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、在编织机上进行编织得到席垫主体;
步骤S2、将功能层各组分按重量份混合均匀后,分别涂覆于席垫主体上下表面,烘干后,得到第一功能层和第二功能层;
步骤S3、在第二功能层下表面通过压敏胶粘结防滑弹性层,制得耐候防潮防火多功能席垫。
9.根据权利要求8所述耐候防潮防火多功能席垫的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述烘干具体为在70-80℃下干燥2-4小时。
