技术领域
本申请涉及汽车内饰用底布的领域,尤其是涉及一种汽车内饰用底布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
纺织行业是一个传统行业,也是一个新兴发展的行业,传统的纺织行业功能单一,主要以纺织布料为主,应用于衣服、家室窗帘等,但是,现在随着经济的发展和法制的健全,阻燃纺织品也越来越引起重视,对于布料有了更多的新的要求,要让布料赋予防火、阻燃等功能,纺织行业还在让布赋予这些功能的摸索阶段,还没有特别成熟的技术能让布在各种应用中达到人们的预期效果;例如,目前用于汽车内饰的布,在阻燃性的要求之外,还要求一定的强度、横纵向伸缩等。
相关技术中,汽车内饰用底布多为腈纶、锦纶等,或者使其与其他阻燃纤维混纺制得,其阻燃性较差,而粘胶纤维目前多用于服装、床上用品等,提高粘胶纤维阻燃性的方法大概为以下三种:接枝共聚、机械混合以及涂层吸附。接枝共聚是将具有阻燃能力的单体接入到纤维素的大分子中;机械混合则是在粘胶纺丝液中加入阻燃剂;涂层吸附是借助于粘合剂的作用将阻燃剂粘附至粘胶纤维表面。
接枝共聚、机械混合所制备的阻燃粘胶纤维为均相的混合,为了获得较好的阻燃效果往往需要接入或共混较多的阻燃剂,较大的阻燃剂用量会对纺丝工艺以及纤维的机械性能产生较大的影响,使其耐磨性和强度等相对较低;涂层吸附工艺简单、效果显著,但由于粘合剂的粘合力会随时间、光热、洗涤而下降,从而影响到粘胶纤维的阻燃性能,使用寿命短。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为存在目前汽车内饰用底布的阻燃性和机械性能难以均较好的缺陷。
发明内容
为了提高汽车内饰用底布的阻燃性且使有较好的机械性能,本申请提供一种汽车内饰用底布及其生产工艺。
第一方面,本申请提供一种汽车内饰用底布,采用如下的技术方案:
一种汽车内饰用底布,所述布的克重为70-150克/平方米。
通过采用上述技术方案,布在该克重范围内,阻燃性大大提高,而克重超出该范围以及低于该范围,阻燃性均快速降低;并且仅仅通过纺织得到的布,而未经过其他阻燃处理,且在该克重范围内,使布有较好的机械性能。
优选的,所述布的克重为75-80克/平方米。
通过采用上述技术方案,在该克重范围内,布的阻燃性进一步增加。
优选的,所述布的材质为纤维素纤维,纤维素纤维为棉线、黏胶丝、醋酸纤维中的任意一种或多种。
优选的,所述布的材质为纤维素纤维,纤维素纤维为棉线、黏胶丝、醋酸纤维中的任意一种或多种。
通过采用上述技术方案,纤维素的分子式为(C6H10O5)n,纤维素织物有较好的吸湿性与透气性,且纤维素中的游离羟基对水有较强的吸附力,一部分水杯吸附后与纤维素的羟基形成氢键,当限位苏吸湿达到饱和点后,水分子继续进入纤维素的各孔隙中,使得其制得的布较为不易燃烧,且有利于保持皮肤表层一定的含水率,纤维素材质的吸水特性与70-150克/平方米克重范围的相复配,进一步增加了布的阻燃性和机械性能。
优选的,所述布由纤维素纤维经过纬编得到。
通过采用上述技术方案,在各种织法中,纬编织物有良好的弹性和延伸性,同时,在达到70-150克/平方米的克重范围内使,纬编织物相对于其他现有织法,其表面黏胶丝的排列整齐密实,有较好的阻隔性,隔氧性较佳,从而有较好的阻燃性,同时纬编织法加上纤维素本身对水的吸附性,两种特性相复配,进一步增加了布的阻燃性。
优选的,所述布的表面复合有海绵,海绵为闭孔海绵。
通过采用上述技术方案,布与海绵复合后,闭孔海绵对布的一侧进行阻隔,使布得一侧难以透氧,布的阻燃性进一步增加。
优选的,所述海绵的厚度为110-130mm。
第二方面,本申请提供一种汽车内饰用底布的生产工艺,包括有以下步骤:
S1:纺织;
S2:后整理,在170-180度条件下,布速15-30m/min定型得到成品布。
通过采用上述技术方案,纺织得到布后,在一定温度和布速条件下,对布进行定型,得到成品布。
优选的,步骤S2之后,将布与海绵之间进行火焰复合。
通过采用上述技术方案,火焰复合使得布整体的柔软性较好,优较好的机械性能,且污染较小。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.通过限定布的克重范围,使布阻燃性大大提高;
2.通过限定布的材质,纤维素材质的吸水特性与70-150克/平方米克重范围的相复配,进一步增加了布的阻燃性;
3.通过限定纺织方式,纬编织法加上纤维素本身对水的吸附性,两种特性相复配,进一步增加了布的阻燃性。

根据GB/T5454-1997《纺织品燃烧性能试验氧指数法》对实施例1-14以及对比例1-3的布进行极限氧指数的测试,极限氧指数(%)为材料刚好保持燃烧所需的最低氧浓度,极限氧指数(%)越大,布的阻燃性越好;
根据GB/T21196《纺织品马丁代尔法织物耐磨性的测定》对实施例1-14以及对比例1-3的布进行耐磨性的测试,记录出现破损时的耐磨次数,耐磨次数越大,布的耐磨性越好;
根据GB T 3917.1-2009《纺织品织物撕破性能》对实施例1-14以及对比例1-3的布进行经向和纬向的撕裂强力(N)的测试,以经向撕裂强力(N)和纬向撕裂强力(N)中的较小值记录为布料的撕裂强力,撕裂强力越大,布料的强度越高;
布的耐磨性越好、撕裂强力越大,布的机械性能越好;
检测结果见表1。

根据表1可以看出,实施例1-14所得布的阻燃性和机械性能明显优于对比例1,说明本申请的布的性能更佳。
实施例1-7中,实施例2所得布的阻燃性和机械性能最优,说明实施例2的底布克重和生产工艺最优。实施例4、5所得布的阻燃性明显优于实施1、3,说明实施例4-5,即75-80克/平方米的克重范围更优。
实施例4、6中,实施例4所得布的阻燃性优于实施例6,实施例5、7中,实施例5所得布的阻燃性优于实施例7,实施例1、对比例2中,实施例1所得布的阻燃性优于对比例2,实施例3、对比例3中,实施例3所得布的阻燃性优于对比例3,且实施例4到6的布的克重变化与实施例1到对比例2的布的克重变化相同,实施例5到7布的克重变化与实施例3到对比例3的布的克重变化相同,但是实施例4到6的布的阻燃性变化明显小于实施例1到对比例2的布的阻燃性变化,实施例5到7的布的阻燃性变化明显小于实施例3到对比例3的布的阻燃性变化,从而超出70-150克/平方米的克重范围后,布的阻燃性快速降低。
实施例2、8-9中,实施例2的阻燃性和机械性能最优,说明实施例2的布的组成及工艺最优。
实施例2、10-13中,实施例2的阻燃性能以及机械性能均更优,实施例10与实施例2的纺织方式不同,实施例11-13与实施例2的材质不同,且实施例11-13得到的布在70-150克/平方米的克重范围内,随着克重的增加,布的阻燃性增加,其实施例11-13中布达到的最高的阻燃性稍低于实施例2,在达到相同阻燃性时,实施例11-13所使用的材质的布的克重较大,布较硬,舒适度透气性等大大降低,说明实施例2中,克重与纺织方式与材质的共同作用,使得布的阻燃性和机械性能更优。
实施例2、14-16中,实施例14-16所得布的阻燃性和机械性能均优于实施例2,实施例14-16对布与海绵进行了复合,说明布与海绵的复合使得布的阻燃性和机械性能均得到提高。
