本发明涉及一种DHA胶囊制备技术领域,具体来说是涉及一种海参肠卵油‑DHA胶囊及其制作方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将DHA溶解于海参肠卵油中,充分震荡,配制成油相待用;S2、称取大豆分离蛋白溶解于水中,充分搅拌溶解,配制成水相待用;S3、将步骤S1制备的油相与步骤S2制备的水相混合,高速分散;S4、将步骤S3所得产物高压均质;S5、喷雾干燥得到海参肠卵油‑DHA粉;S6、制备胶囊。本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:可以有效提高海参肠卵油的利用率,赋予产品更加丰富的营养价值;同时DHA能跟随海参肠卵油进入人体内,使DHA能够有效的释放至人体,便于人体吸收;可用于生产适用于孕妇、幼儿等特殊人群食用的保健食品。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种DHA胶囊制备技术领域,具体来说是涉及一种海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊及其制作方法。
【背景技术】
海参,属海参纲(Holothuroidea),是生活在海边至8000米的海洋棘皮动物,距今已有六亿多年的历史,主要以海底藻类和浮游生物为食。海参具有很大的营养及药用价值,其市场和消费群体庞大,需求量逐年增加。海参肠卵是海参加工过程中的副产物之一,在生产中通常被丢弃或被用于饲料使用。但是,海参肠卵具有丰富的营养物质,如海参皂苷、海参多肽、多种氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸等。同时,海参肠卵还具有提高机体免疫力、抑制肿瘤、抗凝血、保护神经组织等生理功能。最近有研究发现,海参肠卵的脂质中含有多种不饱和脂肪酸成分,具有促进儿童脑部发育、改善神经系统功能等作用。近年来,有关海参肠卵油的提取手段越来越成熟,有亚临界提取法、醇提取法等。因此,开发一款海参肠卵油类产品,对海参副产物的精深加工具有深远的意义。
DHA,二十二碳六烯酸,俗称脑黄,是主要从鱼油和藻类中提取的重要脂肪酸,可以降低一些心血管疾病、免疫反应紊乱、精神障碍等慢性疾病的发病风险。DHA因其强大的营养及生理功能而受到各方面的关注。然而,DHA具有疏水性和不稳定的性质,具有难溶于水、易氧化、易降解的特点。这些特性影响了其在人体的消化吸收并极大地限制其在食品系统中的应用。因此,本发明的目的是开发一种有效的释放体系,将DHA包埋到海参肠卵油中,生产出适用于孕妇、幼儿等特殊人群使用的胶囊类产品。该体系具有保护DHA免受氧化应激,扩大DHA应用范围,及增强产品的功能性和稳定性等作用。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊及其制作方法,本发明主要是为了提高海参肠卵的利用率,同时开发了一种DHA营养递送体系,生产一款适用于孕妇、幼儿等特殊人群食用的胶囊类产品。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:包括如下步骤:
S1、制备油相:将DHA溶解于海参肠卵油中,充分震荡,配制成油相待用;
S2、制备水相:称取大豆分离蛋白溶解于水中,充分搅拌溶解,配制成水相待用;
S3、混合:将步骤S1制备的油相与步骤S2制备的水相混合,高速分散;
S4、均质:将步骤S3所得产物高压均质,得到海参肠卵油-DHA乳液;
S5、喷雾干燥:将步骤S4所得产物送入低温喷雾干燥塔中进行喷雾干燥,得到海参肠卵油-DHA粉;
S6、制备胶囊:将步骤S5所得产物于无菌胶囊室中进行充囊,即可得到产品海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊。
进一步地,步骤S1所述油相为:DHA浓度为1-3g/mL的油相。
进一步地,步骤S2所述制备水相具体为:称取大豆分离蛋白溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为3-5%的水相待用。
进一步地,步骤S3所述混合具体为:将步骤S1制备的油相与步骤S2制备的水相混合,所述油相添加量为水相体积的5-10%,匀浆机的转速为8000-12000r/min,匀浆分散时间为2-5min。
进一步地,步骤S4所述高压均质具体为:均质压力为5000-10000psi,均质次数为3-5次。
进一步地,步骤S6所述制备胶囊具体为:将海参肠卵油-DHA粉按每颗胶囊3-5g装入胶囊,即得产品海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,下述实施例及说明仅用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
S1、将DHA溶解于海参肠卵油中,充分震荡,配制成DHA质量浓度为2mg/mL的油相待用;
S2、称取大豆分离蛋白溶于水中,充分搅拌溶解,配制成大豆分离蛋白质量浓度为3%的水相明胶溶液待用;
S3、将步骤S1配制的油相按水相体积5%的添加量与步骤S2配制的水相大豆分离蛋白溶液混合,匀浆机的转速为8000r/min,匀浆分散时间为3min;
S4、均质压力为10000psi,高压均质4次,得到的产物送入低温喷雾干燥塔中进行喷雾干燥,得到海参肠卵油-DHA粉;
S5、将海参肠卵油-DHA粉于无菌胶囊室中按每颗胶囊3g装入胶囊,即得产品海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊。
实施例2
S1、将DHA溶解于海参肠卵油中,充分震荡,配制成DHA质量浓度为1mg/mL的油相待用;
S2、称取大豆分离蛋白溶于水中,充分搅拌溶解,配制成大豆分离蛋白质量浓度为4%的水相明胶溶液待用;
S3、将步骤S1配制的油相按水相体积8%的添加量与步骤S2配制的水相大豆分离蛋白溶液混合,匀浆机的转速为10000r/min,匀浆分散时间为4min;
S4、均质压力为8000psi,高压均质5次,得到的产物送入低温喷雾干燥塔中进行喷雾干燥,得到海参肠卵油-DHA粉;
S5、将海参肠卵油-DHA粉于无菌胶囊室中按每颗胶囊4g装入胶囊,即得产品海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊。
实施例3
S1、将DHA溶解于海参肠卵油中,充分震荡,配制成DHA质量浓度为3mg/mL的油相待用;
S2、称取大豆分离蛋白溶于水中,充分搅拌溶解,配制成大豆分离蛋白质量浓度为5%的水相明胶溶液待用;
S3、将步骤S1配制的油相按水相体积10%的添加量与步骤S2配制的水相大豆分离蛋白溶液混合,匀浆机的转速为12000r/min,匀浆分散时间为5min;
S4、均质压力为5000psi,高压均质3次,得到的产物送入低温喷雾干燥塔中进行喷雾干燥,得到海参肠卵油-DHA粉;
S5、将海参肠卵油-DHA粉于无菌胶囊室中按每颗胶囊5g装入胶囊,即得产品海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:

S1、制备油相:将DHA溶解于海参肠卵油中,充分震荡,配制成油相待用;
S2、制备水相:称取大豆分离蛋白溶解于水中,充分搅拌溶解,配制成水相待用;
S3、混合:将步骤S1制备的油相与步骤S2制备的水相混合,高速分散;
S4、均质:将步骤S3所得产物高压均质,得到海参肠卵油-DHA乳液;
S5、喷雾干燥:将步骤S4所得产物送入低温喷雾干燥塔中进行喷雾干燥,得到海参肠卵油-DHA粉;
S6、制备胶囊:将步骤S5所得产物于无菌胶囊室中进行充囊,即可得到产品海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1所述油相为:DHA浓度为1-3g/mL的油相。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2所述制备水相具体为:称取大豆分离蛋白溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为3-5%的水相待用。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种海参肠卵油-DHA胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3所述混合具体为:将步骤S1制备的油相与步骤S2制备的水相混合,所述油相添加量为水相体积的5-10%,匀浆机的转速为8000-12000r/min,匀浆分散时间为2-5min。
