本发明提出一种海参肠卵油组合物、海参肠卵油软胶囊及其制备方法,属于生物技术领域,所得海参肠卵油软胶囊成分丰富、效果明显,可有效用于预防脂肪含量升高引起的动脉血管硬化、血栓等疾病。该技术方案海参肠卵油组合物,按重量份计,包括海参肠卵油10‑20份、藻油8‑12份、紫苏子油3‑5份、牛磺酸0.4‑0.6份、叶酸0.4‑0.6份、葡萄糖酸锌3‑5份、乳酸锌0.1‑0.3份、维生素E 5‑10份、卵磷脂1‑3份和大豆磷脂10‑20份。本发明能够应用于海参肠卵的深度开发利用中。

海参肠卵油组合物、海参肠卵油软胶囊及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于生物技术领域,尤其涉及一种海参肠卵油组合物、海参肠卵油软胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的海参油往往从海参中提取,提取海参油之后的海参难以二次加工使用。与此同时,海参肠卵在加工过程中一般被丢弃或者作为花肥,带来了严重的浪费。
随着研究的深入,以前在海参加工中被丢弃或被用于饲料使用的原本属于海参加工副产品的肠卵(内脏和性腺,也叫海参花),经研究发现也含有丰富的海参的各种营养物质,如含有较丰富的海参皂甙(海参素或海参活素)及多种海参多肽及多种氨基酸、还含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸成分,如磷脂、神经节苷脂、脑苷脂及其他的不饱和脂肪酸等。进而,海参肠卵的功效也不断被发现并得到医学上的重视,海参肠卵的这些成分具有提高机体免疫力、抑制肿瘤、抗凝血、保护神经组织的生理功能。
目前,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对高脂肪肉类食品的摄入量不断增加,伴随而来的是血液中脂肪含量的不断升高,由此引起的动脉血管硬化、血栓等疾病日益影响和危害了中老年人的健康和生活质量。为了预防此类疾病的发生,人们开始食用一些海参油类产品,但是市场上现有的海参油类产品较少、成分简单、功能单一、效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明提出一种海参肠卵油组合物、海参肠卵油软胶囊及其制备方法,所得海参肠卵油软胶囊成分丰富、效果明显,可有效用于预防脂肪含量升高引起的动脉血管硬化、血栓等疾病。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种海参肠卵油组合物,按重量份计,包括海参肠卵油10-20份、藻油8-12份、紫苏子油3-5份、牛磺酸0.4-0.6份、叶酸0.4-0.6份、葡萄糖酸锌3-5份、乳酸锌0.1-0.3份、维生素E 5-10份、卵磷脂1-3份和大豆磷脂10-20份。
作为优选,按重量份计,包括海参肠卵油20份、藻油10份、紫苏子油5份、牛磺酸0.5份、叶酸0.5份、葡萄糖酸锌5份、乳酸锌0.2份、维生素E 7份、卵磷脂3份和大豆磷脂15份。
本发明还提供了一种保健品/美容保健品,以上述技术方案所述的海参肠卵油组合物为主要成分。
作为优选,所述保健品为口服制剂。
本发明还提供了一种海参肠卵油软胶囊,以上述技术方案所述的海参肠卵油组合物为主要成分。
本发明还提供了一种根据上述技术方案所述的海参肠卵油软胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
内容物的配制:按重量份分别称取金枪鱼油、鳕鱼油、藻油、紫苏子油、松籽油、牛磺酸、叶酸、葡萄糖酸锌、乳酸锌、卵磷脂和大豆磷脂;
将上述原料利用胶体磨均质后,制得外观均匀的混悬液,将混悬液搅拌60-80min,制得均一稳定的内容物,备用;
囊材的配制:按质量比8:10:3分别称取囊材原料明胶、甘油和纯水,先将甘油和纯水混合搅拌并加热至60℃,然后加入明胶,搅拌20-30min后,进行真空脱泡,制得囊材,备用;
灌装:将调配的内容物放入盛装料斗中,根据内容物的装量,选择滚模、调节压丸参数,制成软胶囊,其中,每粒软胶囊中的内容物重0.50g;
制粒:将制成的软胶囊经压丸、定型、筛滤、洗丸、烘丸、拣丸和分装,制成海参肠卵油软胶囊。
作为优选,压丸参数具体为:胶囊壳压制温度:52℃,喷体温度:42℃,胶囊壳厚度:0.8mm,滚模转速:1.8rpm/min。

本发明提供了一种海参肠卵油组合物以及由该海参肠卵油组合物制备得到的海参肠卵油软胶囊,该海参肠卵油软胶囊由内容物和囊材两部分组成,通过调配、灌装、制粒等步骤制备得到。该工艺合理、可操作性强,易于工业化生产;所得海参肠卵油软胶囊成分丰富、效果明显,可有效用于预防脂肪含量升高引起的动脉血管硬化、血栓等疾病。

海参肠卵油组合物,按重量份计,包括海参肠卵油15份、藻油12份、紫苏子油5份、牛磺酸0.5份、叶酸0.6份、葡萄糖酸锌5份、乳酸锌0.3份、维生素E 10份、卵磷脂1份和大豆磷脂20份。
实施例3
海参肠卵油组合物,按重量份计,包括海参肠卵油20份、藻油10份、紫苏子油5份、牛磺酸0.5份、叶酸0.5份、葡萄糖酸锌5份、乳酸锌0.2份、维生素E 7份、卵磷脂3份和大豆磷脂15份。
实施例4
将实施例1中的原料利用胶体磨均质后,制得外观均匀的混悬液,将混悬液搅拌60-80min,制得均一稳定的内容物,备用;
按质量比8:10:3分别称取囊材原料明胶、甘油和纯水,先将甘油和纯水混合搅拌并加热至60℃,然后加入明胶,搅拌20-30min后,进行真空脱泡,制得囊材,备用;
将保温的胶料桶与胶囊机连接,将调配的内容物放入胶料桶的料斗中,根据内容物装量,选择滚模,调节压丸参数,压丸参数具体为:胶囊壳压制温度:52℃,喷体温度:42℃,胶囊壳厚度:0.8mm,滚模转速:1.8rpm/min,制成软胶囊,其中,每粒软胶囊中的内容物重0.50g;
将制成的软胶囊经压丸、定型、筛滤、洗丸、烘丸、拣丸和分装,制成海参肠卵油软胶囊。
实施例5
与实施例4步骤相同,区别在于所加入的原料为实施例2中所列举重量份的原料。

本发明实施例4-6制备方法所制备得到的海参肠卵油软胶囊由内容物和囊材两部分组成,并通过调配、灌装、制粒等步骤制备得到。内容物中以海参肠卵由为主、搭配藻油以及紫苏子油,配以其他辅助组分,其中,藻油是一种纯植物性DHA,属于Omega-3不饱和脂肪酸家族中的重要成员,其从人工培育的海洋微藻中提取,对胎婴儿智力和视力发育至关重要;紫苏子油是以紫苏籽为原料提取的食用油,含а-亚麻酸达56.14-64.82%,а-亚麻酸是人体必需的脂肪酸,它在人体中转化为代谢必要的生命活性因子DHA和EPA,不含胆固醇,对人体具有更显著的保健功能和医药功效。三者搭配使用,既解决了目前市场上海参油类产品较少、成分简单、功能单一的缺陷,又可有效用于预防脂肪含量升高引起的动脉血管硬化、血栓等疾病,效果明显。

1.海参肠卵油组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括海参肠卵油10-20份、藻油8-12份、紫苏子油3-5份、牛磺酸0.4-0.6份、叶酸0.4-0.6份、葡萄糖酸锌3-5份、乳酸锌0.1-0.3份、维生素E5-10份、卵磷脂1-3份和大豆磷脂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海参肠卵油组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括海参肠卵油20份、藻油10份、紫苏子油5份、牛磺酸0.5份、叶酸0.5份、葡萄糖酸锌5份、乳酸锌0.2份、维生素E7份、卵磷脂3份和大豆磷脂15份。
3.保健品/美容保健品,其特征在于,以权利要求1或2所述的海参肠卵油组合物为主要成分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保健品/美容保健品,其特征在于,所述保健品为口服制剂。

6.根据权利要求5所述的海参肠卵油软胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
内容物的配制:按重量份分别称取金枪鱼油、鳕鱼油、藻油、紫苏子油、松籽油、牛磺酸、叶酸、葡萄糖酸锌、乳酸锌、卵磷脂和大豆磷脂;
将上述原料利用胶体磨均质后,制得外观均匀的混悬液,将混悬液搅拌60-80min,制得均一稳定的内容物,备用;
囊材的配制:按质量比8:10:3分别称取囊材原料明胶、甘油和纯水,先将甘油和纯水混合搅拌并加热至60℃,然后加入明胶,搅拌20-30min后,进行真空脱泡,制得囊材,备用;
灌装:将调配的内容物放入盛装料斗中,根据内容物的装量,选择滚模、调节压丸参数,制成软胶囊,其中,每粒软胶囊中的内容物重0.50g;
