Abstract

Description

制板装置
本发明涉及用干法对诸如木材、稻草、甘蔗渣之类的木质纤维材料进行连续制板。更确切地说,本发明涉及制板过程中的一种用于压制和加工木质纤维材料的装置。
此类板材的制造包括这些步骤:将原料分离成适当大小的颗粒和/或纤维,将它们干燥至含一定的湿度,在干燥之前或之后将材料粘结,使粘结的材料形成块状坯料,然后将坯料挤压和热压成最终的成品板。
从原材料到板材的连续挤压和热压过程中,注入一种合适的气态或液态的加工媒质对加工过程会产生有益的作用,成品板的性能也可以得到提高。此类加工媒质中的一种就是蒸汽,它能加热和湿化材料中的纤维,从而便于压制加工和/或加速硬化过程。除此之外,还可在已经预粘结过的坯料中注入一种硬化剂或加速剂。
为了在原材料中注入蒸汽或其它气体,通常使用一种注入箱,坯料或坯料的钢丝支承抵着它滑动。该箱体具有许多注入孔或槽,和一对坯料/钢丝密封的边。该箱体例如可形成为管状组件,或是其它形状。箱体的形状无论怎样变,都必须使坯料/钢丝能抵着箱体滑动。
在某些情况中,注入箱位于坯料的一侧,而另一侧有一吸入箱直接与其相对或有所偏移。注入箱和吸入箱通常具有相似的形状。
坯料/钢丝与注入箱和吸入箱之间的滑动,产生了相当大的磨损,这就意味着至少滑动表面必须更换。此外,坯料/钢丝与箱体之间的滑动经常会引起边缘密封问题。
按照本发明,加工媒质是通过一压辊来施加的,避免了滑动,因而消除了以上的问题。本发明的区别性特征如所附权利要求所述。
下面将结合附图来更详细地描述本发明,这些附图示出了本发明的几个不同的实施例,其中:
图1示出了装置的配置原理;
图2-图5示意性地示出了实施本发明的不同的配置;
图6是压辊端壁的详图;
图7是输送加工媒质用的设备配置的剖面图。
制板过程中,在压制和加工坯料1时,由压辊2来进行压制(图1)。该压辊可同一辊3配对工作,以使压制作用在坯料1的两侧同时进行(图2-5)。加工媒质可通过辊2、3从坯料两侧同时注入(图2-3)。这意味着坯料可得到均匀的加工,同时使得将空气从坯料排至坯料入口这一过程达到最佳状态。另一种方法是,只从辊2注入媒质,而辊3仅由一支承辊(图4)或一吸收辊(图5)构成。在图2、图4和图5中,辊子5和钢丝4用来支承坯料1,而在图3中示出了一没有钢丝的实施例。
图6中所示的压注辊2具有一穿孔壳面6用于给坯料1提供加工媒质。在壳面6的内侧围绕着压辊2设有一轴向的导管系统7,用于在辊子2的宽度上也就是在坯料1的宽度上提供加工媒质。一可调滑瓦8(图7)密封地邻接于压辊2的端壁,用于给导管系统7输送加工媒质。加工媒质的供给只发生在压缩坯料处的这一局部的扇形区域9。该扇形局部区域9的两侧在圆周方向上被位于压辊2同坯料1相接触处的密封区10所密封。导管系统7在压辊2的另一端壁处可密封。或者,在每个端壁处均装上一滑瓦8。
滑瓦8是由一可调支架保持在适当位置,且能在圆周方向上运动。因而就可以改变注入扇形区9的位置。滑瓦8最好有一可更换的低摩擦材料的耐磨部分14,它与压辊2的端壁上的运转表面相邻接。滑瓦8紧靠在压辊2的端壁上,这例如可用弹簧、压缩空气或液压等方式来实现,以使得密封面上的泄漏达到最小。
滑瓦上可有一个或几个具有不同面积的通道11、12、13。具有不同孔面积的可更换耐磨部分14也可使用,例如具有不同孔口大小的滑板。因而可以改变注入扇形区9的大小。在注入扇形区的不同部分可保持不同的流量和压力。滑瓦8的通道还可用于吹洗和抽吸。
在图6中,示意性地示出了滑瓦8同压辊2端壁的接触表面。滑瓦8具有注入加工媒质用的通道11、吹洗通道12和抽吸通道13。例如,从注入方向看,加工媒质在第一注入通道11中可以是低压流,而在第二注入通道11中是高压流。压辊2上的穿孔壳面6可由一打孔或钻孔的中空金属片构成,该金属片呈环状,热套固于辊子上。辊子的壳体金属片16上可用轧制或铸造的方法形成中空金属片的轴向支承条15,或者,这些支承条可以是装于壳体金属片16的凹槽中的一条条支条。这些支承条15可同时形成壳面6内的导管系统7。
对坯料的加工媒质的横向供给可以按需要通过导管系统7中导管形状的轴向变化而加以变化,例如其横向的注入面积可以加以减小。
在压辊2的端壁处没有被滑瓦8所覆盖的导管系统7的开口可利用一低摩擦材料的、压靠在端壁上的可调滑环来密封。
为了防止导管系统7中的冷凝作用,可以将压辊2加热。这最好用延伸于整个压辊2上的、螺旋地形成于导管系统7内侧的压辊上的槽17来实现。这些槽可以设置于一位于壳体金属片16内侧的槽加热金属片18中。在这些槽17中,有蒸汽、油或热水循环,用以将均匀的热量供给壳体金属片16。
当然,本发明不仅仅局限于所示的实施例,而是可以在本发明的主旨的范围内有所变化。

Claims (9)

1.一种在从木质纤维材料制板的过程中用于压制和加工坯料的装置,它包括旋转式压辊(2)和用于将加工媒质输送到坯料的装置,其特征在于,至少有一个压辊(2)形成有一穿孔壳面(6)和一位于壳面内侧的轴向的导管系统(7),压辊(2)的端壁邻接有一滑瓦(8),用于通过导管系统(7)在压辊(2)坯料受挤压的部位的局部区域(9)对坯料注入加工媒质。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,压辊(2)的导管系统(7)由多个轴向的支承条(15)形成,这些支承条上装有一穿孔的金属片构成压辊的壳面(6)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,滑瓦(8)包括多个用于注入一道或多道加工媒质的通道(11)。
4.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,滑瓦(8)还包括用于吹洗和/或抽吸的通道(12、13)。
5.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,滑瓦(8)在压辊(2)的圆周方向上是可移动的,它用来调节注入区域(9)的位置。
6.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,它包括用于加热导管系统(7)的装置(17、18)。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,具有加热槽(17)的槽加热金属片(18)位于导管系统(7)的内侧。
8.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,压辊(2)的每一端都设有一滑瓦(8)。
9.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,滑瓦(8)通过一可更换的耐磨部分(14)邻接于压辊(2)的端壁。
