Abstract
本发明公开了一种竹纤维混纺毛巾及其制备方法。根据常规方法,以棉、竹纤维、桑蚕丝混纺作为毛圈材料,棉布作为基布材料,织造得到毛巾;再经过交联、柔软整理,得到竹纤维混纺毛巾。本发明产品采用现有常规结构,结合了竹纤维、蚕丝纤维的优点,取得了抗菌、柔软的技术效果。

技术领域
本发明属于抗菌家居用品技术,具体涉及一种竹纤维混纺毛巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术提供了一种竹纤维、棉纤维混纺毛巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:混棉、纺纱、上浆与织造、前处理、柔软整理等步骤,采用竹纤维与棉纤维 进行混纺开发毛巾新品种,但是用到生物酶。现有技术公开了一种远红外负离子毛巾,包括巾体、材料组件和纺织面,所述巾体内部设有材料组件,所述材料组件包括负离子纤维层、棉纤维层、竹纤维层、蓬松层、透气孔,所述负离子纤维层底部缝制有棉纤维层,所述棉纤维层底部缝制有竹纤维层,所述竹纤维层底部缝制有蓬松层,所述巾体正面缝制有纺织面,所述纺织面正面一侧缝制有毛圈布,所述毛圈布正面缝制有双环毛圈;现有技术还公开了一种具有细菌指示功能的毛巾,包括毛巾本体,毛巾本体包括基布层和纺织层,基布层的上表面和下表面均设有粘接层,并通过粘接层与纺织层相连;基布层由第一经纱和第一纬纱交织而成,第一经纱和第一纬纱均包括棉纤维和锦纶纤维,纺织层由第二经纱和第二纬纱交织而成,第二经纱和第二纬纱均包括棉纤维、玉米纤维和竹纤维,纺织层上设置有印花油墨层,印花油墨层中均布有感菌变色微胶囊,其中一层纺织层上设有纽扣,纽扣的外侧在纺织层上设有弹性绳;现有技术还公开了一种抗菌毛巾,包括毛巾本体,所述毛巾本体的外侧缝合有毛巾包边,所述毛巾包边分别位于毛巾本体的四周,且毛巾包边的四角呈圆弧状,所述毛巾本体包括基材面料层、抗菌面料层、吸湿透气层和外表耐磨层,所述抗菌面料层分别位于基材面料层的上下两侧,通过毛巾本体、毛巾包边、第一挂环、第二挂环和表层绒毛的设置,具有便于悬挂放置,可以提高毛巾的抗菌抑菌效果;现有技术公开了一种竹纤维抑菌毛巾,第一步、将高吸水竹纤维加入10%氢氧化钠溶液中,加热至90℃,在此温度下蒸煮1h,之后取出用去离子水洗涤三次;第二步、将洗涤后的高吸水竹纤维和精梳棉混合纺织,制得吸水基布,将抗菌纤维按照30捻/10cm的捻度纺织成抗菌纱,将抗菌纱间隔纺织成经向间距为0.6cm,纬向间距为0.8cm的网格基布,制得抗菌纱布;第三步、将吸水基与抗菌纱布复合编织,制得所述竹纤维抑菌毛巾。可以看出,现有技术结构过于复杂,脱离了毛巾这一日常用品的本质属性。
发明内容
本发明采用现有毛巾结构,依托成熟的混纺毛巾产品以及市售的蛋白石作为无机材料,以浸轧、浸渍整理的方法实现交联整理以及柔软处理的效果,且具有负离子释放功能与抗菌作用。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种竹纤维混纺毛巾,包括毛圈与基布,所述毛圈由棉、竹纤维、桑蚕丝混纺得到,所述竹纤维混纺毛巾经过交联、柔软整理。根据常规方法,以棉、竹纤维、桑蚕丝混纺作为毛圈材料,棉作为基布材料,织造得到毛巾;先经过交联整理,再经过柔软整理,得到竹纤维混纺毛巾。
本发明中,交联整理时以DTF-3为交联剂,在碱性环境下,无机材料存在下进行。优选的,以碳酸氢钠为碱性环境。优选的,交联整理采用二浸二轧,室温进行。优选的,交联整理时,整理液的组成为,1L水中,DTF-3为15~20g,蛋白石20~30g,尿素10~15g,硫酸钠5~8g,pH为9~10。
本发明中,柔软整理时以TF-4752为整理剂,可赋予混纺织物蓬松、滑糯的手感,对原布的亲水影响小。优选的,柔软整理时,整理液的组成为,1L水中,TF-4752为2~5g;温度为室温,时间为20~30分钟。
本发明,毛圈中,按质量百分数,棉为30~40%、竹纤维为40~50%,余量为桑蚕丝。
本发明公开了上述竹纤维混纺毛巾作为家居产品的应用。
本发明中,毛巾结构以及制造方法为常规技术,利用两次整理结合毛圈组成,得到的竹纤维混纺毛巾透气性和吸湿效果良好,进而能够有效提升舒适性,且具有一定抗菌抑菌功能,还可释放负离子,提升了抗菌毛巾的实用性。

具体实施方式
本发明的原料都市售产品,具体实验操作以及测试方法都为现有方法。以棉、竹纤维、桑蚕丝混纺作为毛圈材料,棉作为基布材料,织造得到毛巾具体为常规技术,毛巾结构比如毛圈高度等,都为本领域常规结构,其中桑蚕丝为绢纺纱,棉为精梳棉,竹纤维以竹子为原料经过制浆、湿纺得到,都是市售产品,本发明以代加工的混纺毛巾为起始材料,经过浸轧交联、浸渍柔软处理,得到产品竹纤维混纺毛巾,创造性在于两次整理结合棉、竹纤维、桑蚕丝比例,具体毛巾结构不影响本发明技术效果的实现。蛋白石为现有产品,在我国黑龙江省大兴安岭、嫩江流域发现,其作为负离子添加剂用于制备释放负离子的橡塑材料、纤维织物、油漆涂料,现有技术都是将微米级蛋白石直接使用,本发明也是市购产品直接用于毛巾整理。
实施例一
毛圈中,按质量百分数,棉为35%、竹纤维为45%,余量为绢纺纱,以棉为基布,加工厂常规制造为毛巾。将毛巾浸轧交联整理液,室温二浸二轧,然后水洗至洗涤液为中性,再烘干,然后浸渍柔软剂整理液,室温20分钟,取出后水洗,烘干,为竹纤维混纺毛巾,常规倒边、打标,参见图1,为实物图。
交联整理液中,1L水含有DTF-3为15g,蛋白石25g,尿素15g,硫酸钠5g,用碳酸氢钠调节pH为9,先加热混匀;柔软剂整理液中,1L水中含有TF-4752为5g。
根据GB/T 30128-2013 纺织品负离子发生量的检测和评价测试负离子发生量,取六组试样,涉及的测试方法都为现有技术,负离子量达到4090~4220个/cm3。
对照例
将毛巾浸轧硅烷整理液,室温二浸二轧,然后水洗,再烘干,然后浸渍柔软剂整理液,室温20分钟,取出后水洗,烘干,为竹纤维混纺毛巾;硅烷整理液中,1L水含有硅烷KH792为15g,蛋白石25g;柔软剂整理液中,1L水中含有TF-4752为5g。同样的测试,负离子量达到3730~3890个/cm3。
对比例
毛圈中,按质量百分数,棉为45%、竹纤维为55%,其余与实施例一样,即省略绢纺纱,得到的毛巾,同样的测试,负离子量达到3590~3780个/cm3,而且毛巾明显较实施例一柔软性差。
实施例二
毛圈中,按质量百分数,棉为35%、竹纤维为45%,余量为绢纺纱,以棉为基布,加工厂常规制造为毛巾。将毛巾浸轧交联整理液,室温二浸二轧,然后水洗至洗涤液为中性,再烘干,然后浸渍柔软剂整理液,室温30分钟,取出后水洗,烘干,为竹纤维混纺毛巾;交联整理液中,1L水含有DTF-3为20g,蛋白石28g,尿素18g,硫酸钠7g,用碳酸氢钠调节pH为9,先加热混匀;柔软剂整理液中,1L水中含有TF-4752为4.5g。
实施例三
毛圈中,按质量百分数,棉为35%、竹纤维为45%,余量为绢纺纱,以棉为基布,加工厂常规制造为毛巾。将毛巾浸轧交联整理液,室温二浸二轧,然后水洗至洗涤液为中性,再烘干,然后浸渍柔软剂整理液,室温25分钟,取出后水洗,烘干,为竹纤维混纺毛巾;交联整理液中,1L水含有DTF-3为12g,蛋白石16g,尿素15g,硫酸钠6g,用碳酸氢钠调节pH为9,先加热混匀;柔软剂整理液中,1L水中含有TF-4752为5.5g。
实际使用时,毛巾经常水洗,进一步进行水洗测试,利用清水,以80rpm在振荡器中模拟洗涤,15分钟暂停5分钟,一共进行5小时,采用负离子测试仪测试负离子量,按平均值算,以振荡测试前为基准,实施例一的毛巾保持率为98.68%,对照例为96.87%,对比例为97.39%。而且本发明的毛巾没有也检测不出有害物质,进一步的,测试其抗菌能力满足GBT20944.3-2008要求,是一种加工简单,性能优良的产品。

1.一种竹纤维混纺毛巾,包括毛圈与基布,所述毛圈由棉、竹纤维、桑蚕丝混纺得到,其特征在于,所述竹纤维混纺毛巾经过交联、柔软整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述竹纤维混纺毛巾,其特征在于,基布为棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述竹纤维混纺毛巾,其特征在于,竹纤维混纺毛巾先经过交联整理,再经过柔软整理。
4.根据权利要求3所述竹纤维混纺毛巾,其特征在于,交联整理时以DTF-3为交联剂,在碱性环境下,无机材料存在下进行。
5.根据权利要求4所述竹纤维混纺毛巾,其特征在于,以碳酸氢钠为碱性环境。
6.根据权利要求3所述竹纤维混纺毛巾,其特征在于,柔软整理时以TF-4752为整理剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述竹纤维混纺毛巾,其特征在于,毛圈中,按质量百分数,棉为30~40%、竹纤维为40~50%,余量为桑蚕丝。
8.权利要求1所述竹纤维混纺毛巾的制备方法,其特征在于,根据常规方法,以棉、竹纤维、桑蚕丝混纺作为毛圈材料,棉作为基布材料,织造得到毛巾;再经过交联、柔软整理,得到竹纤维混纺毛巾。
9.根据权利要求8所述竹纤维混纺毛巾的制备方法,其特征在于,交联整理时以DTF-3为交联剂,在碱性环境下,无机材料存在下进行;柔软整理时以TF-4752为整理剂。
