On the basis of the second embodiment, the method is further set as follows: the allowance and stretching mechanism 20 includes:
the allowance stretching sliding table 21 is arranged on the base 1, and is provided with a stretching supporting plate which horizontally displaces between the guide mechanism 10 and the movable winding mechanism; the residual stretching sliding table 21 can be matched with a lead screw, a lead screw nut and a servo motor to drive the stretching supporting plate to move, and can also be moved in a transmission belt or other modes.
The allowance stretching cylinder 22, the allowance stretching cylinder 22 is arranged on the stretching supporting plate;

On the basis of the third embodiment, the method is further set as follows: the automatic winding mechanism 30 includes:
a servo rotary table 31, the servo rotary table 31 being provided on the base 1;
the clamping device comprises two clamping seats which are symmetrical to each other and are arranged at the upper end of a servo rotating table 31 and are driven by the servo rotating table 31 to rotate, and the clamping device comprises a clamping frame 32, wherein a clamping driving cylinder 33 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the clamping frame 32, a clamping limiting plate is arranged at the upper end of the clamping frame 32, a penetrating limiting hole is formed in the clamping limiting plate, a clamping rod 34 penetrating through the limiting hole is arranged at the driving end of the clamping driving cylinder 33, and the clamping rod 34 is connected with the clamping driving cylinder 33 through a hinge; the clamping rods 34 are in swing pair relative to the limiting holes under the action of the clamping driving cylinder 33, so that the ends of the clamping rods 34 on the two clamping seats move close to or away from each other;

When the servo rotating platform 31 stops after running once, the winding clamping claws 35 are all positioned at one side far away from the guide mechanism 10, one ends of the wires pulled by the allowance stretching clamping claws 23 are clamped by the winding clamping claws 35, then the wires are wound on the re-clamping rods 34 by driving the servo rotating platform 31, and the operation is stopped after winding for a certain number of turns; wherein under the normality the two drive clamping rods 34 of the clamping driving rod are in the state of keeping away from the upper end, and when the winding stops, the two drive clamping rods 34 are in the state of closing the upper end, thereby being convenient for taking out the lead, and the lead is taken out to be wound on the clamping claw 35 to loosen the clamped lead end.

The bundling and placing block 42 is used for placing wire winding objects, the placing groove 45 is used for placing binding wires, when the material taking and bundling mechanism 60 grabs the wire winding objects, on the contrary, the material taking and bundling mechanism is arranged on the bundling and placing block 42, the bundling and placing hole is pressed downwards at the same time, the bundling and placing hole is moved downwards, the guide part 44 is moved into the lower end of the clamping groove part 48, then the bundling and clamping rod 34 is driven to drive the bundling and receiving claw 47 to grab the guide winding objects, and the two ends of the binding wires are close to the upper end of the middle part of the guide winding objects; the position-limiting projection 48 is arranged, so that the middle position-limiting projection 48 of the guiding winding object and the elastic force of the binding spring 43 are propped between the binding arrangement block 42 and the position-limiting projection 48, thereby being convenient for binding.
