the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are correspondingly arranged in a fitting way to form a clamping gap; or the bottoms of the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are hinged to the bundling turntable, a second clamping driving part is arranged between the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw, and the second clamping driving part drives the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to open and close.
2. The automatic wire-threading and bundling device according to claim 1, wherein corresponding tapered holes are provided on both the fixed wire guide plate and the movable wire guide plate in the closed state, the tapered holes being provided coaxially with the wire guide holes.

The automatic wire-threading and bundling device according to claim 1, wherein three wire-threading push rods are arranged side by side on the supporting frame; the two threading push rods positioned at two sides synchronously act; the action end of the threading push rod is provided with a U-shaped wire pressing head, and the bottoms of the two side plates of the wire pressing head are provided with V-shaped wire pressing grooves.

The automatic wire-threading and bundling device according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw each comprise a supporting sleeve and a jaw arm, the first clamping jaw is fixedly arranged on the bundling turntable through a supporting seat, the second clamping jaw is in matched sliding sleeve connection with the supporting sleeve of the first clamping jaw, and the jaw arms of the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are correspondingly arranged in a matched manner; the first clamping driving part is a telescopic power push rod, and the clamping driving part drives the second clamping claw to perform telescopic motion.

The automatic wire-threading and bundling device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly further comprises a second clamping unit, two first clamping units are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the second clamping unit, and the second clamping unit comprises a first claw and a second claw;
the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are correspondingly arranged in a fitting way to form a clamping gap; or the bottoms of the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are hinged to the bundling turntable, a second clamping driving part is arranged between the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw, and the second clamping driving part drives the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to open and close.

The automatic wire-threading and bundling device according to claim 1, wherein the support frame is further provided with a side support assembly corresponding to the stacked plates, the side support assembly comprises a support groove plate and a side support power push rod for driving the support groove plate to act, and at least one part of the stacked plates is positioned and supported on the support groove plate.

resetting the automatic threading and bundling device, placing stacked plates, and arranging bundling wires at fixed length;
the wire threading mechanism acts and completes wrapping of the binding wires on the stacked plates, and the binding mechanism clamps a plurality of binding wire ends threaded by the wire threading mechanism;
resetting the threading mechanism, and rotating the bundling mechanism to finish bundling of a plurality of wire bundling ends;
and resetting the bundling mechanism, finishing bundling of the stacked plates, and bundling the next stacked plates.
